Sunrise Senior Living

I love it, I love it, I love it! The staff at Sugar Valley Estates is very accommodating. The room is terrific, the food, the people, wow! It gets five star ratings all across the board. I have no complaints.

The team at Sunrise has surpassed my expectations. Every department has made what can be a challenging transition for a family smooth. Clearly they are in their professions because they truly care about the elderly. My mother is in the memory care unit now for six weeks and her needs are so complex, yet all involved go way above and beyond. I can't recommend Sunrise higher.

Maybe a little more variety in the food. They keep the place clean, neat and pretty. They have lots of activities and they have great people who really care about the residents.

It was a really difficult to decision to put my loved one in a facility and they just went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and get her involved in activities and she has just thrived there. We are really happy about it, it has been nothing but good.

We absolutely loved Sunrise. They were amazing, very helpful, and on top of everything. They were wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to others. I wish we had found it sooner.

I think that all of the staff members are just really nice over at the Sunrise Senior Living. It is a really clean facility. They are all very friendly and casual and I just really like the place for my loved one.

At Sunrise of Danville the friendliness of the staff is a 5+. They are very caring and attentive. I couldn't do the job they do by far. Memory care is an issue that is so challenging. I would like more feedback from them. I would like a phone call every now and then. They don't always return phone calls. I was told there would be transportation. However, that doesn't seem to be the case. They are using a third party for transportation. It is only available on Mondays and Wednesdays also. In some ways there is more on us than on them. Something as simple as a large calendar in her room would be helpful. They have one downstairs but it would help to have one in each room of the residents, especially in memory care. My mother-in-law is into current events and they don't have a forum for things like that. There aren't any field trips either.

The staff is very attentive and caring. This is a nice, clean and homey facility. It seems to be a comfortable place for the people here. Everyone (including the residents) is just so friendly and seem so happy to be here. Warm and inviting.

The facility is beautiful. The staff is very informative if something happens. There is a real family atmosphere. We are very happy with Sunrise. He complains about the food, but nobody's perfect.

They seem to be doing well as far as the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the level of care overall.

The marketing director was wonderful, she was very, very helpful and very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about how to get things done, especially with regards to Medicare. The director of rehabilitation has been very good for calling and letting me know what is going on. They are on top of taking care of the residents.

I toured this facility with Greg. He was a very knowledgable in regards to my questions. I saw a broad variety of patients. Some very old or disabled with walkers and wheelchairs. Some were younger, speedy and active. The dining options were much better than some of the places my mother has been to. There was a lot going on when I walked through. Some people were playing cards and others were out on a shopping trip. I did my tour without my wife. When the director of the place called the next day it was perfect timing. My wife had a list of questions I didn't think to ask and Kelly answered them all. We feel very comfortable in choosing Brighton Gardens when my mom decides to move.

It has been quite an experience, they are very attentive to what is going on and they stay in touch and communicate well. If there is a problem or anything they call me and we discuss options on how to make things go smoothly. All of the employees have been very friendly and outgoing. They really seem to enjoy their job.

Sandra was very informative and the property was warm and engaging. The rooms were great and people very friendly. Proud to live there. Next step take mom for visit.

Our experience with The Fairfax has been a very good one, I've been pleasantly surprised! Everyone here is very friendly! The staff is pleasant and professional, and the other residents are friendly, active, and alert. The facility itself is beautifully done and well maintained, and they've got a lot to offer the people who live here.

Sunrise of Chandler is awesome. Her attitude has really gotten better because of the social aspect there. Before she would just cry because she wanted to be with me and I live in another state. It was very difficult. Now when I talk to her and she needs to go she tells me, "Okay, I've gotta go now." I am very pleased with this facility.

We are very happy with them. We have had no problems at all. I feel mom is very safe there. I am very comfortable with them. I would give them five, they are the best.

Garden Square at Westlake Assisted Living is amazing. I have nothing negative to say about this facility. My mother-in-law has a dog and they treat him just as good as anyone else there. He has become a community dog. She is much safer here and it has been an absolutely good experience.

This facility is very, very clean and the grounds are also very well maintained. There is a family oriented atmosphere here and the staff makes you feel loved. The level of care is excellent. We have no complaints so far.

Great facility. Lots of activities and I love the idea of individual care companions rather than an ever changing staff of nurses. Felt more like a hotel than a senior living home.
