Very kind and friendly staff. The residents span a range of dementia from moderate to more severe. The activity director works very hard to engage all residents in activities suited to their condition. Not too fancy. Nice, clean and functional. Thought it would be a good fit for my not too frilly aunt.

The Clairmont is a real community...the staff is so personable and genuine..the chef is very creative/caters to clients taste & wait staff make you feel special like good restaurant. Various sizes of rooms available. [name removed] has spacious efficiency with full size fridge, microwave and sink with cabinets & drawers. 2 nice clothes closets & large bathroom with walk in shower Lots of activity..parties for all holidays, card and balloon for birthdays, community church

It's been a great experience and I would recommend to others.

[name removed][ is now in memory care at the Verandah. I am very pleased with the staff and miss [name removed] the entertainment leader there. I will give them a 5 on it all in that department. Also, their chef, who is relatively new, is phenomenal. They make memory care.

We are so grateful that we found this place for mom it is such a relief to know that she is safe and cared for when we can't be with her. She has made so many great friends and has gotten very involved in the activities at Capital Place. She wears a device that notifies us when she falls or needs help this was a huge plus when looking at Capital Place versus other communities.

I was so very thankful for Caleo Bay. The Staff was so kind to my aunt and treated her with respect and dignity. As I was live out of state. I was so grateful to feel that my aunt was in good hands, and that she was safe. Whenever I called I got updates. Was able to speak to her or her care team. It was a stressful situation to find her a home and once I walked into Caleo Bay. I immediately felt more relaxed! Thank you Place for Mom for connecting us to Caleo Bay and thanks to Caleo Bay for the great care. When we lost my Aunt I was there and though I was the only of her family to be there I was surrounded by loving, caring people who helped send her off in peace and comfort.

Caleo Bay was an excellent choice for us at the time. We have since placed my mother in law in a board and care home at this point . She was at Caleo for two and a half years prior. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, it was always very good place

For cleanliness - there was broken glass in the corner of his room from when he knocked over his lamp and it broke. It was only by the bed that was vacuumed up. For meals, I had to finally ask for dad, to be moved to another table where the people would talk to him. Then it was fine. There was always activities and parties and decoration themes, but dad did not want to go to anything. He was asked be always said no. " He wanted to be at home". The cost was affordable for us! Dad just did not want to stay there, he was [profanity removed] bent on coming home.

It is new and clean so cheery atmosphere. Not "depressing" I like the amount of respect given to the residents. Finally the location is quiet and scenic but close to shops and medical facilities. When it comes to the meals and dining, they are having a hard time keeping a chef

This is my family now here at the Quail. I love hanging out with the residents. It is my home. I moved here, because I wasn't cooking anymore. [name removed], Sales Director, really listened to what I needed at that point in my life, and made the decision easy. The staff is wonderful.

It is always clean. Sometimes, no one is at the front desk or they do not greet me and ask me to sign in which concerns me about the renters safety and security. There are many healthy, ever changing options for food. For activities, I would give this a 10 if I could. We're not real happy about rent going up yearly, my Mother's budget is static and we based our decision to come here mostly on cost.

Capital Place is a great facility. The staff really cares about the residents. It's clean, the food is good and there always seems to be something happening. The food is good, but you can't please all the people all the time. My mom tells me that they have a meeting with the Chef and the Manager every month, so that's good

Capital place is perfect for my family member. Dining together promotes much needed social contacts that keeps them interested and active. Plenty of opportunities to meet up with friends and participate in activities. This is so much better than rattling around on their own. The rooms are nice and not too cramped. The community is small enough that they know everyone and feel like a part of something. The staff is caring and actually knows all of the residents. This was such a good move for my relative.

We picked this community because of the location price and availability. They were also more helpful, friendly, and available for help and support in the process.

5 for all of them! I think Whitetail Springs was perfect, only if my Aunt was a bit more healthy to have enjoyed it. The staff was caring to your needs of the family member, kept you up to date with calls if needed. The facility was well taken care of inside & on the grounds, plenty of activities to keep you busy or left you alone if you didn't want to partake in them but wanted to watch

I would give all areas a 5. Despite many staffing changes over the past 4 months, Ashley Gardens continues to provide excellent care. The staff develops warm, but appropriate, relationships with the residents.

The people at The Clairmont Retirement Community are happy - the staff are kind and friendly too.

I am very pleased with this facility! The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. My sister was very resistant About going to assisted living, but after only a few weeks, she is now enjoying it and has made many friends.

I helped my brother in law find a new home to suit his needs as he ages. He moved in the end of July. It took him about 3-4 weeks to get accustomed to his new living situation. I visited him Monday 9/30 & he told me that he likes Creekside. He's happy with the food & the staff. So far so good. ??

Whoever is working at the desk greets you when you enter. The caregivers do a good job caring and interacting with the residents. Some caregivers to your concerns. They have on site maintenance which is helpful. Only weak point is laundry. All clothing and bed spread, towels are labeled, but some go missing. However there has been some improvement in the area.
