Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise at Orchard is expensive but the staff there are very good. They really do a great job . My mom has Alzheimer and they do a great job at handling her. I really have no complaints about this facility.

My parents live at Greeley Place and I have been fortunate to get to know Randy & Demoine. Not only are they wonderful people but they are amazing managers! They go way above and beyond for the residents. They are kind, helpful and willing to do whatever they feel needs to be done in order to make each and every resident and their families feel at home. They truly are a wonderful asset to Greeley Place. Kudos to Randy & Demoine. Thank you for all you do!!

This facility is our first choice at present. We liked the feel and the staff seemed wonderful. The cost as we knew would be very high and we are debating whether or not it would work for that reason.

Love, love, love. Clean, fun, a great place for mom or dad. No regrets.

I like it a lot at Sunrise of Cascade. You get what you pay for here. The staff is really good to all of the residents. They did something special me and my husbands anniversary which was so unexpected. The staff really go above and beyond. The facility has a very homey feel. We just really enjoy it!

My mom has been at Sunrise for a year. She has done very well since moving there. She was not at all excited about the idea of moving from her home, but now she actually calls Sunrise "my house"! The facilities at Sunrise are really great; very clean, very well maintained and appropriate for the residents. The best part of the place is the staff. They are just AMAZING! I have watched how they treat all of the residents with a great deal of respect and care, regardless of their capacity. Even though the location is a bit inconvenient for me personally, I would not dream of moving my mom from Sunrise as she is so happy there.

Lovely place in an area with shops, Metro close by and variety of floor plans for living space. The food choices were tasty and ample! Met an enthusiastic resident while touring (in the beauty shop) who gives high marks after having lived in another facility.

The food would get about a four. Sometimes I notice that the the light bulbs burn out in the rooms, and it takes a little while to get noticed. LED bulbs might be a good fix for that, and they are a money saver too. We liked the environment when we first went in. It was welcoming and warm, and I liked the location as well. My mom is happy there, which is the most important part.

You get what you pay for. I wish we could afford it.

This was my top pick for Salt Lake City. It is beautiful! So classy and so well run. Fantastic staff, nice rooms, very clean, and altogether inviting. Also the most expensive for memory care. So the cost was what made me remove it from the list. You get what you pay for though and if I was a little more wealthy we would have moved here for sure.

Sunrise has done very well. They have been great. There really isn't anything I would like to see improved or done better. I would give them five out of five. I don't have any complaints at all.

Huntington Common has been a wonderful experience. The only minor issue I have had is transportation to church has not been provided as advertised. They only have one small bus and it is always full. Getting to church is very important to us. That truly has been the only thing that is negative. The place is outstanding. My mother has never been happier! They even said they are actually looking into getting more transportation. If that happens than this place will be perfect!

Everybody that works there is really caring and friendly. I do not know what they could improve on. I think it is a good experience. My parents seem pretty happy there. Everybody knows everybody else's name.

I love Sunrise. They have been excellent. Mom loves the food, and we ate dinner there and it was very good. It is healthy and low sodium, but it was beautifully presented, and still tastes good. I am very happy with them.

At Greeley Place there are a number of activities. Mom doesn't use them but I am glad they are there. Mom has been there 6 weeks and overall I am very pleased with the way she has adjusted. Everyone at this facility is just so friendly. From the waitstaff to the management everyone has just been spot on!

Dad was only at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch for a short while. I was pleased in that time with the facility overall. The staff said he had a good time and dad was always socializing. I would definitely use them again.

WONDERFUL place!! Excellent staff in every department and isn't that what it's all about! Couldn't be more helpful in every area. Great activities. We couldn't be happier.

They were so wonderful that I cannot possibly say enough good things about them! They were our saviors. They pulled us out of a really bad spot. I wish we would have found them six months sooner. They just really took care of us completely and took a huge burden off moms shoulders and our shoulders. They put mom first in everything they did, and they were so friendly and so professional.

I honestly cannot imagine the way that these people sacrifice their life for their patients! I cannot believe how wonderful they treat every single one of them. My mother has dementia and she is very well cared for at Sunrise of Springfield. The people there are simply wonderful and they really go out of their way.

I left the Highland Trail about eight months ago. They change management way too frequently. There is different people coming and going. This facility is advertised as being independent, but there is too many people accepted that require a lot of care. A majority of the residents can't walk on their own. I liked the residents there, they were nice. A downer is that there is a lot of deaths on a monthly basis.
