Sunrise Senior Living

This is an outstanding community for the care for my husband. We have been more than happy with the care that he receives. The community is clean and we like the over all feeling of the community. The menu is appealing and he seems to be pleased with the menu. They offer him to participate in the activities with the other residents. The care and the value are wonderful and we would recommend this community to other families for everything that is provided.

This is a nice community. The staff has been very helpful to her needs. The community was nice, but we needed a different type of care that they can not give at this time. We liked the cleanliness of the community. They do need to improve the security for the safety. The menu was good and they just need to make sure that the coffee is served to the residents. They had a lot of great activities she enjoyed. We would recommend this community highly for other families.

We are very happy and we love the community, we haven't had a my problems. My mom is doing great and I highly recommend them. They have extremely helpful caregivers and they couldn't be any nicer. The nursing staff are great and very caring. Her health and everything has improved, The food is good and she gaining weight. Coming from a place we weren't happy with this community is so much better for her.

We toured this community for my mom. We did like that they had a large elevator for the residents to get to the lower floor. The menu is appealing and they offer a lot of choices. This is a community that is able to give all types of different care We like this community for the nice care that is offered from the questions that the staff was able to answer. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one for the options that are available.

I contacted Place for Mom via computer and was very pleased with the response I got. We wanted to relocate my sister in law, of whom recently lost her husband, in CAlifornia and bring her to Michigan. We had several places call and send email for us to visit, and we did visit about 6 places in our area. We were very impressed with Sunrise as it was a nation wide facility. They offer several things to keep their minds active but it is up to the individual to cooperate and join in. I highly recommend Place for Mom.

We are very satisfied with this community, and everything they have done for my mother. She is doing very well with her move to this community. She is enjoying her time, and stays busy with the activities they have available. The meals are great, she hasn't had a bad since her move here. She is very content with this community. Everything has worked out very well for us with this community, and I would recommend it without a doubt.

This community is in a good location for us. The staff have been helpful and encouraging. They are good at handling the different levels of memory care. The community is clean and the grounds are nice. My wife has started to participate in some of the daily activities. The food is good and they offer healthy choices. I can not say enough good things about this community and I would highly recommend it.

This was a nice tour for the care that I was needing for my mom. We liked the friendly staff and the clean community. They offer a good list of meals and the activities would have been helpful to her care. This is a nice atmosphere and we would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

We toured this community for care. I did not like that my mom would have had to be on the third floor. We did not see a menu. We know that they do have a lot of activities that would have been offered to my mom. We would recommend that other family.

Sunrise of Highland Park is a wonderful community! It was difficult to find a place where my siblings and I would be comfortable placing our Father. He is still very active and enjoys being social. It was nice to know that there are plenty daily activities for the residents to be a part of . It was also nice knowing that there are activities outside of the community, that residents can attend. Many choices are available, rather than just sitting around all day. Other important factors that played a role in us choosing Sunrise, was the friendly staff and unbelievable care our Father will receive while living at Sunrise. We are very happy with the decision we made!

My mother has adjusted well since moving into the community. I was worried at first that everything would be a little bit overwhelming, but the staff has been great at meeting her needs and getting introduced to other people who live there. The building is clean and doesn't smell... which is something we noticed about other facilities we toured. I wish there was a little more outdoor space, but they are in downtown Highland Park so it is a nice trade off to a large backyard.

My brother loves it over there at Sugar Valley Estates. They are a really good place and I would recommend them to family and friends. When touring our options we picked them because they are the nicest one we could find for the price they had. The community is nice and clean. His room is large with his own bathroom.

My Dad has been at Sunrise for over three months now and we are very happy with the facility. [Removed] is also very easy to talk with and seems to have a great understanding of what our family is going through. No complaints! The staff is caring and does a great job. The facility is lovely and clean.

This is a great community. We like the staff who are attentive and caring. The menu was appealing. This community is clean and a nice enviroment. They offer a nice menu and activities that are offered to the residents who want to participate. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

Great atmosphere staff could not have been more welcoming and informative. Perfect for what my mother needs

I am so thankful to have found this place for my mom. The people here are truly kind and caring. The community gives off a warm and inviting feeling as soon as you step in the doors. I am amazed at the amount and variety of daily activities for the seniors here. They encompass the body, mind, and soul. In my mind, it's the next best thing to being at home.

Our experience with Sunrise of Aurora has been a positive one. They've got a good variety of activities and outings, and I'm glad my loved one has found a few that she enjoys. I think they also do a good job with the food. Mom can be someone picky, but she is mostly satisfied with it. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly. It's a very nice place, overall.

Our loved one is settling in really well at Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls. The atmosphere is like a dorm for older people who enjoy hanging out together. Everyone seems happy and relaxed. Mom is surrounded by people and has company all around her now, she is not lonely anymore. The staff is friendly and helpful and attentive to her care needs. They are very warm and welcoming when we come and visit. There are plenty of activities that she enjoys participating in. She really enjoys socializing with the other residents. Outside is a walkway and a patio and garden area for the residents to get out and enjoy the fresh air. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

Mom enjoyed the amenities when she lived here. Mom was comfortable here. She felt uncomfortable with not being able to find out what happened to her friends when they were no longer at the community. The food was good and the activities were ok. She did have an issue with not knowing if some of the chairs were cleaned before she sat in them during the activities. I would recommend this community.

So far my mom is settling in nicely at the Sunrise Senior Living of Lafayette Hill. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. I have not had the opportunity to dine with my mom but she says the food is very good, they offer a variety of healthy choices, and the meals are well balanced. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. My mom is not one who likes to engage in activities. There are nice walkways to enjoy the outdoors, seating is available in separate patio areas that are beautifully landscaped with flowers. I would recommend this community to others.
