My overall experience has been beyond my expectations. The place is very clean inside and out. The once a week housekeeping service is very good. I don't have to do any floors, bathroom or kitchen cleaning. I do make my own bed and my own laundry but they do that too if I wanted them to. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Know you by name just like a small neighborhood. Always there when needed. I feel very comfortable and safe here. They prepare three healthy meals a day plus a fabulous and delicious breakfast and salad bar. Always a friendly face and courteous dining staff. The dining experience is always what you make it. I sometimes don't have enough hours in my day because the activities are very enjoyable and fun. We have shopping trips, restaurant outings, movies, card games, bingo, pool aerobics to name a few. Always have full days of friends and fun. . You get a great deal here at Fountain Crest. This day and times everything is getting more expensive especially difficult for seniors, but we keep trying to make ends meet. They are understanding here working with each resident as needed. All of this is worth what we have to pay to live here. This has been the happiest year I have experienced in a very long time. My family supports me in this and are happy that I have such a nice place to live. I sort of get carried away but I am really enjoying myself here!

My experience with Whitetail Springs has been positive. They keep the place clean, and nasty smells aren't an issue. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They have daily activities. My one and only wish is that visiting hours were later in the evening.

Communication has been lacking, but it's directly related to staffing in my experience. Everything else is very professional and they have been extremely accommodating. My loved one is somewhat headstrong and they are great at caring for her. Most importantly, she's very happy living here and her health has vastly improved. I've had an ongoing issue with billing that has yet to be resolved, which is disappointing. Also, they've had a hard time filling positions for some staff, but I'm not too concerned about this point because that's everywhere.

I have visited [name removed] and Belleview Heights on several different occasions. I have always found this building to be warm and welcoming. The staff are very well trained and it shows in the way they work with the residents. I have seen them respond quickly to residents request and are very attentive to their needs. [name removed] is very easy to work with and extremely kind and compassionate. I work as a client manager within an independent living community and refer clients to Belleview Heights when they are at that point of needing memory care because I know they will be taken well care of.

MY mother has lived at Capital Place and it has changed her life. She worked hard all her life and did not have an opportunity to have much fun. She is involved in activities, plays bingo and has made many friends

The Gardens was the first of 12 facilities we visited, and they were head and shoulders above the rest in the Rio Grande Valley. Onboarding was efficient. Sincere, friendly and affectionate staff. MD makes rounds every couple of weeks.

We picked Belleview because my mom was beyond assisted living. We also liked the smaller facility and their safety protocols. Based on our experience so far with this community we would recommend them to other families.

We are very happy and no longer worry about our loved one. Amazing, caring staff. Personalized care. Excellent activities to engage residents.

We were very pleased with the care that our father received at Magnolia Place. He really flourished while in this care facility. The staff treated him with great love and respect.

What stood out to us about this facility is that it's close to where we live and that it's the right price. It seems to meet my loved one's needs. My loved one says the food is fine and they clean his apartment once a week.

Great experience. My mother is very content. They do a great job. Management is always there for her. Everyone seems on the same page. The maintenance crews have been very helpful. [name removed] the manager and [name removed] the assistant manager and [name removed] in sale's all do an excellent job.

This facility is great for anyone in need of special care for Dementia/Alzheimer's. My Mom was here and the facility gave her the best care that we could hope for during her last days. The food is delicious and activities are designed for those with memory loss. We loved to visit her and spend time at Central Parke. Can't say enough great things about the staff there!

They do a good job with the activites. The music activities are great. I really like the people, and they are great. They can improve on the preperation of the food. I am happy with the services.

My mother only got to spend 6 days in her apartment out of 90, due to hospital and skilled nursing facility stays. She only had one meal in the dining hall, but it was lovely. We had her apartment all fixed up great. We are so disappointed she wasn't able to take advantage of living in such a great place.

So far is has been marvelous. I like all of the area that the residents are able to roam around in rather than being secluded in a room. I am very happy. She has only been here a few months but it has been a great experience so far. All of the staff are very nice and attentive and know everyone by name and on top of things. A lot of the staff have been there a long time and it is not just a job for them. I would highly recommend Caleo Bay.

The staff really care for my mom. I get calls from them if there are any questions or concerns that I need to be aware of. They are great with communication to the family. My mom started out in a shared room since they did not have any private rooms available at the time. She finally got moved to a private room and it seems like it has plenty of space for what she needs. I would recommend Belleview Heights to others looking for memory care.

The reason we gave the meals and dining 3 out of 5 stars, is based on the marketing and everything we felt like the quality of the meals were going to be more on the healthier side and geared more towards brain function. They do have fish and protein sometimes and we do appreciate how accommodating they have been when it comes to customized meals, but we have seen cheap meals like hotdogs and sandwiches - that also could be because it is easier to chew/digest. We have not been there during the days when activities are going on, but we do know they try their best to do physical activities with them. They do not provide usable internet for the residents, this impacts visitation for us especially if we have to work while visiting and we aren't able to stream things for our love done. They do provide cable though. Based on our experience with The Gardens at Brook Ridge we would recommend them to other families.

Holiday Las Brisas is definitely a place you should put at the top of your list to check out. It's working out well for our family, and I can't see how they could do better. The staff we've interacted with have been super nice. And the cost is good for a one-bedroom. You can't hardly get just a regular apartment for that price in town.

My mother of 96 years lived at Ashley Gardens for a brief time prior to her recent passing. During her stay, she was treated with the utmost care and patience. The staff would contact me with any questions they may have had and would follow up on any requests or concerns I may have had about my mother's care. All of the personnel were available to me and exhibited a warmth and concern that allowed me to confidently leave my mother with them. Ashley Gardens offers a variety of indoor activities and has a beautiful outdoor area. The facility is clean and the kitchen adjusts the meals according to each individual's needs. All of the staff are friendly, patient, and creative and show an interest in the needs of all of the residents. I highly recommend Ashley Gardens as a home away from home for your loved one.

The staff were genuinely caring and always receptive. And the facility was well kept.
