Sunrise Senior Living

This is an independent facility, they have no medical staff. I describe it as an apartment for seniors either amenities. [name removed] was extremely helpful in considering this facility. Had a great tour, offered lots of room options. They have a large variety of room sizes/styles. Have studio, 1 & 2 bedroom rooms & very few are like others due to the shape of the building. Even the balconies sizes vary. Mom has been there a month & thus far seems that this facility offers what Mom was looking for.

We just recently moved my mother into sunrise, Senior living in Park Ridge Illinois. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care, the kindness and the empathy they have towards the residence. I highly recommend them for your loved one.!

Helped relocate uncle to Colorado and the Greeley staff was very helpful and reassuring during the process. Virtual tour was helpful. Leasing team kept in contact and understood our situation with grace.

Everyone at Sunrise has been wonderful. From the first phone call we made for simple information to recent follow up calls, we have been treated with respect and kindness. My sister-in-law was able to stay with my mother-in-law during the winter storm which I thought was very generous of Sunrise to allow it! Her dog often visits, too, which makes the visits very comfortable for all. Overall, everything has been great!

This is a warm and welcoming community with caring & skilled staff. The nurses, aides, concierges, housekeepers, and dining room staff all do a good job. The residents are friendly and welcoming. My mother is adjusting, thanks to the helpful staff.

Our father has adjusted well and the staff have all been very welcoming and friendly. Our father is happy and they take very good care of him. The communication with our family had been great. The need to adjust our fathers medications went very smoothly. So pleased with Sunrise.

We have been very satisfied with how Brighton Gardens has cared for our family member. The staff has been terrific. They have calibrated to my sister’s needs. They have been supportive of both my sister as well as me and my family. The convenience of their location has also been a great help. We have taken my sister on many outings in the neighborhood nearby Brighton Gardens.

We chose Sunrise for our loved one because it felt like home when we entered. The staff and caregivers are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Our loved one is thriving because of the support, assistance, encouragement and love that she is receiving on a daily basis. We are confident that our loved one is treated as a special and valued member of the loving community of Sunrise.

As a family, we did our best for years to adhere to our moms wishes to live at home. In Oct 2024, the day and realization that mom needed an upgrade and community of people to help her in a multitude of ways. As a family, we decided that Sunrise of Newton was the best option and choice for mom to meet people and hopefully participate and enjoy daily activities and fun. The staff has been incredible and helpful in every way possible in helping our mom become comfortable with her new home and lifestyle. Mom has been at Sunrise for two+ months now and is continuously telling us she loves living there and wishes she had moved in sooner. The staff is supportive, engaging and attentive to even the small things that matter. As a family, we all agree that mom is happy, safe and looking forward to the days and weeks ahead. I'd like to say thank you to everyone at Sunrise for being so attentive and kind.

From the moment my family and I walked through the front doors of Sunrise of Wayne , we thought this could be a nice place for my dad. By the time we finished our tour, almost two hours later, we were convinced this is the only place for my dad. The sales staff, all the personnel were so nice and helpful guiding us through the process. I have a lot of respect and appreciate that many of the staff have been there for over a decade. Says something, doesn’t it?

Mom has nothing but good things to say about her new home..Since moving in 6 months ago she is very happy, made many new friends and is always busy with something. Enjoys the activities and loves the food.. Could not have made a better decision and no regrets..

My 95 year old mother has lived by herself for almost 20 years. Then she had an injury and we had to convince her she needed to be in a place that provided assistance. We started looking at assisted living facilities. Nothing clicked. Then we walked into Sunrise of Wayne. The residents were smiling, the staff looked happy to be there and there was plenty of activity. We signed the contract and started to move my mom in. From day one she felt at home. The day she moved in various staff members knocked on her door and introduced themselves. The residents embraced her and she started to attend every activity. When I ask her if she is happy, she tells me she feels lucky to be able to live in such a wonderful place.

Living at Sunrise has been a very pleasant experience. Most importantly I feel safe living here. The staff is caring and very friendly . The residents look out for each other. There's never a dull moment. Everyday there is something to do.

My father has been welcomed to Sunrise-Wayne with open arms. The professional team has made a difficult transition Positive and has helped our family so much!

I toured the community to get ideas for the future. I was really impressed with all the activities, and such unique options. Not to mention the transport options, tooo! Its on my life.
