Our experiences at this community have been great, we are very pleased with everything they have done for us. The staff and the care they provide have been great.

Excellent care!

So far we are satisfied and so is our Mother. Seems like they have plenty of activities to keep them busy. I have been involved in Nursing home living or Assisted Living and Sunrise is a 100% better then what I have seen in the past. Keep up the good work!

My grandma has lived at The Courtyard for about a month and so far she is adjusting well. The staff seem nice and they are giving her a welcome party. They try and make sure she is out of her room and participating in meals and activities. The community is clean and they clean her room once a week. She loves the food and I would recommend this community.

My husband and I have been here only a month, but most certainly I can tell you that we have received the most wonderful care and concern that is possible. My husband is ill, and that is one of the reasons that I can tell you of the care level for his needs and the all around wonderful place to be! I don't give praise lightly, but everyone here including the food service (plus the food is wonderful) is exceptional to the desire to serve you well is extremely great. All personnel endeavor to give you the best attention possible. They keep the best outings, entertainment, exercise programs, and the calendar is very full daily, for many different activities. We could not have chosen better! Bonnie

This community was the best place we found within our parameters. The staff are nice, helpful and have coordinated with the family on my aunts medical care. The community is clean and she enjoys playing cards. Choosing this community was the right decision for us.

They are taking very good care of my mother here, I'am pleased with all they have done for us. My mother has been here for a while, and everything has worked out great. She is now in the memory care unit of the facility, she content there. The staff is great, they know here habits and how to deal with her. The facility is nice and clean. I know she is safe and receiving great care. I would recommend this facility.

One of the main reasons we chose Sunrise of Columbia was the staff. They have good healthy food choices and my mom seems to love it. They offer various activities. She enjoys going on the bus rides and out to lunch. The community is very clean and I would recommend this community.

My mom seems to be doing better than before since living at this community. She gets to go on shopping outings and enjoys activities that are available. My mom enjoys the food, I think it tastes good. The staff is very helpful and welcoming when I see them. They are friendly staff and mom likes them too. This community is clean and well maintained and I would absolutely recommend them.

My aunt's experience at this community went very well. They took very good care of her. Everybody here was amazing, I was very pleased with all they did for us. She really enjoyed her time here. This is a community I would highly recommend.

My mom was doing well at this community before her fall. The staff were quick to respond when this happened. The community is kept very clean and I would recommend it. She likes the food and participating in some of the activities offered.

This was a great place for my dad before he passed away. The staff were great with him and the family as we were there 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The community is clean and I would recommend this community.

Brookdale is a beautiful space with a wonderful , helpful and dedicated staff. The meals are copious and first rate and the chef accommodates specific food preferences . There are many activities that one can participate in and the surrounding neighborhood could not be more vibrant and visually magnificent.

Warm staff, lots of activities, nice surroundings

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. The building is very nice, nicely decorated, and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful. There has been so much positive support by all of the staff. Activities are varied and interesting. All in all, it is an excellent place.

During our visit we found this facility to be bright, cheery, and clean. The residents were engaging with one another or with the staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our thanks to Sylvia and Tom for their time and expertise as we look for a place for my mom.

Resourceful, compassionate, and patient are the adjectives I have been using to describe my experience with Margo, and also the management and staff at Sunrise Senior Living. Not knowing what to expect as I journeyed along the unknown road of senior care selection for my wife, I was overjoyed when I found people who cared about providing a "high quality of living" for their residents. I was skeptical when I first considered the idea of a senior living facility for my wife but that soon changed to "Yes" when my heart was satisfied that she would be receiving the loving care that she needs and deserves. I have entrusted to them, my "Most Valuable Partner."

They were amazing and wonderful. I felt that it was well managed the clients looked content clean, and well cared for. I also saw the severe dementia unit, and it looked well monitored and well staffed. It was orderly the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had been looking at respite care, but there is a minimum of a month.

Most important to us was the food quality. It is great. Fresh fruit and veggies every day. Great staff, very easy to work with and they treat my loved one as a member of their family.

We moved my dad in to Sunrise on the Road Home Program. It has been a blessing to know that he is safe and happy within his surroundings. The staff are attentive, supportive and friendly. Everyone made us feel right at home, introducing themselves the minute we were on the floor. I never have to worry about his physical and emotional well being. They are on top of everything. My dad loves to go to the baseball games with the residents and other outings. He has even tried his hand at baking, a new hidden talent. I can not say enough about this place. He is now a full time resident in the reminiscence program and calls Sunrise his home.
