Sunrise Senior Living

The staff at Sunrise is great. They are caring and attentive. Initially, there were a few problems with communication, but overall this has been a pretty good experience.

I have no complaints about how things had went for my tour of this community. It was actually one of our top choices and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone. The staff where wonderful to work with and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. I liked all of the great amenities available to the residents as well as the open floor plan. My father unfortunately had some health problems come up and we could not move him in.

This is a larger community. The people we met were friendly and the community looked clean. They seem to offer a lot of activities and amenities. This community just did not feel like the right place for our loved one.

Sunrise is more to my taste. I loved how organized they are. I plan to revisit there again as well. There is an issue that has come to my attention and that is, I make most of my own meal fresh daily. I discussed with [Removed] (Director of Sales) the possibility of being able to make my own meals when I prefer. They may be able to accommodate me. A though that has come to mind. Are there smaller facilities out there that are more like a home setting where I could have a 1 bedroom with private washroom and living room, where I could prepare my own meals when I wish? My husband is doing great with his move to this community. All is well, and I'am comfortable with his move to this facility.

We had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well for the most part. From what I saw the community looked nice and clean, the staff was nice, and our questions were answered. It was a nice experience, but it wasn't the right fit for my mother and not close enough to my brother.

My wife was only at Sunrise Senior Living of Dresher for a short while. But while she was there the staff were very attentive to her needs, the food was good and everything was nice and clean. They do offer other amenities for the residents who want to use them. I would recommend Sunrise Senior Living to others looking for a place.

I have recently made the decision to move into this community and I am looking forward to the move. The staff and all of the people have really made the transition easy and delightful. They have been helpful and always so polite every time I had went there. The property is not to big and has a great location. I like that everything is clean and well presented. Overall I am happy and looking forward to making the move into this place.

I liked this facility. The vilLas are pricey but nice. Watch out for the extra fees they could add on for services.

Very nice place but very expensive. 2 year pay down requirement is a deal breaker for us.

It was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community that was more in line with our needs for memory care.

I toured this community for my father, and his needs. Everything went well, and my tour was pleasant. The community from what I was shown looked well maintained. The staff I met was friendly, and my questions were answered. It was a nice experience overall, but I find another community that met our needs better.

So far everything is going really well for my dad since recently moving into Sunrise at Countryside. It is a beautiful and clean community. We chose here because of the cozy, homelike atmosphere. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I have dined here with my dad and we enjoyed the food provided, it is quite good. They try and encourage all of the residents to participate in the activities offered. Although it is too warm to go outside right now, there are benches to sit and relax and enjoy the fresh air. I would definitely recommend Sunrise at Countryside to others.

This looked like a nice clean community when I visited. This community seems to offer some nice amenities and activities. The people I met were friendly. The community we chose just seemed to fit my loved one better.

Mom is in memory care and the staff are very warm and welcoming. She likes the food and they do offer activities to help stimulate them. The memory care and assisted living residents do interact together. the staff do encourage them to socialize. The memory care unit is on the third floor. I think the staff understand Dementia and they are quick to respond. I am comfortable with her here as I know they are taking great care of her. I would recommend this community.
