Everyone was courteous and friendly. They give a great presentation of their facility and answered all our questions. They were helpful with fining financial options as well. Gayton Terrace was well laid out and all the residents seemed active and happy. The people showing us around made a point of greeting the residents when they passed them in the halls. It was really nice to see that they cared about the residents. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The consultant was very well informed and responded to all the needs presented. Have your questions ready. Sunrise is a beautiful community. It truly presented as being the place the residents are pleased to call home.

The most important thing is my Mom is happy here! Yes, 24/7 care is expensive but necessary in my mom's case and renting an apartment and having live-in help was a lot more money. The caregivers are very supportive, friendly and helpful. The residents are right down the road from many restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. They have scheduled luncheons, shopping, church, and excursions each week available with a shuttle bus.

A beautiful Victorian home lifestyle. A variety of rooms and activities. Lots of little hidden places for peaceful mediation. Residents can be as social or private as they wish. Staff was excellent. A very homey atmosphere with elegant surroundings

Wonderful energy and this place made the top of our list but unfortunately, too expensive for our budget.

Sunrise just feels like a place you would call home. The have independent living, assisted living and memory care all under one roof. They serves as a great model for those who may need any of these services.

The care at this community is good. The staff are caring and attentive. The community is clean with a nice environment. They do offer activities for the residents that are able to participate. We like this atmosphere and would recommend other families to this community for the care and good value for a loved one

I went Saturday 9/30/17 to meet with [Removed] and to get a tour of the facility to see if it was a good fit for my mother. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, upbeat atmosphere, the layout, the list of activities and the house dog which I think is great. The residents seem to content and well cared for. Patty was very informative, took time to answer all my questions with detail and gave competitive pricing based on my mothers needs.

She really loves it at Sunrise at River Road. The staff is friendly and attentive to our loved one's needs. They are easy to talk to about any questions or concerns that we have. They are welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. Our loved one is already making friends. They stop at each other's doors to get their group together to go and dine together. It is a great place for socializing. The meals are really good they have a lot of variety and choices. You also have choices of how much or if you want to cut the meal size in half. They also have a bistro that is open all day for refreshments and snacks, a great place to go and sit with friends and family for visits. A really nice thing is that if she isn't hungry at the time the main meal is being served she can go and order off a menu when she is hungry. The staff encourages the residents to participate in the activities they offer, they are also posted to let them know what is available. In the front of the community, they have rockers where residents can enjoy the sun and fresh air. Our loved one has her own patio on her unit. She is eating properly and her medications are being taken in a timely manner. We feel she is in very good and caring hands.

Bright and cheerful. Brighton Gardens is a licensed Assisted Living facility which is what we wanted. Staff is friendly and professional. My mom met many friendly residents and we are pleased about that. Hopefully this will be a wonderful home for my Mom.

So far everything has gone great with Sunrise! The staff is very friendly and familiar. They really get to know the residents and their families, and they seem to be on a first name basis with everyone! I also really appreciate that they tailor the care to each individual resident. The only negative thing I can think of is that it seems a bit understaffed sometimes. Mom really seems to be happy here overall!

Sunrise sets the bar very high. If it was affordable and the cost of care was predictable I would not hesitate to have my Mom live and be taken care of in his community. I love that they have 2 floors - assisted living and memory care. The assisted living floor is beautiful and extensive - giving everything that she would need on one floor.

[Removed] showed us a nice tour. We knew quoted prices would be more in a Assit. Living bldg, but she did make some concessions bc my mother did not need care at this time. Bldg was very clean, appealing, with lovely color changes per hallway. She showed us various available rooms so that my mother could age in place. Wonderful walking paths on site.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way. They offer daily activities. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. They are accommodating and things worked out well. I would recommend this community for a respite stay.

We toured this community for my mom. The staff was caring and very nice. We liked the clean environment. The menu looked appealing and the activities would have been offered for my mom. The size of the rooms was not big enough for my mom to feel comfortable. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
