Sunrise Senior Living

We are very pleased with how things have gone with Bright Gardens of Charlotte! I'd give them top marks in every category! Its a clean, well kept, nice looking facility, and the staff are all very very friendly! They've got a lot to provide for their residents, I really would recommend them to anyone.

They are doing a great job. Things have gone well. I don't really have any concerns or complaints about them. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I am happy with it.

They are doing a great job. They have met all of our expectations. We haven't had any issues with how clean it's kept, or with the attentiveness. No problems with food. We have been quite pleased.

Brighton Gardens of Middleton is really great. We checked out a couple other places before choosing this one, but this one seemed to have everything right. The staff is so nice, very upbeat, and compassionate. They are very easy to work with, and very easy to reach someone when we need to. The food is very good. They have a lot of food choices, even wine and beer is an option. Overall I'm happy with the service they provide to my father.

We looked at a lot of places and they were all very nice. We were able to choose based on which place fit the personality of our loved one, and also the one we chose was one that she already had friends at. This was nice though, a beautiful facility.

We just moved my grandma in last week but everything went smoothly and all the staff I've met so far has been friendly and gone out of their way to make us all comfortable with the transition. It's a very nice facility, well kept and clean. I look forward to visiting her now instead of avoiding visits at the nursing home she moved from.

My experience with Sunrise of Crystal Lake has been awesome. I really like the caregivers. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to talk to you. They are very personable and always greet us when we come in. We're very pleased with the services they provide.

I think they have done a wonderful job. It's clean, they tend to it once a day, and take out the trash twice a day. They have been real helpful, help us plan things and are able to resolve any problems. They always have stuff going on for entertainment. They are good about coming to get her for activities, too. I've eaten there a number of times, and the food is good. I've talked to some of the other residents agree that the food is good. I visited a few other places when I was looking, I chose this because it was easy to navigate, and was a little smaller with fewer people.

I love the staff and facility. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of amenities.

They were phenomenal! They have been extremely gracious, and helpful. Their staff is very caring and compassionate. They were very tender with my loved one and eager to help us and and also engaged in what was going on. The director Deb, is very sharp and eager to be caring with the resident, and also very personal with the family. She was always in the memory care when I visited, she was concerned, and she knew what was going on. They really bent over backwards for us. It was much smaller and homier, than some of the other places. It was a much more personal experience, than some of the bigger places would have been. The food and the activities were good, they kept it clean, but I know it's hard, and in the memory care there were occasionally smells.

The facility is wonderful and the staff goes out of their way to help in anyway they can. The transition is somewhat "rocky" but once everything gets scheduled things go smoothly. My parents are adjusting well and I'm glad I picked Sunrise to be their new home!

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Sunrise of Madison. They responded immediately to us when we contacted them, which was very helpful in a crisis situation. Since moving in they've been very easy to deal with, and I feel like they are really on top of things in terms of care! Everyone at the community is very friendly, and everyone seems happy. They've got a lot to provide in terms of amenities and activities, and they are also a pet friendly community!

Probably the best location as well as the best apt. living space. Updated, new touches in the apt. Jewish community. great management, met Exc. director, Lisa. VERY friendly atmosphere. top notch, comfortable. farthest commute to me.

Sunrise is outstanding, I can't say enough good things about them. They are outstanding in the supportive way they treat my wife. We had such a horrible experience at the last place we were at (Wealshire in Lincolnwood Illinois), that this is just night and day. Sunrise deserves all the accolades they get. I have never stopped in when their were not a multiple of professionals doing and helping. These people really love what they do and they all show it.

I'm very pleased with how things have gone with Sunrise of Marlboro, I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a nice looking, well kept, clean facility and they take great care of the residents. The staff are all very communicative and efficient as well, they'll keep you up-to-date on your loved one's status and send you reports, notes, etc. The only issue we had is that when we toured the admissions person quoted me a price, but a few days later gave me a slightly increased price for reasons that felt like I was being nickled-and-dimed somewhat.

It's going relatively well. I don't have any complaints or anything I would like to see done better. They keep it clean and are attentive to the residents needs.

The Belmont Village is a wonderful place. I'm pleased with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, care they provide, and services they offer to the residents.

5 star very nice but very costly for memory loss residents....met with Angie, she extremely helpful with any questions I had.

Nice crackle barrel porch. 3 season porch too. Dining off to left. House feel upon entry. Circ stairs. Short hallways for walking to meals.
