They’re able to offer all the care services that we need. There is enough parking. The staff is very friendly. The level of cleanliness is good. They’re a bit on the expensive side to my perception.

Very nice facility....this is one of two that we will consider as we move forward with dad and his condition

In a nutshell my review is if you can afford this place it's great. The service was good to great. My mom went into this place suffering from severe dementia and after a few months moved off their "memory unit" (the floor designated for the clients least able to care for themselves and after a year she was doing really well. We couldn't afford the expense though and I had to take her out. Luckily I found a family member to have her move in with and if she hadn't had the stay at Sunrise she never would have been in shape to be able to do that. My only complaint is that they never miss a chance to charge you for just about anything. Also, I liked the director of the memory unit floor a bit better than the one for the other unit, although I suppose it's natural the memory unit was more expensive and they had less clients and hence more time for each client.

Mother has been at Sunrise a little over a week. Thus far, everything has been fine.

It was pretty but they weren't able to accommodate our needs. I didn't know what the care would be like, but it was lovely. I have been told not to be swayed by the cosmetics, the care is what is important.

The rooms were very small with no kitchens. It was located really close to my son, but too far from me and location was really important to me.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a beautiful facility, very clean and well kept. However, the care didn't seem quite as good as other communities we saw in the area. They seemed understaffed, especially in the evenings.

We've had a good experience with Provision Living at Webster Groves so far! They're great at working with residents who have memory issues. They're obviously very practiced and knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with those specific issues. They know exactly how to direct and guide her so that she never feels she is being "forced" into anything, and it has made everything go so much better for her.

Very very happy with the care and care managers. Sunrise is clean and the staff are all very friendly. Food is pretty much what you would expect..not great but not awful. Not so happy that we are paying so much for care as I was not expecting the high price. My dad acclimated to his "new home" very well. I feel very secure knowing hes being well cared for.

Sunrise of Wall is a beautiful place but I don't think it is the right place for my mom. She needs more care than they can provide and the cost is just to much for us as a family to handle. I also feel they are lax in getting her what she needs to become a thriving member of the community. All in all, not the place I thought it would be.

Great outside porch with rocking chairs, very welcoming. Large dining area with a TV room near by. The rooms seemed small to me an the shared place was not much better. Bathroom place was small especially for two people. Nice patio but access was from the outside you had to go around the building.

It's very nicely kept and the food is good. They seem to be nice enough. I am in another state, and while I talk to my loved one daily, it's hard to have to much to comment on. It's a beautiful facility.

They do a pretty good job. It's a very clean community. There was some concern over the food, but they have some new people in there now, and they are improving. We chose this community because we liked the location.

This facility was a little larger than our needs. Also requires an entry deposit that at our age is not as advantageous

Best so far, visited this one in Thursday.

Went to visit prior to Bristal but was more expensive and more like a nursing home.

It’s very expensive, but they take really good care of my parents so I keep them. My parents really like it. There seems to be a really good social atmosphere that my parents like. My parents really like that. They’re very responsive. I called because my dad was sitting in his room all the time – I asked them if there was anything they could do. They responded with the Terrace Program which gets him involved so he feels like he’s contributing to the community. It’s really good.

Terrana who runs the independent living side, is absolutely phenomenal! The one that runs the assisted living side, not so much. We had an incident with theft, The lady that runs the assisted living side did nothing, but Terrana made it right. They have wonderful amenities, but they are expensive. The one thing that has meant the world to my mom, is that Terrana and some of the staff have come to visit my mom in her new home. That says a lot about Terrana and the way she treats her staff, and how they feel about the residents.

Light, bright and airy. Wide hallways. Liked one-bedroom w/ walkout patio. Really liked Kelly and live-in manager. Age in place concept (wouldn't have to move). No stoves in kitchenettes. Covered parking $35/month. Decent closet space for size of units. Bookmobile once a week. Only two units currently available - both one-bedrooms.
