Very friendly staff. Everyone is very helpful. Online billing software is not very user friendly and quite confusing and frustrating at times. Food is hit or miss. Some days are really good, other days are quite bad. Wish they were a little more consistent with the food quality. Our experience was very positive overall, great community with friendly staff. It was definitely the right move for our mother.

The team at Belmont Village ensures the residents are well cared for. From the attentive staff to the great food in the dining room, this nicely sized community provides a comfortable and stimulating environment for the residents.

I thought the staff was very caring and the admin for the most part were very responsive. Sometimes a shortage of staff or if alert button was pressed-could take up to 30 minutes for someone to check the status of why it was pressed. My dad would fall transferring from wheel chair to chair and would end up on the floor and would lay there for a bit before someone came in . There were nice activities and off site lunches and visits to library etc. there was onsite barber which was nice. Pricing was based on a point system which would be the main negative. Could also add that the facility was very inviting and warm. Others I had visited were "cold". Long empty hallways.

All of the workers are extremely friendly and go out of their way to welcome new residents and help them acclimate to their new residence. Their extra care services which they recommend are quite expensive. They should plan more trips outside including Sunday church service. The associate director is wonderful but the nursing staff could improve their communication with the family

What we like the most about Sunrise of Countryside is the friendliness of the staff, they clearly show the care is genuine. Food could use much more variety, however we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Staff is very nice. Be careful of the financial people. Sometimes they need some extra explaining the food is great. Room sizes are spacious and they are more than enough activities to keep anyone busy.

We are pleased with the community. It's not too small, but not too large either. There are activities each day that my mother enjoys participating in. She enjoys the meals and socializing with friends/the other residents. She often mentions how much she likes the staff, that they are nice and helpful. She is safe, which was a key factor for us.

Just simply knowing they'll always be there for you My dad ran away and they helped us find him. No questions asked it was perfect. We found him within a half hour. The staff helped me look at the cameras to know exactly when he left and through where he left. In addition, I was there one night extremely late, and there was an outsider trying to get in for whatever reason probably a homeless person cops were called. Immediately once I called and things were taken care of in a timely manner. I am truly grateful for all of the staff.

We have been happy with Sunrise. It's not perfect, but better than average. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

All the people who work there are fabulous. My mom was in memory care and the caregivers very patient in a very difficult situation. The facility, itself could use a little maintenance but that was a minor issue.

Staff is all very friendly and helpful. Many of the staff have been there 10 years or more.

Sunrise of Plymouth Beach is a very nice community. I actually miss them. They were nice enough to accept my father from a nursing home that he was in. Both places were charging steep monthly fees however I wanted my father to pass with a sense of dignity and not live in a bathrobe. Sunrise embraced him and got him dressed everyday and created a routine that was important. My father was in the Memory Care wing four weeks after arriving. I have no complaints about his care.

Amedysis Hospice staff were onsite everyday for my husband. Facility was a manageable size, approximately 66 units. Each room had controllable thermostat. Laundry facilities available for residents. Supportive staff.

Sunrise has a great friendly staff and atmosphere and based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is very kind. I have not run into anybody who was not nice. The only complaint I have is the food. I've been in several different assisted-living facilities and it's institutional food like the rest of them. I happen to like good food and this is not food I enjoy, but everything else is so good that I put up with it.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Yorba Linda is the friendly like atmosphere and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Very nice and accommodating. The activities are fun and the food is decent. My in laws room is really nice. Also the patio has a small view of the ocean

You must be the advocate for your family member. Location, cleanliness, friendliness, activities stuck out over other places.

Caring. Treat residents with respect and love. Private room. Staff. Facility was clean. Front desk staff went above and beyond

It is difficult to provide appropriate feedback because dad's time at Sunrise were the last months of his life...he was declining and my experience was very challenging and influenced my perception on how I would rate Sunrise. Many of the staff seemed to really care and a rare few seemed indifferent. In terms of value for the money, I rate it low because overall this kind of care is way too expensive and so few families can afford it. It should not be that way, though I appreciate the economics and business constraints
