Unlike a CCRC where each change in care level requires a move to a new unit, you can buy the services you need at Bear Canyon while remaining in your current apartment. Because the home health provider operates from the building, you can buy services in 15 minute intervals without travel charges. Anyone looking for a senior living community for themselves or a friend absolutely must include Bear Canyon Estates on their list of places to visit.

They don't have transportation for the residents, food is great, but the serving of the food is slow, other than that it's great all around

It's cozy and homey less clinical and stark than others I visited, staff are super friendly and they have a house dog Darcy she's 14 years old and super mellow and my favorite resident ?? Dad always said he'd never move into a facility but I think he's actually enjoying himself more so than he was living with me. Staff all know me and often comment on how much they enjoy having Dad there.

They are wonderful and so are you guys! 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, smells good but never ate it. My mom loves it so 5, not sure about the activities. And I don't pay the bill but I'd say it's priceless

The staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Many activities daily, chair areobic, line dance, bible study classes. Food is good, desserts, snacks, available. Campus is beautiful, loads of flowers, beautiful landscaping, fresh and contemporary ambiance.

I couldn't be happier with the care mom gets. It has drastically improved her health and especially her spirit/happiness. Everyone here is always so great to me even when I visit and I visit everyday.

Everyone who works here really seems to care about my mother’s well being. The staff is always smiling and asking how she is doing. They want to make sure she is happy and satisfied with her living situation. Less than 24 hours of her move-in, my mother fainted in her room. I could not have asked for a better response from all the staff. They immediately sprang to action and took such great care of her once she returned. They have such a kind and caring group of people there.

Come and see for yourself. Experience is the best knowledge. The staff is very pleasant and can’t do enough for you. They want you to feel that this is your home. Friendly, inviting and worth getting up for in the morning.

I came in with low expectations, but I was completely dazzled by the professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the building. We are very happy with our choice. My mother has been here for a year now and had no complaints.

My mother is happy now. She loves the food and dining experience. She is not isolated anymore, and the staff is wonderful. They keep me in the loop, and even sends pictures of her participating in activities through their app. The facility is beautiful and very clean.

Use this one: I toured Bertram House last week for my mom, [name removed], who has dementia. The new Sales Director, [name removed], greeted me at the door and instantly made a difficult situation feel much easier. She is genuine and so sweet, and was thorough in explaining everything while making me feel right at home. I also met [name removed]and [name removed], who were warm and welcoming. The entire staff helped me feel calm and reassured. I will definitely be coming back. Bertram House is right here in my beautiful town, and we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful place for our loved ones so close to home.

Everyone that works at Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls is phenomenal. They are compassionate, empathetic, caring and go above and beyond to take care of their residents.

. They have the same staff working with my mom for continuity. They are very communicative with me and listened to my suggestions for how best to transition with my mom to make her feel at home. I get weekly updates and other calls to keep me involved with decisions. My brother and I are very pleased.

I know that all residents take their own timing to get acclimated in new living conditions. Our mom took a whole month before engaging with others but the staff never stopped trying to get her there.

The only thing I can say is that when I grow up, this is where I want to be!

Sunrise Springfield is competently & professionally managed & staffed. They are friendly, polite & caring. Good facilities such as this are expensive, so they are best evaluated in relation to value received; in that regard Sunrise Springfield is outstanding.
