Sunrise Senior Living

I would recommend it. The residents are wonderful and the staff are helpful. It depends on what you are looking for.

The staff was great. My mom was not there for very long and was in and out of the hospital. She was 98 and passed away in [date removed]. I appreciate both you and Sunrise of Rocklin. We were brand new to the area and found the community, as a whole, from A Place for Mom to neighbors, the medical community, and certainly Sunrise of Rocklin were very helpful and comforting.

I toured the property yesterday. The residents were preparing for an outing to Olive Garden. Transportation provided. How fun and a break from the daily routine of living. The property was clean and well appointed. I especially appreciate the meal plan with either sit and dine or grab and go.

Staff strive to create a home-like environment for residents, incorporating fresh flowers and seasonal decorations. The administration provides regular communication about what's going on at the facility. Overall experience has been very positive.

Sunrise was a wonderful place. Warm and caring people The staff is so warm and friendly They really give all residents such special attention It's a very expensive place Which can cause a little anxiety when you need more services It can add up very quickly But overall it was her home

[name removed] and the entire staff have made the transition of moving my mother-in-law into her new home as smooth as it could be. She is so comfortable and at home living at Sunrise at Marlboro. We would recommend this location to anyone interested in an Assisted Living

I would honestly give them a 5 for everything (in our case), except #8 I would rate a 4 because I do feel like they charged high for some things. They definitely had a lot of loving staff and didn't seem to have a huge problem with staffing, towards the end there seemed to be some turnover, but the service didn't seem to suffer. It is a nice, clean facility. Limited grounds outside, so not ideal for those who would want outside areas to walk. Staff really were very friendly, engaging from what I saw, and there were a number of staff that had been there for years. Management/Director very involved and pretty responsive to any questions/comments- which was great.

.Overall everything is excellent! It's cleanliness, various activities, great food selections, staff friendliness, good correspondence, addressing concerns promptly and being organized. These are the things that have impressed me about Brighton Gardens of West Orange

People here are extremely nice. It is comfortable and extremely clean. The only reason I gave dining a lesser rating is that they have been short staff but the food is delicious and presentation is like you are in a fine dining experience There are posted activities every week. Bedford is beautifully decorated and very clean

5 for all categories. She loves the place and has made a lot of friends. She has also been able to renew old friendships.

We felt at the time the other residence were similar to my aunt as far as activity and personalities. We felt she would have a better time and more in common than the other places we looked at. It has been excellent. They are all very patient and have been great with my Aunt.

What I like the most about Sunrise is the cleanliness and I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Service very good staff friendly clean I am happy with service special management and all staff I told all my friends about that place some will consider to visits caring about my friends I like nurse she very respectful and front seat very friendly and smiling call my by last name. Nothing to say

My mom actually ended up in a skilled nurse setting but for the short time she was at Sunrise of Wayland I would give all categories a 5 without hesitation. I think they're wonderful in every way and we're sad mom couldn't stay there but heart rate and blood pressure issues required more care and she is now in a skilled care nursing home.

My mother loves the staff. She loves the atmosphere. They go on outings almost every Wednesday and she looks forward to those outings. A varied list of activities. She has a great time. The staff is very caring and their communication with the families is great.

Had the pleasure to have lunch and a tour with my father. It was overall a great experience. The residents were engaged with activities. I was able to speak with [name removed] The Nurse Director, Who showed great compassion with the residents. The tour by [name removed], was Informative. Definitely look forward to moving my father in.

The staff is excellent and the Maintenance is good. The food is good as well. My favorite dish is the quesadilla's, and my favorite dessert is chocolate eu clair tort. The chef prepares them well!!!!!

What we like the most about Sunrise of Scottsdale is the friendly staff, and various activities and other residents. I trust that she is being looked after. The transportation service on Tuesdays and Thursdays is a huge help. Ability to have Dr. come visit is appreciated. The Smile App with photo updates is great!

Even before my Dear Sister had the stroke she could be difficult at times. The staff gives be a weekly report and phones me if there are any concerns, they say she is adjusting well. BTW I used 3 sources to check out Sunrise they all gave me a positive review. The staff was very professional and answered all of my questions. The premises upon entering gives one a welcoming and home like appearance. Other facilities looked too dull, institutional and drab.

We moved her in [date removed] to Henderson Nevada and she is being taken care of and thriving here! They are amazing it's sunrise of Henderson. My mom has been in 5 different assisted living memory care and sunrise by far it absolutely the BEST!
