Sunrise Senior Living

My father is doing pretty okay with his move to this community. We might need to consider more options, but for now all is well. This is a good facility with kind people. They provide good meals for the residents. The staff is doing their best to care for him, and his needs. It has been a good experience, and this is a community I would recommend.

We really liked the feel of this community. The decor really seemed to go match with my grandmothers taste. I really liked the way the rooms were setup with a little kitchenette, a sitting area and of course the bathroom and the bedroom. When she is not taking advantage of her sitting area in her room she is down doing some of the activities and making friends which are nice. She is enjoying the food and eating well. The community is kept very clean and the temperature is quite comfortable. The staff is friendly and nice and very honest with their opinions and suggestions.

My Uncle has transitioned well at Sunrise on Old Meridian and he really likes the staff as they are friendly and very helpful. He likes going to the daily exercise classes. My Uncle is very comfortable here and he likes the dining room and menus and other options that are available to him. My Uncle is seen by the resident doctor on Fridays, and they are working with him to make some adjustments on his meds for which they keep me informed on as well. I would recommend Sunrise to my friends and family.

We liked this community when we took our tour. The person that took us on tour was friendly. This is a larger community with many floors. This community does allow pets and seems to offer some nice amenities. They take good care of the grounds and the community. The community we chose was closer to family.

Even though he had decided to keep mom at home we toured this community. It was very nice the people were pleasant and the community looked very well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful in giving us information.

So far the experience is good for my aunt. She is still adjusting to the move to this community. The meals and cleanliness provided here are really good. I like the staff, the price point, and it's cleanliness. All my reasons for choosing them.

The staff was friendly and informative on the tour but we just felt it was a little too large for our style.

This community has a very appealing entrance way with a beautiful wrap around porch in the front. The inside appeared bright and clean. The outside is landscaped beautifully ample places to sit and visit with people. The staff appeared friendly

My mom & sister mis-judged the timing and were an hour late so their tour was cut short. People were rushing because they were late. My mom would like another chance to visit to get the full tour. She did like it here.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well for the most part. From what I saw the community looked nice and clean, the staff was nice, and our questions were answered. It was a nice experience, but it wasn't the right fit for my father. It felt rather confined and there were no secured area's where could go to walk and they always had to have someone with them.

I have no complaints of how things went during my tour of this community. The staff where on time to my appointment and had nice presentation prepared for my visit. I was offered a meal to try and got to see the entire building from front to back. They had a spacious common areas and the apartments where very clean. It was a great place just not the right fit for me in the end decision.

The community was lovely very well kept and the landscaping was clean and very maintained. I did notice there was a bike trail for people who liked to bike however for someone that needed assistance with walking I felt that would be a little unsafe especially since people on bikes don't always pay attention. The community offered a lot of activities and they seemed to be connected to the overall community that they were in. The director was nice however I question his professionalism speaking about other communities in the area.

My loved one stayed at this community for a short time working with the rehabilitation staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and they offer healthy choices. They have a nice salad bar every evening. This community did not have any openings in the assisted living area as they reserve these rooms for the independent living residents when they need them. I would recommend taking a look into this community if you are looking for rehabilitation.

This is a great community, and my mother is doing pretty well since her move to this community. One of the concerns we have had is the response time when help is needed. They could be more responsive when needed for help. Other than that issue everything is working out pretty well. The staff is good. They provide nice meals, and good activities for the residents. So far this community is working out well for our family, and I would recommend it.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I was pleased with the experience we had. The staff where on time to our appointment and where very knowledgeable with the information they provided us. I was impressed with how clean everything was and how happy the residents where. They even offered us the opportunity to try a meal to see what the dinning experience was like. Overall this was a great place just not the right location for my father.
