It is really not fair for us to rate this facility yet, as its the first week of our parent's stay there. They are homesick and missing their former routine. The staff is very kind and helpful and their room is lovely. I think there could have been more "welcoming" activities (even introducing my folks at mealtime) but the activities director has tried to get my dad involved and right now he isn't cooperating. I think once my parents are in the routine they will do better, but their dementia clouds the success. We will work with the staff and hopefully in time things will be just fine. Adjustment for seniors in a new living situation I'm sure is hard for most everyone that moves in. We look forward to better days ahead.

I liked the oversight they offered when the residents were outside. I liked Sunrise, but it was a little more expensive. They had invested a lot in the landscaping and in the decor and lobby furniture, but she doesn't stay outside or in the lobby. They had these rocking chairs outside but they didn't get to go out there much, so they were more decoration than anything. Even in the lowest cost room with the minimum level of care, it was pretty expensive. My loved one lived there for almost a year, and other than the price, it was nice.

My dad tells of us slow service everyday in the dining room. When we have asked for service repairs it seems to take a few days to get them done. The facilities are beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly. Overall we are happy we the Sunrise at Flatirons.

Things seem to be going well overall at Sunrise of Edina! She doesn't want for anything, and is as happy as she can be. The staff are friendly and caring, and do as well as they can for the residents.

Very impressed with Andrea and Nick. Would have no reservations about the care my mother-in-law would receive here. Location was deciding factor in choosing another community.

Well it went pretty well but will not be the place for my parents. No parking, There is parking behind and far on the side and in the street! No ovens , and no toaster ovens allowed. The rooms are smaller and there is less closet space. And there is basically no kitchen/ living space. In the two bedrooms, people use the second room as a den. No closet in there. That room by the way was $185 per day! So that is over 5,000 per month. Lots of services and extra of course for everything. Medication management is more affordable for Dad for instance when he will need someone to measure and give him insulin. But as far as room size they would be really unhappy with no option to cook in the room

Mom has only been at Sunrise a week but everyone with whom we had contact was very helpful and welcoming. I can't rate the activities yet because of the short period of time Mom has been there. I gave it 4 stars as it seems that they get the residents out and about and we really liked Shamika, the assistant activites director.

Lovely facility with excellent location. Staff friendly. Am not ready for residency just yet. Many residents seemingly feeble.

I was very impressed with the facility, very clean, the only odor was the smell of food which smelled good. The staff seemed very friendly and I liked the layout of the rooms. The atmosphere was very comforting. The safety issues such as assist aides seemed appropriate. Overall, I liked this facility very much.

We've had a good experience with Huntcliff Summit overall! It's a clean, well kept, nice looking facility, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. From what I have seen it looks like they have a good variety of activities organized for the residents as well!

This was one of our top two. We liked it and it was pretty comparable to the other place with only a couple of exceptions. It was clean and friendly, and seemed to offer good care. The pricing here was a little to costly for us. There would have been a lot of extra fees. It was also on a busy intersection, and not in as serene of an environment as the other place. Still a great community.

Spoke with Slyvia, states she has been in business a long time and would be a resource, call to get a tour, she was very nice. It is a secure neighborhood in case of 'elopement' they accomodate short term memory loss in the assisted living area. Suggests not getting the largest apt, this is a residential appearing facility. The aisles are wide and short hallways, they want the 60-65 residents to be able to use the whole facility as their own. They have a Sunday bus trip to St. Kenneth and mass said once a month.mass is said once a month there and they have the host q Friday. There are a large # of Catholic residents. They do not do skilled nursing care, just hospice but they will hand feed residents if necessary. There is staff in house 24 hours, a nurse 8-10 hours per day and on call 24?7 with 3 doctors making in house visits.

My experience in moving my mother (who is 95 years young) to this community three weeks ago has been a positive one. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff are all very friendly to everyone. Whenever I call to ask about my mother, they are always receptive and answer any questions or address any concerns that I have regarding her care.

It has only been a short time for my mom living here but so far it has been good. The layout of the place makes it very easy for elderly people to get around. I could probably be of more service after a couple of months time. There may be a slight problem with maintenance.

Overall we've had a good experience with Sunrise of Park Ridge! It's a nice looking community, and every has been very friendly and welcoming! The staff have all been very accommodating when it comes to any requests or questions that we've had, as well. They have a lot of different activities and events going on, and the food is good!
