My loved one has been at Ashley Gardens for almost three months. She was welcomed warmly by the staff, and they have provided exceptional and compassionate care for her (and for our family). [name removed] provided valuable guidance through the transition to memory care. [name removed] and the nursing staff are very sensitive and caring. [name removed] and the other activities leaders maintain a full calendar of creative activities. The food is very good and the facility is clean and pleasant (currently undergoing some upgrades). [name removed] is a gifted administrator who is fully engaged in the community she leads. I could not be more pleased with Ashley Gardens and I give thanks daily for the wonderful people there.

They all are so friendly and. helpful and the food is included in price of [removed]$ so you can eat breakfast, lunch, and supper and is served by waiter, no clean up!

Our family had an in person tour with Quail Lodge Retirement Community and we thought the tour experience was really nice. All of the staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions. However another community just had everything that our loved one wanted and needed.

I am currently a resident at Country Club Village Retirement Community. This facility is a wonderful place to live, everything has been great for me here. The cleanliness and staff are great. The activities and value for cost are also great. From management to the residents, everyone here at this facility is so friendly and very nice to you. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Three observations: 1. The staff is not overtly friendly but they are amenable, cheerful, and responsive. 2. When my dad was receiving care at home from my mother, she was about killing herself to give him excellent care and was guilt-ridden about making the decision to put him into residential nursing care. The plain fact is that my dad is thriving at Windsor Heights. Mom visits every day. It's a win-win. 3. It is sad to see so FEW residents receiving visitors!!!!!

This place is wonderful. Beautiful-clean and well maintained. We love working with [name removed] -she is the best. She helped us every step of the way with my brother getting settled and has continued helping him since he has been there. We couldn’t ask for a better place or more caring staff. Thank you.

My mother is a current resident at Whitetail Springs Transitional Assisted Living and Memory Care. I'm very happy with this facility, so far. They pay attention to the residents and their staff seems happy and well supported internally. There's good leadership at the top. The staff is all friendly, helpful, and great. The food is awesome. The workers take pride in what they do. The housekeepers are dolls. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

When my parents moved into Magnolia Place the Life Enrichment Director took them under her wing to make their transition as smooth as possible. Magnolia was recommended to me by my parents’ primary care doctor because “the staff are amazing.” He was correct – the staff are extremely well qualified & go above & beyond. The staff were quick to recognize that the personality & needs of my mom differ from that of my dad. The Life Enrichment Team has been especially helpful in ensuring both of my parents stay active & engaged. They earned my mom’s love by giving her a warm blanket just prior to taking her to the Activity Room. My dad enjoys doing puzzles so the Team set up a special table for him to be able to work on puzzles whenever he feels so inclined. The Life Enrichment Director puts together a variety of daily (all 7 days!), creative programming. Recent activities include garden club, petting zoo, & cooking class. Many thanks to the entire Team for their love & compassion.

I can’t praise Windsor enough for the loving and high level of care my wife received at the facility. I always had a piece of mind when I was not with my wife, that she was safe and was receiving the same level of care even though I wasn’t present. I highly recommend Windsor for the care of your loved one!

[name removed] and her staff have made my mother's stay at Dunwoody Pines exceptional! The facility is friendly, clean and bright! With many activities for the occupants! It is a safe and secure senior living facility that I would recommend to others!

My family and I have had an outstanding experience with Dunwoody Pines. We had a challenging time getting my Mom settled. [name removed], has a vast knowledge of retirement communities and is so on spot, caring and always willing to help. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The food service is delicious, and amenities include pool, family grilling area, movie theater, all kinds of classes, Koi fishpond, hair salon, library and lovely live piano music. The residents are very welcoming and kind.

Based off of our families experience, we would recommend Quail Lodge Retirement Community to others who are searching. It is a very friendly and comfortable retirement community that we are happy with.

Our family had an in person tour with Central Parke Transitional Assisted Living the overall tour experience and community was nice enough for for uor loved ones needs it was not going to be the best fit and they did not have any availability.

Overall we are very pleased with the Belleview Heights Transitional community. Their kindness that is shown to the residents and family is something we like most about them. They are always ready to help and answer questions about our loved ones care.

After my dad passed away, we were concerned about my mom living alone in a big house. Managing home maintenance, cooking, cleaning, socializing, etc. for my mom and us, it wasn't the right choice for her to move in with us because we are still working, and she would be alone in our home as well. So we toured various facilities, and Mom came to the realization that Creekside Oaks would be the best place for her to live in this next stage in her life. My mom is living! She is socializing more than I ever thought, she is participating in exercise classes 4 days a week, going on field trips, and taking part in social events. Mom is very happy and very well taken care of. This gives me a lot of peace knowing mom is happy, safe and enjoying life!

The staff is friendly and always willing to help you if they can. The residents are all friendly, kind, loving. Maintenance is always willing to do whatever you need done. I know other places charge more for less of a family feeling.

My mother recently passed away [date removed] at the Ashley Gardens (AG) Facility after battling dementia/Alzheimer's for approximately 13 years. AG was her 3rd and final facility, and we could not have been more blessed to have AG as her final destination. As a family, we felt AG was equipped from the management team ([name removed] and [name removed]) all the way through to the workers on the floor ([names removed] and I know I missed more) were a concerted Team effort. We were welcomed any time of the day, and someone was always waiting to assist in any way. The connection with every staff member was authentic. caring, loving, prayerful, compassionate, and passionate. In mom's last days, the staff prayed with us and over my mother. This provided our family much peace as mom passed peacefully. They created a joyful presence in the wake of death/sad times. We will always be appreciative of the AG family for the compassion towards our mother.

[name removed] was only at Deer Park Retirement Community for a few months, but during that time I was very happy with the room, staff and amenities. [name removed] wasn't mental capable of independent. If she had been, would have been a perfect place for her. I think it is well- run and convenient to all necessities. I highly recommend it to others.

[name removed], who cleaned my room is excellent! Problems with really slow service. They were working on it. The food was generally very good. I did find that (from the top, behind the scenes) there seemed to be most interest in money making... the bottom dollar. That was fairly evident. I enjoyed The Verandah Independent Living. We had a traumatic experience 3 days after moving in, which placed my husband in memory care (see previous comments). Memory Care was terribly disappointing! I would have liked to stay in Independent Living, but that was not possible.
