This is a nice community four your loved one. My mother overall likes it and has made a lot of friends and met some very friendly people. They have activities like bingo, arts and crafts and outings for the residents to stay busy and have something to do.

This community was very nice and the tour experience was great.

This community is very kind, warm and friendly. This is a family like environment. I have seen activities at the community like jigsaw puzzles, games, singing and more for the residents to do. The staff are very kind and friendly and caring to the residents.

The good thing about Sunrise is that it is not as large as some other communities we looked at, it is easier for the residents to navigate around the place. They have onsite nursing staff 24 hours a day. It is s very secure community cannot get in and out without being let in and they have done a great job sanitizing everything during the covid pandemic. The food is not as good as it could be, but we understand everyone is struggling to get food and keep consistent staffing.

We were impressed right away on the tour, the community was very clean and just smelled fresh. The meals smell good and their menu looks good, but being the great cook our loved one is sometimes they don'y really care for the meals. The value for cost is much higher than expected, but this was the only community that offered a room that fit two people. Some of the aids are wonderful, and others not so much it just kind of depends on who you are speaking with.

Our family had a virtual tour and nothing is as ever good as it is in person but they did a good job taking us around the community it was a nice tour. However we just did not like their cost structure, you did not have to make a deposit you paid month to month but as your loved one transitioned to different levels of care the price really just soared.

This community seemed fine it just did not fit what I was looking for for my loved one. I was looking for specific memory care and this had both assisted and memory.

This community was okay but it did not match or come close to the community that I was really interested in for my loved one.

The facility itself is very nice and I liked it a lot. The rooms do have kitchenettes and walk in closets. The only drawback was that it was way too expensive.

Our loved one says at times they are not the biggest fan of the food, says it reminds them of mush. They are understaffed which effects everything and we know everyone is struggling. We also think they could work on improving getting the residents their monthly calendar because right now it is just posted up in the elevator and they say they don't give them to the residents because they don't have a memory

Everybody here is nice, happy and very friendly.

We had a great tour with Sunrise of Plainview and liked what we saw, but we felt mom would be a better fit at another place we looked at.

Great staff and location.

We didn’t like the room layout. But we liked pretty much everything else about it.

The staff are friendly and caring. They appear to be a little short staffed right now. But overall, in times of need, they're there 24/7. The living spaces are acceptable and meet our needs. I can see that post-Covid they're trying to keep the residents busy.

The common spaces have been under construction since moving in. One of the reasons we wanted her here was so that she could socialize and that has been fairly restricted because of that construction going on. We are excited for that to be done so she can get out and about with other residents.

My loved one really liked the meals at this community. This community feels like a big house and everyone in it feels like a big family. You don't see this often and it really feels like your going to someones house that just has a lot of people. It isn't the fanciest but it is very homey.

Nice community, just not the right fit for my loved one.

I would tell others to definitely try and schedule the move in when people are not walking in the hallways and while someone is there to open doors with you. You do have to move in through the front of the building so it can get clustered. They also charge a hefty move in fee as well. It was not a good experience while moving in.

The Sunrise tour was pretty impressive, it looked to be an upbeat facility. It was just too far for what we were looking for.
