[name removed] was very personable and helpful. I liked the location but the roaming animals is not for my mom.

Least attractive location on a busy street. Fully vaccinated staff who were friendly and open. Best combination of price and room layout.

The community is friendly, clean, kind, and attentive. They are understaffed; however, each staff member is working hard to support the residents. The food is sometimes is very good and other days not as good.

The nursing care was not what we expected and could have been better. There seemed to be an issue with communication between medical staff. The director and the management staff were very good and receptive to feedback. The aids were also amazing they were so friendly and willing to help. They truly cared. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our family had a virtual experience and it was pretty good for what we were able to see.

We chose Sunrise of West Babylon because it was recommended to us by her previous facility and also we did a virtual tour with them and everything looked good, they also had a memory care unit which is what we needed. She turned around a lot when she first got here. They are willing to work with you and keep in constant contact with you which was excellent. They had a nurse on staff and she would always call with any updates and plan her doctors visits which helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We chose Highland Trail because it was extremely clean, the people were nice, and the facility itself is very well maintained. The apartment sizes here are good. The meals that they serve are high in starch so they could use improvement there. Overall it is a well run facility and I would definitely recommend them.

The community is kept very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. They have activities for the residence to do and they seem to take good care of my loved one. I would recommend this community to others based on my expeience.

We were only there a couple of days for a respite stay, but they were really very good. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The hallways were clean, and there were no odors. They were very friendly and very accommodating. I loved that they allowed you to bring the dog to visit, and they were very friendly and accommodating about the dog as well. To be able to bring my loved one someplace where I could sit with him in his last hours, the rest of the family could come, and so could the dog - that was invaluable to me.

We chose Sunrise of Randolph because it is a nice facility and we had previous experience with them and the staff were very nice. I think the care they provided was good for my mother, but she ended up needing more care and I think they should have told us earlier that they were not able to provide enough care. Overall, I would recommend them to other families who are looking.

They have caring staff is the best thing about the community. The staff are responsive to the resident's families. The commitment from the director is great. There are few activities on the memory care unit.

The place was clean and rooms were nice. It was the first place I have seen. The price seemed high though.

We chose Sunrise of Bridgewater because we had looked at it for my sister and we were impressed with the staff members and the facility itself, the activities, and the location. She is in the memory care side and those rooms seem to be smaller than the ones in assisted living but they are adequate for what she needs and she is happy there. My mom needs a low sodium diet and they say no salt is added, but the food itself is salty which is causing her to swell. They could also use some more variety on the meals. Overall I think they are doing a great job and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Our loved one really enjoys the people there they are all very nice and very attentive., The only issues our loved one has had is with the food, she is just not the biggest fan of it.

Everything has been great so far, when we moved in our loved one we could see a little bit of the community and what we did see was very clean. Mostly everyone there is very friendly, the activities are still very restricted like the beauty salon is still closed, but the dining hall is open for those who want to eat there. So far we have not heard any bad feedback about the meals. Our only issue would be with the communication in the beginning about what to expect on move in day, their daily schedules rules and regulations. None of that was communicated and that could of been due to the change over in management but it made move in day very stressful.

Liked the facility but a little older. Definitely would be my second choice based on their level of care my dad would receive. It seemed as if the residents were happy there and seemed to participate.
