We had a great time touring this facility. The feeling was comforting & inviting. My parents love it! We have been living in our home for 60 years & now considering senior living here at Sunrise. We had a great experience.

The call with the Sales Director was excellent. They were professional, warm, and took the time to understand our situation and needs. They provided clear information about the community, pricing, and the next steps, and made us feel comfortable asking questions. We appreciated their patience and the genuine care they showed during the conversation.

We had a wonderful experience touring the community. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and valued. The tour was well-organized, and we appreciated how they took the time to learn about our needs and answered all of our questions with care and patience. We were able to see the beautiful common areas, resident apartments, and activity spaces, and it was clear that the staff truly cares about the residents. We left feeling informed, supported, and excited about the possibility of joining this warm community.

The place is great ?? A few things I like most about the community - The food. The Greenery. The, well, everything. I would definitely recommend Quincy Place to others who are currently searching.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained. A huge variety of organized activities. They think of little extra perks like iced lemon water in the lobby during the summer.

With the Help of [name removed]. This is a Great Place for my dad. He is getting the help needed. I would recommend the sunrise to others who have aging relatives who need more care.

The entire staff is friendly; my mom has become very comfortable. There are many activities to keep her busy. It's been a very positive experience.

I would give each one a 5. Sunrise at Orchard is a wonderful facility. The executive director and all of the staff are just the nicest people.

They made a difficult responsibility much easier for me. Yes, we would for sure recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

From the front office to the aides they were all wonderful / caring. Wish I could remember the names of our two favorite aides but they were absolutely wonderful with both Papa and us as the family. They were all quick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this facility. So clean, nicely furnished but most of all the employees are awesome.

My mother lived at Sunrise Shelby Township on the memory care floor. We came to Sunrise after another assisted living facility ([community removed]) was unable to provide the care she needed. What a blessing it was to find Sunrise! The care, staff, and administration far surpassed anything that [community removed]could or did provide. The staff at Sunrise, especially the memory care floor, was exceptional. They cared for my mom with love and compassion. They worked hard to understand her needs, wants, and preferences. They ALL treated her with dignity. The care she received was excellent. Even small things, like choosing to dress her thoughtfully, were consistent. Outfits matched, were clean (never soiled or in disrepair) and fit her. They took items out of rotation if they no longer fit or if were damaged. This is just one example of how every aspect of her care was done with dignity. I am convinced that Sunrise only hires people who truly love all humans and see the value in every soul.

The staff is great, helpful and doing what is right for the community. The food is fantastic for a facility this large. We just got a new activity director with a lot of enthusiasm. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place with independent living.

Facility is very clean. Some complaints from mom regarding food. Lots of activities. Staff has been great. Absolutely would recommend! Great value

It is extremely clean. The entire staff is so friendly and called [name removed] by name. Nurses, aides, and therapists were all amazing. Admin were all very much available and on board. Any question was immediately answered. [name removed] loved the food and choices. [name removed] didn't participate in many activities by his choice. But to me seemed a large variety available. Value for cost - I really can't compare since never been in any facility but very reasonable based on others I saw.

My Mom has been at Sunrise since February 2024. She and our entire family could not be more happy and content with her living situation. It is a wonderful small community of residents and fabulous staff. She really knows everyone and they know her. What also works well for my mom is that it’s a smaller facility allowing her to get around on her own and feel independent. All if this would not be possible without [name removed], the director of Sunrise Bloomfield. She is amazing and we are so grateful for her.

The engineer did a great job doing a super work hanging the pictures he was supposed to do, He also fixed my kitchen sink which I was glad to use it again. All the time he was doing his job asked me to give my opinion and and showed care for the client
