Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise of Willowbrook is wonderful. The staff there are terrific. It's like I've got my husband back. He is so much calmer. He loves the place. It's a real gift. Right now they are transitioning to a new activities director. I think they could use a little more activities. They seem to have a lot of vacancies of staff, I hope they get them filled fairly soon. I am sure all of the positions will be filled soon though. The staff really are so good to him and so patient. I am really happy with this facility.

Everybody seems really friendly at Belmont Village Scottsdale. All the staff and the director of operations were really approachable. If we have ever had any issues the staff were very quick to get everything resolved. Overall it's been a great experience at this facility.

This facility has met all our expectations and criteria thus far after one month. The staff us been very attentive and proactive in our concerns. So thankful to "A Place for Mom"

It's been a little over a year and she still loves it. They change their managers a lot, but they seem to keep things running smoothly anyway. They place is always clean and well kept. The food is good, they do keep them down in the dining room for a while, but I think it's to get them to socialize a bit. They have plenty of activities though, and we have been pleased with it.

Brighton Gardens of Stamford is a lovely place. It is a nice facility. It is so clean here and the staff are very friendly. This facility is a really good value.

Our experience with Sunrise of Park Ridge has been a very good one. The staff here is understanding, accommodating, and very friendly. Everyone here has just been a big help to us throughout the whole process. It's a very nice place overall, I'd give them high marks across the board.

I am thrilled by the wonderful care my husband is receiving in the memory care unit at Sunrise of Willowbrook .

I would say that the move-in process for the Sunrise Senior Living went very smoothly for us. However, the staff could improve on more individualized care for each resident and their personalized needs.

The value is awesome at Sunrise Senior Living of Layfette Hill. Everything has been wonderful there. They take great care of my mom. If there are ever any issues they quickly get it resolved. Really everything is just perfect here.

Sunrise of Gurnee is a comfortable, warm place. It's like family there. It really feels like home. My brother has COPD and the staff have all been so good to him. We have really seen him turn around. I would even give the food a five. It is such a wonderful place. They are just excellent here, a wonderful place to be. Even the other residents are friendly and always have smiling faces. One of my brothers' neighbors came and introduced himself while we were visiting and I thought that was just so nice. I am so thankful to have him at this facility. I just cannot say enough good about it.

I think it has all been pretty good at The Couryard At Lakewood. All the staff members were pretty helpful in getting my loved on in there to the facility. It has been a positive experience with them so far.

Place was immaculate, but unfortunately out of our price range. They also do not work with medicaid at all.

I would rate the food a five. There are so many choices, and the staff has taken notice of our dad's likes and dislikes. I just have wonderful things to say; about the staff and how the overall transition was wonderful. We liked the style of the rooms, because there could be a shared room cost wise, but it still feels like a private setting. We liked the location, and it was just an overall welcoming feeling.

The staff that takes care of mom Nicole, Debby, Brandi, Michelle and a couple other ladies (I apologize I don't remember all their names, but want them recognized) are more than wonderful! Mom's Case Manager Jennifer Cox and Tracey, plus the Nursing team Erin, Lily, Ashley (I know I am forgetting one more of the nurses, I think his name was David, he was new to the home) are more than awesome! Delores and Rene are so sweet! The Welcoming Staff Joanne, Miranda, and all that attend the front desk are always happy to see us! Even the kitchen staff try to accommodate mom's food choices. The food always looks and smells fresh. Mom even gets excited about her meal that day. We can rest easy everyday because we are assured that mom is being taken care of properly like we would do if we could. We are grateful for such a loving and caring team! Thank you!

Terrific staff, and Care Aids. Always professional and willing to make experience better, by routine follow-up phone calls. Took a while to find a place for Mom, but am delighted to have found Sunrise.

So far so good at The Colonnades. It is faultless. The grounds are wooded with trails. The cottage that I am in is magnificent. I am getting value because I am single, I have no children, so yes it is a bargain. They have a very good team here. I get to have my belongings laundered every week. The dining room is like a restaurant here. We have a Paris trained chef. The staff have all worked here a long time which is very telling. Anything I have needed or wanted they have gotten for me.

I think the property of Sunrise of Mill Basin is very clean and neat. The staff there is very friendly. I would like to see them improve on organization. There is so much paper work in the beginning. I also wish there was an orientation explaining what would happen the first day, the first week, etc. After some bumps in the beginning everything was straighten out. They have activities and outings but I think they could do a little better about getting residents together socially. Like taking new residents and having a meeting. They do have little socials but residents stay to themselves. I would like to see the staff try to get new residents together. The food at this facility is fairly good and is a step above a nursing home. They have a good selection and it's healthy.

They do a very good job at Sunrise of Rockville! It's a nice looking place, and the people are all very caring. It's also much more affordable than some of the other places we saw nearby. We're very pleased with how things have gone!

I am okay with everything at Sunrise of Mill Basin. I gave all the categories a five-star rating, so overall it is a very good facility and I have had nothing but a positive experience with it and with the staff.

We were very impressed with the facility. The people were so friendly and the staff did their jobs well. They made my loved one feel very comfortable and their attention to detail and food was good. We are just happy with the experience.
