Caring staff, tasty food and beautifully decorated rooms and common areas! I would recommend to others.

Overall the facility was great. Very friendly staff. Aware of needs and issues. My Aunt seemed happy with the food. Didn't really participate in many activities, but there seemed to be others engaged. A cozy environment. Looked a 3 facilities-this one priced in the middle. I find that most are pretty expensive overall. I was very happy with the facility and would recommend if you have the resources.

Staff are very friendly and eager to help as best they can. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Sunrise of Shelby has such a home style feeling where everybody is your neighbor/ friend. I may not know all the residents by names but they all greet me when I come in, I am there every day to see my person. My hat goes to every staff member there, my resident cannot say one bad thing about the staff members there they are so good to him. If you need to put a loved one anywhere, Sunrise of Shelby is the place.

Sunrise Senior Living of Shelby Township has been a blessing for my dad. The staff is friendly, caring, compassionate and supportive. I know that my dad is safe and cared for. There are plenty of varied activities to appeal to everyone. A very nice building is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The sunrise facility and staff are excellent. They keep me informed about my mom's care or any issues. I do not worry at all about her because I know she is being taken care of.

My mother had been at Sunrise of Leawood for 7 months and our entire family has been very impressed and had nothing but positive experiences during that time. The staff are all so kind, informing, and helpful. My mom did not want to move out of her home and Sunrise of Leawood did a fantastic job of easing her into that new life change. She immediately took to the staff and had trust in them. Now she attends activities and events, really likes their food, and the facility is very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to make that next change in life.

All the staff calls all the patients by their first name everyone. The food is exceptional and yes we would recommend Sunrise of Webb Gin to other families based on the experience so far.

Memory Care Staff is quite attentive & patient. Aunt is now in a shared room - plenty of space. She enjoys the food & some activities.

We were especially appreciative of the end of life care offered by Sunrise at Bethesda. They paired seamlessly with the Jewish Social Services Agency (JSSA), to make my brother's death dignified and peaceful.

The sales staff and Exec. Dir. went out of their way to accommodate my family in unusual circumstances. Unfortunately, 10 days after moving my in-laws from assisted living to independent living, my MIL suddenly passed away. Sunrise helped facilitate a quick move from a 2-BR apt to a 1-BR one so that my FIL did not have to live in the apt where his wife died. We will forever be grateful to them for their kindness.

StratfordCourt of Boca Pointe is an awesome facility! The staff are friendly and responsive. The residents are welcoming and friendly as well. There is always something going on around the property

The facility was clean and well-maintained, the office staff was always responsive and helpful, and the people who worked in the memory care unit were exceptionally patient and kind.

My mother-in-law is here. It is such a relief to know that she is cared for and treated with the dignity and respect. The facility is clean and everyone is so kind. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome and it feels like home!

Garden Square was a lifesaver for my aunt after her hip surgery. She needed more than just rehab. she needed daily help with bathing, dressing, and meals while she recovered. From the moment we walked into Garden Square, it felt different. Smaller, more personal, and full of staff who actually take the time to know the residents. The team here was attentive and professional, and they really took the time to develop a care plan that fit her needs. She felt like she was part of a little community, not just a patient. There’s a real sense of family here, and that’s not something you find everywhere. [name removed] was the first person we met, and he made the process smooth from day one. He answered all our questions, followed up consistently, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my aunt. That kind of personal attention meant a lot. She’s doing better now, but she's so comfortable here she does not want to leave.

When my dad turned 83, he was still sharp and independent, but he was starting to need help with a few daily things like medication reminders and light housekeeping. We looked at several options, but Greeley Place stood out right away. The fact that they’re an independent living community with in-house home care made all the difference and we didn’t have to pay for full assisted living services, but he still gets the help he needs. The community has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff is kind and respectful, and the home care team checks in on him regularly, which gives me peace of mind. He loves the meals, enjoys the activities, and has made a few good friends already. [name removed], was honest, informative, and really took the time to help us understand how everything worked. He never pressured us, and that made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Greeley Place to anyone look

Friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet home. Activities are not pulling in many residents and I have heard feedback from multiple residents that they want more activities, happy hour and more active things to do - outdoor pickle ball or some more movement related things. But in general everyone has been very nice and attentive. Servers are very sweet. . I am really pleased with Highland Trail for my dad. It fits him perfectly.
