They are very professional and treat your family like one of their own loved ones could not recommend them more. It has a very home like environment as soon as you walk in the door you see a lot of happy people sitting and talking or walking through the facility. It's a very active place full of life and energy.

Sunrise at Five Forks has been an absolute blessing for our family! The care team is incredibly compassionate and attentive, truly knowing and valuing my mom as an individual. Over time, they have become more than caregivers—they have become like family, treating her with the same love, patience, and kindness we would. The facility is always clean, the leadership team is incredibly supportive and communicative, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to create a warm, home-like environment. Knowing she is in such capable and caring hands gives us incredible peace of mind, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care they provide!

We got several calls after looking into options and it was overwhelming. The sales girl called every few weeks to see if we were ready to talk so we finally bit the bullet and visited. My mom lit up when a welcome sign was waiting for her at the front desk and we were even offered to stay for a meal. It was our first visit and we need to look no further. [name removed] gave us such peace of mind that we know where we are going when we're ready to move her.

Took my Mom to visit her lifelong friend at Sunrise of Mill Basin and was so pleasantly surprised not only by how pleasant the building is (inside and out) but by the front desk person ([name removed]). [name removed]could not be more lovely. Helpful. Accommodating. Warm. Genuine. Clearly likes people. Her interaction with me and how everyone walking past her so friendly greeted her speaks volumes. It’s wonderful to know that kind people do exist and that they've chosen to work where their kindness can be most appreciated… The elderly can be vulnerable to all sorts and my Mom and I are so happy to know that Mill [name removed]hires the best! Thank you [name removed]!!

The food is great, our loved one has gained weight. It's a warm, homey feeling when you enter. Other Assisted Living facilities I didn't get that. Yes, I would recommend Sunrise of Canyon Crest to other families

I would rate this facility as a 5 on all aspects. I just wish that active living facilities didn't cost so much money. I suspect my father will be out of money soon and then need to look for a state run nursing home. I wish there was a program that allow people that don't have the funds into these facilities. I could tell you that the staff made him feel very comfortable there. Everybody has been very nice and friendly and helpful.

Based on what my mom tells me, I would give them all 5s so far.[name removed], who helped my mom get signed up, was very easy to work with, so that was a good start. The facility feels more updated than most places we looked. My mom really likes the meals they offer as well as the exercise classes and other services. So far it has been a very positive experience for her.

We're very pleased with the quandrangle. My mother is happy there. The staff is exemplary. We couldn't be happier.

Outstanding care and kindness from all the staff. Plus amazingly delicious food (Would love to get some of their recipes)! Moved Mom a few weeks ago from a different assisted living community (an independent one not affiliated with Sunrise) and have not seen her so happy and engaged for years. The ranch style mansion makes for more comfortable communal spaces all on the ground floor - where Mom’s apartment is. She has only to step outside her suite and she can see her friendly neighbors. She doesn’t feel isolated like she did when relegated to an apartment down a long impersonal corridor at the other community. Sunrise quickly felt like home she told me. Mom especially likes the occasional visits she gets from the resident cat, Pansy.

I recently toured Sunrise of Danville, and I was incredibly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. [name removed] was an excellent guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the care and services they provide.

Mom loved Holiday Hills and yes we would recommend this community to other families. I wish my mom could've stayed longer in your facility.

All residents are very friendly and helpful. The staff are all kind and the building is well-maintained and cared for. The location is close to shopping.

My mom is very happy at Sunrise At Park Ridge and it is a great fit for her. We are very happy with the staff and the facility. I would highly recommend Sunrise At Park Ridge.

Sales staff was professional’ friendly and as supportive as can be. They understood that I just could not afford to carry two residences for an unknown length of time. They made my cancellation as smooth as possible

Sunrise at West Babylon was a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. They answered all our questions and gave us the feeling that this wasn’t just an assisted living but a homey family feeling. They have many different activities for the residents to participate in. The staff knows each and every resident by name and always there to help them if needed.

Sunrise of Scottsdale has been a great blessing and not only for my 92 year old Dad, for family as well. I can sleep at night knowing my Dad is in the care of an exceptional staff. I’m struggling to write this because I can’t seem to summon the words to sufficiently describe these people. Kind, empathetic, highly skilled, ready, willing and able to help in any way possible. I’ve told my friends that the environment seems surreal in that no one ever seems stressed or overworked. Perhaps that’s why the staffs’ longevity ranges from 10 to 18 years. Everyone works together. When I met the director of memory care, she was setting tables for lunch. We had witnessed no shortage of incompetence in other facilities and sadly, were just shy of accepting substandard care as the norm. Sunrise has exceeded our expectations. They’ve restored our trust in healthcare and what it means to truly CARE for the elderly.

Sunrise is a great organization. From the "sales" people to the billing office, from the unit coordinator to all of her staff, and even the maintenance staff, everyone was welcoming, warm, and helpful. The staff makes an effort to get to know each resident and to engage them in activities in the unit. The unit is clean and attractive and smells good. My dad's apartment is cozy and comfortable. As a family member I feel welcome at all times.

Their facility is modern clean and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and caring. The food is good tasting and adequate in portions. The food service is a little slow if you are pressed for time, which is not a problem for most residents. The community is also friendly and welcoming.
