My mom stayed here for two weeks while recovering from hip surgery. The staff was attentive and supportive. Everyone ensured that my mom felt loved, happy, and safe during her time at Sunrise of Shelby. I received regular updates about her well-being and care. The staff's dedication and professionalism shone through in every interaction. It was comforting to see how genuinely caring each team member was, treating her not as just a resident, but as a cherished individual. From the very bottom of my heat THANK YOU to all the staff at Sunrise of Shelby.

During my stay at Sunrise of Shelby I was treated with dignity and respect. The food was great, and the chefs always accommodated my special request. I received TOP NOTCH care from the nursing and care staff. Even though I was only there for two weeks recovering from a broken hip the activity staff came to my room every day to encourage me to join or engage me in conversation. [name removed], their Executive Director greeted me as soon as I arrived with a warm friendly smile. He told me that his door is always open if I needed anything. Although the community is not new and shiny it is still very beautiful, warm and clean. However, I'll take warm and friendly any day over new and shiny. At the end of the day, it's the staff that matters, not the granite countertops.

I'm confident we found the best match for [name removed] needs when we chose Sunrise at Holladay over the others we visited. Yes, it was proximity that put it on the top of the list, but as time progressed the personal touches shined forth and we sensed how everyone truly cared for Catherine and all residents. I would definitely recommend Sunrise at Holladay to anyone needing assistance with Alzheimer's care.

I have had a great experience here. the staff is very caring and attentive. They have made my patient feel like he is in his home not a facility.

I toured the Sunrise of Johns Creek property and found that the atmosphere allows residents to have their privacy as well as engage with other residents. The management team that I met with were all very knowledgeable about the industry as well as their location; they were all very passionate about their job and appear to be committed to providing the highest levels of care to their guests. The facility was very clean and well kept.

I stayed there for one month. Eàch category is a FIVE PLUS. The staff who helped me daily, physical therapists who helped me several times a week and the food. The atmosphere was positive.

I would recommend. We picked this community because of the caring attitude of their team and the responsiveness.

Each staff member has a smile on their face and a greeting when I see them. They are very kind and loving to Mom and Dad. It's a great comfort to know that they are well cared for and loved. The care of the residents is top priority.

Sunrise of Metaire is the 1st place I toured and they set the bar pretty high for the rest of the assisted livings i toured thereafter. The staff was very friendly and super clean place. All I can say is this place is a gem and look forward to moving my father into Sunrise.

Our loved one has been there for awhile now and my mom is enjoying her time there. I have great communication with everyone there, they listen to my concerns and or issues, they research and they get back to me promptly with feedback. We gave the value for cost a 3 because I feel the health care system is high, senior citizens using their money, retirement savings to live. It's not just here it's through out the Healthcare system. I'm not looking for cheap but reasonable and I would recommend this community to other families.

My dad passed but he loved it there. It was home and they were his family. I never smelled urine, facility was clean. Staff was friendly and treated dad like family.

We are so grateful for the care our Mom recieves and friendships she has made. My Mom has a more vibrant life than she’s had in a long time. My mother came in during the pandemic when she was practically paralized. They had to use a hoyer lift to get her in and out if bed. Being on a regular schedule and routine has been so good for her health. Through her improved health and physical therapy, she has not been on a hoyer lift for the last couple of years. My mom is so happy at Sunrise Marlboro. its like an extended family..everyone takes such great care of my mom..she lovs it here.. I've built so many great relationships with the staff thru out the years.. they are also my extended family.. xoxo :)
