The overall experience is my mom is happy, feels safe, likes the home like design and decor. The cleanliness is that it doesn't smell like a nursing home at all. It's very clean. The community is good. She has friends. The staff turnover is the only downside

It's an amazing place, [name removed] and the staff do a great job. Sadly we exhausted the funds and had to relocate. I would highly recommend!

The staff has been kind and understand his special needs and insecurities. Excellent activities throughout the day. My husband is social and many other members of the community are as well so he is able to have conversations and develop friendships, which was difficult to find in other communities we looked at.

It's a great place for someone who might need a nursing home but you can get physical Therapy there for the same price as a nursing home. It has more of a home setting.

My friend wasn't there very long. [date removed] until she passed [date removed], but the staff is extremely kind. [name removed] was in late stage breast/bone cancer and everyone from kitchen staff to maintenance were great. It's a very well maintained facility. Residents are welcoming to newbie.

The gentleman who gave us our tour and helped us purchase the room was fantastic the care givers were compassionate and hard working and listened when i expressed any concerns my mom wasn't there very long and she wasn't eating much so i am not able to really comment on that the entrance area was lovely and inviting

We came to the Fiesta party and it was such a great time! The decorations were very nice and the food was delicious! The staff were smiling, welcoming, and made the atmosphere so enjoyable. We will definitely come back for this event again!

We visited for a family meal and it was a nice time. The staff was delightful and the food was good. Staff seems to know the residents well and are very friendly. Our family member is very well cared for.

[name removed] and the staff do an outstanding job. They are attentive and responsive to my mom’s needs. The facility is well maintained at all times. Quality activities are provided regularly. Special events are planned well in advance and are always very nice and well attended by family members.

My mom has been living here for 3mos now. She loves the food and is pleased with the help/assistance she receives here. As her caregiver, I have been very pleased with the staff and the care my mom receives. They've done a great job making sure she is ready for all of her appointments when it's time to pick her up. They are very responsive to inquiries and adapting to my mom's needs.

My Dad was there primarily for physical therapy. Dad's costs were covered by Medicare. Generally, the nurses, aides, admin staff, van drivers, and all others encountered were top-shelf!

Staff are very friendly, lots of activities, beautiful outdoor seating, open communication , and mother in law is happy. Bright decor, clean.

After looking at several memory-care communities for my sister, I found Sunrise at Haverford. What a gift! It was like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. From the moment my wife and I set foot inside this very attractive, welcoming community, we were met with very friendly staff, including [name removed], the Senior Sales Manager. She was fabulous and showed a real sense of ownership of the facility. As we toured, she never failed to say hello to other residents and staff. She became our go-to person through the entire process of relocating my sister from upstate NY to Sunrise. I can’t say enough about her. She was terrific. Special shoutout, too, to Sunrise Exec Dir [name removed] and her staff, especially [name removed] and [name removed], for their help in easing my sister into this community. They all worked together to make a difficult transition much easier for my sister and our family. Thank you, all.

Sunrise at Five Forks has taken care of our mother for the last 7 months. They cared for her needs in independent living & then in memory care. Each area was set for her specific care for her needs at that time. The caregivers were attentive, professional and very kind. They all knew who we were as family members as well as who our mother was. There were activities in both areas to challenge including the memory garden. When we had concerns I could always count on the directors of their areas to help guide me along the way for her care.

I like the privacy of my room the staff not involved in your life. I like the quietness. I seem to be happy here on an individual basis. After living in three individual independent homes, I find that Highland Trail as by far the best food it's very clean well controlled. I love Highland Trail.

They try to help residents enjoy their stay and encourage them to live their best life while keeping them safe. Safe and engaging community.

The welcome staff is amazing! They make you feel like your loved one is on the right place. The continually reach out to me and call me with any updates going on with my dad. I've even had to ask them to grow up and help him with his TV and various other little jobs that they do without any hesitation

The staff was very kind in dealing with my mom even after her stroke and she could do little for herself. There were no smells -- food, disinfectants, smoking, or other odd smells. There were lots of activities and I saw many residents participating. The staff went the extra mile in taking care of my mom even FaceTiming myself and the family members who were out of town.

Our loved one passed away [date removed] but the help she got from the staff was something we liked most about the community. Along with the nice rooms and, the activities that they had. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience
