Hope that helps - friendliness exceeds expectations . It's expensive but cheaper than NY. Overall really happy with the place. Yes, we would very much recommend th is community to other families based on the experience.

The staff is really patient with my mom and she is well taken care of. The activities they have are engaging and fun for my mom, especially the outings they take. My mom loves all the food.

Each category gets a 5. We are so happy we connected with A Place for Mom. It helped us in connecting with places to visit and to find the best place for our love one. Everyone was and is so helpful, friendly and informative. The process was easy and the faculty & staff are wonderful. The main thing is that our love one is enjoying her surroundings and activities and meals which gives us great satisfaction. She's happy and we are too!! So thank you for all your support!

I definitely would recommend it. The people that work there have been great with us and my mom. They keep it clean and it smells nice and there is lots of natural light and places to be outside of your room to enjoy and meet with friends and family. It's been a great place for our Mom! If you can't be home it's a good place to be.

Other communities might be more active. But Sunrise of BR is very strong on level of care and quality of staff.

My mom and dad got a 2 bedroom on the Reminiscence (memory care) floor. He does not have memory issues. So I was very pleased that this was an option for them. Dad now has a full time set of care givers for mom. This gives him the opportunity to do more for himself. He has been able to move from being her caregiver to being her husband. - Reminisce staff are great. This is a calling for them. Not just a job. They are well trained. Get to know the residents and how to best interact with them. - The staff are company employees and not contractors. - Dad says there is plenty of very good food. No way to go hungry. - Kitchenettes are perfect. Just the right size. - You can set up the rooms however you want. Dad has his whole stereo system there. Their whole place has been set up with furniture and artwork from home. - very easy to visit. - lots of rooms on each floor for activities and living rooms and quiet spaces too. - Patio or balcony on each floor. - Beautiful grounds. - Private dining room you can reserve. We have it reserved for my parent's 73rd wedding anniversary. - The people we worked with to select and make agreements are excellent. They answered any questions asked. We worked with [name removed] as primary contact. [name removed] is new and was part of the process. He is coming up to speed. Even after mom and dad moved in, both [name removed] and [name removed] have stopped in to see mom and dad to see if there is anything they need. - I really like how they have dedicated care managers on the floors. They have open door policy and are available to address concerns or needs that might arise. Probably more than you are looking for. My and my families whole experience has been great.

The staff is great and he is getting very good care. He doesn't leave his room but that's his choice. He's very negative about the food but everything I've had, has been very good. I think his taste buds have gone on strike! The general feeling is that he isn't going to live much longer, which overall is a good thing.

Everyone that I have met at Brighton Gardens has been wonderful. Great people do exist. From our initial meeting with [name removed], to moving Dad in his Apartment has been perfect. Anything, any question, has been answered. Dad is feeling comfortable now--3 weeks living there--and is enjoying everything so far. No complaints on food service .. eating lunch there was delicious!

5 for staff, 1 for sales team. They were helpful getting us in the door, but were not transparent about all costs, felt very al a carte and felt like a bait and switch operation to get our money and get us in the door. There were also errors made on their part- like a charge didn't process and we weren't informed for weeks and with a sent statement- things like that. Again wonderful second floor staff and team, [name removed] in billing was helpful but sales team gets low marks from us

All 5s. I'm saving money by having my mom live here. What we like about Sunrise is how they keep the residents engaged. They socialize daily and my mom went from being captive in her bed to now moving around in her wheelchair and conversing. Also they're very attentive to her medical needs

The friendly staff and welcoming social atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend Sunrise of Abington to other families based on the experience so far.

I was just so impressed with everyone and everything. It totally forced me to rethink my opinion of assisted living. We would most definitely recommend Sunrise of Springfield to other families based on the experience so far.

Brighton Gardens of Edison was great matter fact I'm using them again in [date removed]. Really everything was great. Bill will be there in [date removed]. I guess the staff every time I had a question or a request they answered immediately

We recently moved my mom into the BHS and I cannot say enough about the team there. From start to finish they were the most helpful and friendly to both my mom and me, and made the process as easy as possible during an otherwise hard time. I highly recommend this facility!

The staff is outstanding, both management and caregivers. They have a lot of experience and are deeply committed to the best care for their residents. I absolutely recommend them.

Overall feeling is warm and friendly. Staff is attentive to our needs, helpful and pleasant. Activities are ongoing from morning until evening, and there are also evening events. Food is very good, nice variety and many choices.
