I do not think the staff at this community were as attentive as the community dad is currently at. The staff were nice and the community was clean. The food was ok. This did not seem to be a very active community.

My husband was at Jefferson for rehab. I checked into purchasing a condo at that time, but was put off by the monthly required charge -- very high, and together with the condo purchase price, monthly fee, real estate taxes (low, but an additional charge) it added up to a considerable amount And, on checking further, I learned that if you die or leave the community, the monthly fee continues to be charged even if no-one is living in the condo while it is on the market. Definitely a big obstacle for me. I don't know what the charges are for assisted living or Alzheimers care. The rehab physical therapy staff were excellent, the caregivers were very nice, but the nursing and medical care left a lot to be desired.

[Removed], manager of Sunrise, could not have been more kind or helpful. Sunrise is clean, lively, and homey. I would have signed on the spot;however, the rates listed on this website for Sunrise and the rates that I was quoted differed by $2400. Unfortunately, I do not think my mother can afford it. That was very disappointing!

I toured this community for my mother, and her needs. Overall my tour was fine, but I did not feel my mother was ready for this type of care. The staff was fine, and kind. The community looked nice, but it was not the one for my mother, and her needs.

My wife, and I toured this community for my mother in law, and her needs. The tour was nice overall. The staff was friendly, and nice. We were impressed with the management. It was a good experience, but bottom line it came down to location. We did find another community that suited our needs better, but our tour of this one went well.

There are some improvements that could be made with Quincy Place. Though my loved ones are acclimating well to their transition, we have found that there is a significant turnover rate with management, staff and maintenance. The renovations that were set to take place have been cancelled, which has upset many residents. The food could also be better, as the food is very bad quality, as well as the service in the dining area. They fail to follow the published menu and offer fewer options than anticipated.

I feel that any community is geared to make a profit, and they will not go the extra mile. My mother is doing well at this community. I do feel she is getting the type of care she needs. I'am not pleased with my experience with this industry.

Everything is great except for the food. My mother complains thst the food is cold and of poor quality. I would like to move her to a different place but she doesn't want to leave her friends.

The people are really nice and the residents seem to be taken care of really well. Bit it was really dated and just needs an update and new furniture. It was kinda dark too needs better lighting.

We moved into a studio apt. in the Memory Care Center but found that the bathroom was not equipped to handle a person in a wheelchair who needed assistance in the bathroom. After an illness shortly after moving in, and then a need for a rehab center it was apparent that we could not return to Gayton Terrace. They are making changes to that bathroom now. Everyone has been extremely accommodating and friendly. I would recommend Gayton Terrace even though it did not work for our needs.

I had taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I was just not as impressed with this place as I was with the other ones. There was not as many activities that I would have liked to see and I was not sure if they did any off campus trips together.

So far the experience is going well. The care that is provided is okay, The price is too much for what they provide. Since being there for two month they have not given a bath yet. They are not improving and the community is not as good as we had hoped.

We had some issues in the beginning but that has been resolved. They have made some changes. No longer having a 24 hours staff on the facility. The changes were not notified in a professional way.

I thought the staff where very friendly and had a lot of great information to give me for my mother on our tour. I just did not like her having to share a space, as that was the only option available at that time. The mansion was beautiful but I thought it might be a little too overwhelming for my mom.
