We are totally pleased with everything and everyone at Sunrise on Providence. My mother has been living alone for the last 21 years and giving up her independence was going to be tough. Nick Odle and staff made it an easy transition.

Sunrise at Countryside is a welcoming Asst Living and IL community. Everyone was attentive and genuinely concerned about being flexible and making the move as smooth and convenient as possible for my 90 year-old-mother. It is an intimate clean safe setting with a home-like feel. The residents were friendly. The intake manager, Natalie was knowledgeable and helped coordinate obtaining the health documents we needed to clear Mom for entry into IL. I feel the monthly rates are reasonable given all the onsite services they offer. Bottom line is-I have peace of mind that Mom has 24 hour care and support she needs. So far so good. She likes living there. It also helps that the SR community is close to me and my family and we can visit Mom anytime.

Without exception, our family has found the staff at Sunrise to be exceptional. The caring attitude and understanding of the people who take care of our family member is a joy to see. He has had a difficult time, and everyone at Sunrise who cares for him shows an empathy for his situation that is like family. When he was first accepted at Sunrise, the nurses said that they thought he would thrive under their care, and even after a short time, we already see improvement. Thank God for Sunrise.

I would recommend Sunrise if there is a problem with memory and dementia. A lot of places will take care of the routine and the bedpans, but they don't really help them live a reasonably happy life. The only reason we didn't choose this location is that it was just too far away.

We are very satisfied with Sunrise of Fort Worth. It is going good. Everybody that works there is very nice. They are extremely helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

Sunrise at Sheepshead Bay is an excellent place. They are very attentive. The place is beautiful. They have lots of activities. It's really clean. It looks like a hotel. I know for a fact that they take good care of my mother-in-law. The staff know all of the residents little quirks, they are very personal. I am just very pleased. I am really happy with them and my mother-in-law is very happy also.

The place is really like home. Staff is helpful and we can feel that they are happy working there. They are well trained. Response to any request or need is almost immediately My husband has no complains and is happy there

They were very friendly and answered all of our questions. if there were any issues they were taken care of promptly. She was in independent living, but then moved to the assisted living facility. But they were very helpful with that. Really there are no complaints.

It is just a wonderful, friendly environment. The food is good. My loved one is there and I just feel very confident that he is well taken care of. There could be a better staff to resident ratio though. When I was asking the director about wheelchairs, he gave us one for free, and I thought that was amazingly generous.

The experience we have had at the Holiday Hills Estates for our mom has been very exciting. We find that the staff and residents are very friendly and willing to help the newbies. It feels like a family environment and very warm and welcoming. My brothers said it was to good to be true to find this place for our mom. When can we move in????

I can not begin to explain the love that myself and my family have felt the staff of The Solana give to my mother since she moved in. The caring and professional manner at how they are there for you to answer your concerns is above and beyond. Communication with nursing is headed by Justin and he makes sure that we stay informed about mom and her care. The staff on Bridges, where mom lives, has been wonderful. Jasmine, Carol, and Darcel care for mom as if she was their own mother. I am so happy that my father and I can rely on The Solana to provide the kind of care that we expect her to get, but can no longer do on our own. Check this community out and you won't regret you did.

Toured the memory care unit and saw dementia programs and the staff. The staff seemed professional. warm and attentive. The programs seemed well thought out for dementia patients. The staff seemed patient and skilled to handle dementia issues that arose. The facility is clean and upscale. I do not have a loved one here, so I cannot personally rate it, but the tour was good.

All I can tell you is that Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls was great place with great service. I have no complaints. It's all five stars.
