StratfordCourt of Boca Pointe is an awesome facility! The staff are friendly and responsive. The residents are welcoming and friendly as well. There is always something going on around the property

The facility was clean and well-maintained, the office staff was always responsive and helpful, and the people who worked in the memory care unit were exceptionally patient and kind.

My mother-in-law is here. It is such a relief to know that she is cared for and treated with the dignity and respect. The facility is clean and everyone is so kind. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome and it feels like home!

Garden Square was a lifesaver for my aunt after her hip surgery. She needed more than just rehab. she needed daily help with bathing, dressing, and meals while she recovered. From the moment we walked into Garden Square, it felt different. Smaller, more personal, and full of staff who actually take the time to know the residents. The team here was attentive and professional, and they really took the time to develop a care plan that fit her needs. She felt like she was part of a little community, not just a patient. There’s a real sense of family here, and that’s not something you find everywhere. [name removed] was the first person we met, and he made the process smooth from day one. He answered all our questions, followed up consistently, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my aunt. That kind of personal attention meant a lot. She’s doing better now, but she's so comfortable here she does not want to leave.

When my dad turned 83, he was still sharp and independent, but he was starting to need help with a few daily things like medication reminders and light housekeeping. We looked at several options, but Greeley Place stood out right away. The fact that they’re an independent living community with in-house home care made all the difference and we didn’t have to pay for full assisted living services, but he still gets the help he needs. The community has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff is kind and respectful, and the home care team checks in on him regularly, which gives me peace of mind. He loves the meals, enjoys the activities, and has made a few good friends already. [name removed], was honest, informative, and really took the time to help us understand how everything worked. He never pressured us, and that made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Greeley Place to anyone look

Friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet home. Activities are not pulling in many residents and I have heard feedback from multiple residents that they want more activities, happy hour and more active things to do - outdoor pickle ball or some more movement related things. But in general everyone has been very nice and attentive. Servers are very sweet. . I am really pleased with Highland Trail for my dad. It fits him perfectly. I mention the other items because I hear from residents

The campus is extremely well laid out for accessibility and everyday living. It is cheerfully appointed and clean. The staff is very professional, highly competent, and friendly. [name removed] and [name removed] in management were especially helpful in getting us set up and when there were questions and special needs. Overall, our experience at Sunrise at Silas Burke House was excellent, and we would highly recommend staying there.
