My grandma has lived at Capital Place for a long time, I think over 10 years. She loves her apartment and has made many friends over the years. The transportation is available when she needs it, they take her to the grocery store, nail appointments and to the casino.

Clearly, CCV is the best facility in the Hot Springs area for Independent living. I would highly recommend.

Our loved one came from [community name removed] and has now spent the past several months at Windsor Heights in Beachwood. They were terrific there I would really recommend Windsor Heights for any dementia or Alzheimer patient. All they do is those diseases. The experience has been fantastic and the food is fantastic which is a plus. In addition, they have a family support group that meets every month that I was able to take advantage of. The facility would always check on how I was doing

What we like the most about The Continental Retirement Community is the book club, transportation and the library. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

We moved our dad to Ashley Gardens from another facility and he made Ashley Gardens his home for a year. Ashley Gardens became his home thanks to the amazing caregivers who loved him and treated him like family. No memory care facility is perfect, but Ashley Gardens was perfect for him. The caregivers at Ashley Gardens truly know how to love and provide care in a respectful way allowing their residents to maintain their dignity. At Ashley Gardens, our dad and our family developed a meaningful relationship with all of the employees. During our time visiting dad, we witnessed employees treat every resident with the same care that they showed our dad. The end of my dad’s life was traumatic for us, but the staff at Ashley Gardens supported our dad and us every step of the way.

Most staff are outstanding! I think there should be more attention to healthy foods rather than so many carbs and sweets. There is so much known in the medical literal about risk for dementia and diabetes. And this is an at-risk population. I would prefer that my mom have better options. It's a beautiful facility and I think overall it is a good value for the amount of money. And my mom is quite happy there probably the happiest she has been in a long time

The biggest take away for me was that everyone said hi as I came in contact with them. Very friendly and welcoming. Another big deal for me was that the community is all single story, always a plus when housing our seniors. Overall I feel this such a cute community with great staff and residents. The amenities offered are unbelievable for the price point. Would recommend looking at Madison meadows if you are looking for a senior living community.

Wonderful staff, very clean facilities and well taken care of. Very nice and comfy apartments. The residents are friendly and very helpful. The food is very good and they have lots of choices. The fresh fruit and salad bar is so nice. There are lots of things to keep you busy such as a theater, game room, arts & crafts, exercise classes and guest speakers. The courtyard off the dining Area is beautiful.

The management people were especially friendly and the outdoors area is attractive with pools views for some of the apartments. Madison Meadows was also less expensive than any of the other places I checked out. I have ultimately decided to stay in my own home for now but if I do move it will be to Madison Meadows

I literally cannot ask for a better experience, all things considered...the staff was insightful, caring, and kept me in the loop. For me, it's the fact that I knew she was safe. She had taken to wandering the neighborhood at all hours of the night & to know that that wasn't going was a big deal for me.

All 5's. The Gardens at Brook Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care was a blessing, kindness and understand staff relieved a lot of my worries and stress. My mother passed away on [date removed] , which was her 94 Birthday. I am grateful to all at The Gardens who helped me through this last year.

Staff is very friendly. Facility is very clean. Food is very good. Area feels safe and secure. Staff has extra training on memory care. Place is very cozy and comfortable. Communication is very good.

The staff is wonderful and the facility was just what we needed. Card games and social activities were also what we needed to get our friends back into the world. She had been slowly going downhill living alone and now is walking and in the first day had made friends and we could immediately see the difference. A great place!

My loved one is currently a resident at The Clairmont Retirement Community and most everything has been great for her there, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. The activities are good. Overall, it has been a great experience. I love the folks at The Clairmont and I would highly recommend the facility to others!

I am currently a resident at The Clairmont Retirement Community and everything has been great for me here. However, I am moving to an Assisted Living facility soon. I am going to miss this place, all of the services are great. The Clairmont has a home like feel and everyone is friendly. I would definitely recommend The Clairmont to others.

The staff at Holiday Capital Place has been amazingly patient and caring with my mother, who can be a handful. The facility is beautifully renovated and my mother is very happy living there. I would highly recommend Capital Place for you or your loved one.

When it came to the quality of care services my mother needed an abundance of oversight. The gals in charge were wonderfully supportive, sensitive and helpful to my mother's needs, as well as to me. They were very easy to work with. The facility was clean, with nice grounds, and convenient to where I live. They oversee a difficult community and do the best they can for the families involved

I love this place. Very friendly staff and residents. Has a great positive vibe, so much so that I'm hoping it's available for me when I'm ready for a retirement community. The apartments are great and just the right size!
