Sunrise Senior Living

I toured a few other places as well, but I liked that Belmont is privately owned and run. I like the way they approach it. They have a good caregiver to patient ratio. They're quick to respond to anything. They're very thoughtful, genuine, sincere, and caring. They've really stepped up to the plate to care for my wife, they're taking good care of her. She's adjusting well and it seems to be working out. They do have a lot of activities, most she can't participate in, but they have customized some for her. She loved the food immediately. I've eaten it too and it is really good.

My mother-in-law seems to be adjusting to moving to Sunrise of Henderson. She has a roommate/friend she follows around and does the activities with. I haven't seen anything disturbing as far as cleanliness. It is an expensive community. But I don't really have much to compare it to.

I have been very familiar with the Holiday Groups senior living communities since 2006 and I have the highest marks for all of them. The rent is fair they are very clean very personable staff and the meals are like from a 5 star restaurant. The time between courses need to be cut in half. The residents are very friendly and welcoming to all newbies and those touring the facilities. I think The Holiday Group communities are the only one who offer a guest room for those who need to spend the night and days to see for themselves before committing to a contract. They don’t hide the truth and if you have any doubts reserve the guest room and see for yourself. Remember you have to be a friend to find fiends. Between 1 and 5 stars I give Quincy Place 5 stars.

Sunrise came across like a a place of life instead of like an institution as some other did. Everyone was smiling from the Staff to the residence. It was a pleasure to see this in an assisted living residence. Two thumbs up for Sunrise.

I wish there were 10 stars...I had been a caretaker for my mother for the last three years after we had to take away her car. She wanted to remain at a home as long as she could, and we honored that. I spent one year looking all over alpharetta south to Dunwoody for a place for mom when the time was right. We moved her here in July 2015. I cannot tell you what a godsend this place has been... My mother actually wishes she moved there sooner! From the activities to the food, to the staff to her friends, this is the best place I ever could have imagined for mom... And I looked at over 30 other places...every night my mother tells me what a blessing BG is and how thankful she is to be surrounded by such wonderful people. I cannot tell you how this has transformed all of our lives. I know that my mother "Miss Tricia" is loved and cared for and that she is so happy... What an incredible gift for her golden years...thank you to Niels and your incredible staff team... It is your warmth and care that truly defines this as "home."

We are very please with Sunrise of Edina. Staff is friendly, facility is clean, food is great as well. Overall a great place to live.

This community is like a high end hotel my friend is doing great since his move into Sunrise. They have been wonderful and kind to us when we come to visit him. The staff is helpful in every type of way to him, very accommodating. The facility is extremely clean and very well kept. There is tons of activities for the residents to do. This is a great community to look at for your loved one I would highly recommend it.

This is a fabulous community. My father has been doing great since his move here. We are very pleased with everything this community has to offer. Everyone here is very kind and helpful to my father. He enjoys the activities they offer, like the movie nights and daily work-out classes. The food is really good, I enjoy the meals. They do their very best to take care of your loved one, and I really feel like they care about my father. I would highly recommend this community.

we were able to re-schedule our tour for Thursday 317 at 1000 am. I wish we could afford to place my husbands mother here. The staff was extremely friendly the facility was very clean and it was quite pretty. Unfortunately we cannot afford to place her here. Wish we could...

I visited Sunrise of Randolph on Saturday March 12th. We met with Nicolas who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The residents here seemed happy and they have a house dog named Buddy.

Highland Trail is a very nice place. My mother-in-law is having some trouble adjusting but we think it is working out. There are quite a few activities and she is participating now. She's not very fond of the food, she thinks there is a poor variety, that's her one complaint.

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far our experience has been a very positive one! He's settled in very well, and he says the other residents all seem very friendly! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff I've spoken with have all been friendly and professional.

Although I have not yet been able to visit Sunrise of Lincroft in person, my interactions with their staff has been excellent. They have been very helpful and accommodating to my aunt, and even sent one of their staff to my parents home to pick up her wheel chair. Overall, they have been very responsive to the needs of my aunt, my family and myself. They have always been prompt and courteous when communicating with us. They are willing to go the extra mile when the chips are down, and I don't know what we would have done without their help.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Sunrise of Burlington! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept, and well run facility! The residents seem happy and well cared for, and the staff is friendly and great about remaining in communication with family members. It's been a very good experience, overall!

This Sunrise Independent Assisted Living facility was very impressive. The management marketing staff were professional welcoming. The wide variety of floor plans was a plus. I was fortunate enough to sample the food give high praise to the chef dietary staff. The grounds are spacious located in a upscale community. There seems to be miles of corridors (great if your loved ones enjoy daily indoor hikes). Fortunately numerous brightly lighted alcoves are set up (library pool tables etc.) along the way. Definitely a lot of value for the money. It was the most expensive property we are considering for our parents.

Excellent visit. Facility is a bit dated but is very nice - bright and happy feel. Staff members I met were very professional. I learned many have long tenures which speaks to the companys philosophy. Strongly considering this option. Only concern is lack of parking space. Had to park on street off on shoulder which doesnt seem very safe.

Our mother was at BG for 5 months. I can't say enough about the loving, knowledgeable staff that interacted with her and with our family during her stay there. We attended exercise class, played board games, joined residents for meals, and stopped in frequently, always feeling welcome. Unfortunately, my mother's health was declining rapidly when she first became a resident. A couple months in it became clear that she needed more attention to daily needs, and we supported her care provider's decision to move into the memory loss unit. Everyone at BG who cared for her was thoughtful and had Mom's health and well being at the center of their decisions. The staff addressed our questions and concerns willingly, either in person or by phone, at all hours. They took time to help us know how to best support our mom in her last months of life. My siblings and I are forever appreciative and grateful for the nurses and staff we interacted with at Brighton Gardens.

Our family's experience at Brighton Gardens was exceptional in every way. The public spaces and residents' apartments are spotless, the food was delicious, and the attention to Mom's care exceeded our expectations. Mom required much attention and she received it lovingly from the administration, the caregivers, the nurses, the housekeepers, and the program coordinators. The staff at Brighton Gardens not only cared for Mom but for all of us, too. As Mom's health failed our family spent a lot of time at her bedside. The entire staff filled us with emotional support along with coffee and tasty treats from the kitchen 24 hours/ day. Our questions were answered clearly and always with a smile. We could not have asked for a more wonderful place for Mom. Every day, every effort was made by every staff member to engage her mind, body and spirit. Many thanks to all at Brighton Gardens for their loving care of our Mom. We could not have asked for more and we will miss our visits with administration, staff and residents alike.
