Sunrise Senior Living

I toured a very nice community but I didn't like their a/c unit in the room. They built a wooden box that took too much space and it had sharp edges. For a fall risk that concerned me. It was located in an area that can get congested with traffic. For us to visit, there would be a traffic issue.

I had a very nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind, and friendly to my family, and myself. The community appeared to be well-kept. It was a pretty nice experience, but the location was just to far for us to travel.

So far I am satisfied with my stay at this community and am comfortable in my new living environment. I do wish there where some improvements made throughout the facility and on the apartment. Overall everything is okay and I have very few complaints.

This community was the cheapest of the ones that I toured, however, my concern was the staff. They seemed strange. They made a point that they hire from the heart and don't take experience or certifications into consideration when hiring They look for the quality In the person but something just does not seem right. I walked out questioning their hiring process and that was not a good feeling. This community was a defiantly no for us.

Sometimes she doesn't get a shower. She's been there since December and has only had three showers. The food has no flavor. The gravy tastes like it's store bought. I still haven't got my statement for January. The staff is lazy. There's one nurse who changed her and put her straight to bed without washing her. They are all friendly but they cut corners and take shortcuts.

ThIs has been a pretty good community so far. The food is good and they do keep the community clean. The only complaint I have is that this community has an older heating and air system and you are not able to run both at the same time. The staff have been friendly and helpful.

We toured this community when looking for my grandmother. The staff was very friendly and answered our questions.We didn't choose this community because it wasn't as nicely kept as some of the communities we toured in the area.

Nice facility, but smaller and more expensive for what I am looking for. Will keep in mind if my other choices do not work out. Staff was attentive and place is very nice!

The assisted Living facility was similar to the Sunrise in Montgomery Village but more expensive as far as the basic fee, personal care fee, and medical management fee. There was also a community fee of $5,000 that was not part of admission in the Sunrise Montgomery Village.

This is a nice community. My tour of it went very well. Everyone was very kind, and helpful. All our questions was answered. The community looked very well-kept. It was a pretty nice experience, but not the one for us.

Did not care for the number of units and need for elevators to get around. Too large

I toured this community for the care of my father. the staff was very nice and helpful. We found the community to be clean and maintained. They had a nice menu of meals and a lot of activities. We wanted a community that was laid out for my father. We would recommend this community to other families.

I was nor happy living here. The community has a bad odor and I had to go elsewhere to sleep at night. They would not help me on the refund. They don't do anything about the makers that I have complained about more than once. The sales people do not keep their word on what is promised. Just recently the meals did improve. They have a lot of great activities for that participation. I would not recommend this to other families

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. The tour went well. This is a lovely facility, spacious and inviting. From what I saw everything looked nice, and clean. The staff was friendly. It was a pleasant experience, but not the community for my mother.
