We had used this community respite care services while we had gone on vacation and my mom had a good time. Mom said the staff was really good very friendly and kind. She said she liked the food most of the time it wasn't like our home cooking but it was good. The community was nice very clean. Mom is not one to do activities but that didn't stop the staff from trying to get her to join in which was good. I felt very comfortable with her staying there and we would recommend them to anyone.

I had a pretty nice tour of this community. I toured it for my love one, and his needs. Everything went well, and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately this location was too far for us to travel too, but overall I had very nice tour of this community.

nice, more pricey than Gardens at Ocotillo, still like Gardens better

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for her. The staff have been fabulous and I am comfortable with the care that she has been receiving. They are always making sure she stays busy and keeping her active throughout the day. My mom has had a healthy appitite and I have seen the menu they offer to the resident and it looks wonderful. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I have no complaints.

They wanted to talk about my sister: what does she like, what makes her happy, mess, friendships, etc. I was impressed that they were resident-oriented. They said that concern is fostered by management, top to bottom. Long-term employees help. Spoke with [Removed]

Since moving here my brothers quality of life has dramatically improved we are so happy. Even though he has his disabilities he insists that he wanted to be on the independent living side which is suiting him just fine. He is living in a studio apartment which is giving him enough room. He goes down to the dining area and eats meals which the food seems to be ok. He does activities on site but is unable at this point to join in anything off site due to not having handicapped courtesy transportation. The staff and residents are very nice and helpful The deciding factor was the price what he could afford and this place fit within his budget

Sunrise of Sandy was a nice and clean and older community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We chose another community for our current needs. It is a beautiful community it just wasn't the right fit.

After touring with them and confirming that this is where I would want to live, I decided to pick them. It is simply decorated in and out the community. I am still independent and they help when I need it. I like the rides to the store.

This is a nice community, and our tour of it went well. Everyone was very friendly to my family, and I. From what we saw everything looked neat, and tidy. The staff we came across was kind, and helpful. Our tour guide was informative, and answered all our questions. The experience went well overall.

Lovely facility. Well maintained and residents appear well cared for. Rooms where large and that is reflected in the pricing. I think the size of the residence would overwhelm my mother.

Brighton Gardens of St. Charles was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community because we were looking for all of the rooms to be ground level and it was a bit pricey.

I found Sunrise to be very welcoming & compassionate. The staff & residents were happy to be there.

Mom has been through a lot in the past few months so to say moving here was easy and she has adjusted well wouldn't quite fit. She is doing better than before she is slowly starting to make friends the staff which has been wonderful and encouraging. She is still getting used to her new surroundings and has to settle into a new routine. The one things she absolutely loves is the food she looks forward to meal time. The community almost gives off the feeling like you are living in a hotel on a permanent basis. I would highly recommend this community.

Sunrise of Morris Plains was a very homey and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.We were looking for a more bright and uplifting atmosphere and more updated in the memory care department.

Sunrise of Des Peres was such a welcoming community! It was a nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and professional and answered all of our questions. Their parking is not great, but plenty of handicapped parking places. We chose another community for our current needs.

After the horrible experience we had with another group home it is refreshing to find a place that cares and is responsible and doesn't lie. The residence itself and clean well Kep-smell good. The staff is wonderful kind and caring. The food is good. They have wonderful acitivites and courtsey transportation to doctors or shopping. This is a much better and safer place for my mom

[Removed] showed us both Naperville locations of Sunrise - she was superb! While we really liked both of them, the room set ups were not what my parents are looking for. They really want a living room, and they did not offer that in any of their floor plans.

Since my mother in law move to this community everything is working out pretty well. She is doing well, and we are pleased with all they have done for our family. The have a good staff, and so far they are taking good care of her, and her needs. The community is nice, and clean whenever we visit. They provide good meals, and nice activities for the residents. Their prices work well for her budget. The one thing we would had liked to see, is a resident show her around the community when she first moved in. We are satisfied with this facility, and we would recommend it.
