My grandpa lives here, and he loves the staff. They are so kind and caring with him, and it gives our family peace of mind knowing he is in such a warm and supportive environment. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care he receives here.

The facilities are always clean. The activities fit [name removed] very well. She especially likes the walking club everyday, the new flyer they put out every day that includes activities for the day, and spending time in the garden area. Staff are attentive and take good care of her. They communicate well with me and overall, [name removed] seems happy and content.

The staff here are very nice and caring. My aunt lives here, and she has been well taken care of. It’s comforting to know she is in a place where people truly care about her.

The place is great ?? A few things I like most about the community - The food. The Greenery. The, well, everything. I would definitely recommend Quincy Place to others who are currently searching.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained. A huge variety of organized activities. They think of little extra perks like iced lemon water in the lobby during the summer.

With the Help of [name removed]. This is a Great Place for my dad. He is getting the help needed. I would recommend the sunrise to others who have aging relatives who need more care.

The entire staff is friendly; my mom has become very comfortable. There are many activities to keep her busy. It's been a very positive experience.

I would give each one a 5. Sunrise at Orchard is a wonderful facility. The executive director and all of the staff are just the nicest people.

They made a difficult responsibility much easier for me. Yes, we would for sure recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

From the front office to the aides they were all wonderful / caring. Wish I could remember the names of our two favorite aides but they were absolutely wonderful with both Papa and us as the family. They were all quick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this facility. So clean, nicely furnished but most of all the employees are awesome.

My mother lived at Sunrise Shelby Township on the memory care floor. We came to Sunrise after another assisted living facility ([community removed]) was unable to provide the care she needed. What a blessing it was to find Sunrise! The care, staff, and administration far surpassed anything that [community removed]could or did provide. The staff at Sunrise, especially the memory care floor, was exceptional. They cared for my mom with love and compassion. They worked hard to understand her needs, wants, and preferences. They ALL treated her with dignity. The care she received was excellent. Even small things, like choosing to dress her thoughtfully, were consistent. Outfits matched, were clean (never soiled or in disrepair) and fit her. They took items out of rotation if they no longer fit or if were damaged. This is just one example of how every aspect of her care was done with dignity. I am convinced that Sunrise only hires people who truly love all humans and see the value in every soul.
