Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise of Flossmoor has been a very good experience. I'm very happy and my mom is very happy there. I'm very pleased with the facility, the staff, and their excellent communication with me.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Sunrise at Northville so far! The staff are all very friendly, and I feel like they take a real personal interest in the well-being of the residents. Mom already feels connected here, they did a great job welcoming her to the community. The facility itself is attractive, well kept, and clean. They also do a good job with the food, Mom seems to enjoy it, and every time I have tried it it has been good!

Very helpful and was able to provide choices for my father that were affordable. Contacted the places and set up tours. This makes the process of finding care for elders easy. It hard to place your parent in an assisted care facility, but senior care understands and helps.

They were just absolutely wonderful. We used them just for a short respite stay. The staff was great, they were attentive and friendly. It was kept very clean. The food and the activities were good, no complaints there. We were pretty happy with it, she came home spoiled.

We had a good experience at Sunrise of Fair Oaks. The friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the facility, care provided, services, and activities we were very pleased with. We are very appreciative of everything they've done.

My mother was only there 24 hours unfortunately, but in that time, everything at Sunrise was very good. The nurses and aides were very attentive. It was a good experience, and the place is emaculate. There was one particular person who stood out to me, and her name was Patty. She was great!

I am very satisfied with Sunrise. The friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the facility, services, activities offered, and care provided are all good.

Wonderful experience. Very helpful and hoping to secure this location for grandparents.

Sunrise of Jackson has been doing a great job overall, I'd give them top marks across the board. It's a nice looking, clean community, the staff have all been very friendly, and they take great care of all of their residents.

So far they are doing a great job. It's kept very clean, and the staff is friendly. They are responsive, and attentive, and they provide plenty of activities. The food is good, no complaints there. I think they could improve on communication, they said after about two or three weeks we would get together and reassess, it's been six weeks and we have had to pursue this ourselves. We felt that they really stood out when we took the tour, it was the cleanest of the places we saw, and felt the least institutional, and the people were all pretty terrific.

I really liked the openness and active lifestyle all of the people I saw there were engaged in. Also loved the bright well lit hallways and the friendly staff. Loved the idea of pets being able to visit and the resident dog and cat

Really like the set-up here. Love the idea that residents have the same caregivers every day and shift when possible. Seems to be well staffed and excellent caregivers.

We are very happy. The Ala Carte pricing is a pain, but it works both ways, it’s better than paying for stuff you don’t use. I love the cozy atmosphere of the place and that it looks like a house. We have been very pleased with the staff, they are all very helpful and supportive.

Very nice facility, loved the fact they will take the dementia patients on weekly outings, and they have 2 dogs on site! Only drawback would be having to supply furniture and community fee not knowing how much my Dad could participate due to mental and physical limitations. This location is very convienient to my work location so it's a definite possiblity.

I can't say enough about Sunrise at Dresher. The staff kept us informed of what was happening from the first appointment to look at the facility to the move-in. The facility is very modern and has everything a person in my mother's condition could use. I would highly recommend. And best of all, my mother loves it.

Things have gone very well with Sunrise of Norwood, I'd give them high marks across the board. It's a nice looking facility, they keep everything looking clean and well kept. The staff have all been very friendly, and take great care of the residents.

Overall its a friendly place and she seems to be happy there.

They are doing very well. The staff is very friendly. The response time could be improved a little bit, we've had to wait up to ten minutes. They have quite a variety of activities. They are very strict about over the counter medications. Some of the reasons we chose them were that, we liked the activity level of the other residents, the social atmosphere. The staff was really very friendly, and the cleanliness of the area was really good. I liked that they were able to keep the residents in the areas that would most benefit them so that those with higher needs aren't mixed in with those that are more independent. I liked that it didn't have the nursing home feel. I am very impressed with them.

It's a wonderful place, it's like living in a hotel resort. It's clean and the staff is friendly, they are very attentive. It's not like a nursing home at all. We are pleased with them. It was a big transition but things are going well.
