I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my father.The staff where easy to communicate with and on time to our appointment. They made sure to provide us with lots of great information and answer any questions we had for them in detail. The property was nicely maintained and had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

My mother in law is better since her move to this community, than the previous community she was in. We are satisfied with her move to this facility. She is safe, and in good hands. For the most part they do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. The staff has been kind, and friendly when I visit. Everything is going pretty well for my mother in law in this community. I would recommend it to my friends.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she has made the move into this community. My mom seems to be enjoying the nutritious meals they are providing during her dinning experience as well as a few of the activities. The staff are friendly and I am comfortable with the care they are providing her. Overall things are going well and I would recommend it to anyone.

This community was our second choice. They seem to offer some nice amenities. The staff I met were knowledgeable. This community charges for each individual service needed. We were looking for a more all inclusive community.

Mom is doing well since moving here. The inside and outside appear clean and well maintained. The food is not that great I've eaten here a few times and both myself and mom find it tasteless they need to do a better job and spicing it up. The staff is fine friendly and kind and helpful when asked. They do offer activities and some sort of social things but is not one to do that sort of thing so she chooses to do things. I would recommend them

Site is clean and well cared for grounds are attractive and nicely landscaped. Activities are adequate. Food/dining room are acceptable.

This looked like a nice clean community when we toured it. The person that took us on tour was friendly. This community seemed to offer a lot of daily activities and some nice amenities. This community was our second choice, however they did not offer all of the services we were looking for.

My sister is pretty content since her move to this community. I do feel she is in good hands, and safe. The staff is taking good care of her, and treating her very well. She has not had any complaints with her move to this facility. The sales lady at this community was very professional, and helpful. They were able to accommodate us in a short time period. This is a community I would highly recommend, it is working out very well for us.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far she is happy. The staff seem to be doing a good job and making sure she is getting adjusted okay into her new living environment. The apartment she had moved into is a little smaller than what she was used to but is perfect for her. Everything was clean and nicely presented upon move in. Overall we are happy and would recommend it to anyone.

We toured this community for care. My husband was wanting a different type of care. We did not like the layout as much. The staff was nice and able to answer the questions. The menu seemed appealing and they do offer activities. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My mom is happy with the food, the caregivers and playing bingo. To me, I can tell they are taking care of her. On Sunday they have mass and she joins them. It is very clean and nice in the community and they make good food. She really enjoys the ice cream. They have everything there but it is costly. Recently they called me to let me know my mom was not well, after noticing something was not right when checking on her. I just feel there needs to be patient advocate or social service to help the residents there. Right now the staff is low and they are trying to hire more staff.

The food is not bad and they do offer a wide variety of options. They accommodate for different dietary needs. The director is wonderful and quick to respond to our concerns and questions. The staff are helpful and encouraging. The staff interact with the residents on a daily basis. Mom has started to enjoy some of the music entertainment they offer. They have two live in cats and they also bring in other animals for the residents to enjoy.

I really enjoyed my tour of this community. It is a really nice facility, and everyone was very kind. It had a nice, home environment. The staff was very kind, and informative. All our questions were answered. The experience went very well, but my love one didn't feel this was the one for her. However I was impressed with my tour.

My mom has been doing alright, it is still a transition for her. My sister and I are quite pleased with the facility and the staff. She loves the food! They give gracious servings and if you want something that is not on the menu they try to make it. They are very accommodating.

I have no complaints of how things are going for myself since I have recently made the move into this community. My apartment is the perfect for me and I could not have picked a better place to go. I knew immediately when I toured the facility that it was the right place for me. Overall it is a lovely living environment and I would recommend it to anyone.

My dad has been at Brighton Gardens for about 7 weeks now and has adjusted well. All staff has been very friendly with him and also with me. There was some miscommunication from day 1 regarding level of care he needed, but I eventually got the billing corrected. I think the cost is in line with similar places I toured, but the medication administration fee is quite a bit more (he pays $25 per day for AM/PM total of 12 Rx meds). Activities are just OK, but I think more creativity is needed (apparently a new Activities Director has been hired). The residents really like music, but it isn't offered every day like it should be. The place is overall pretty clean, but I keep noticing a strong urine smell almost always in the corridor where my dad lives. I have never seen any bugs. There is a designated smoking area outside, but the smoke keeps blowing inside every time that door is opened, so it often smells like smoke in the 1st floor common area where we hang out. I wish this could be improved somehow. The staff takes good care of my dad, knows him pretty well by now. They have called to talk with me when needed, which is great. The residents say the food is only OK, not great. It seems to me that they consistently don't have enough staff in the dining room for dinner, as my dad and others have had to sometimes wait quite a while for someone to take and bring their orders. I don't know about the other meals. I think, overall, that my dad likes it there and it is a nice place. His room/unit is plenty big enough and is very clean and up-to-date. He really likes having his own "apartment" to go to, but he spends quite a bit of time in the common area with others, which is a sign that he is comfortable, despite his shyness.
