Very nice, great amenities, always someone on duty - it felt very welcoming! Most expensive - highest 2nd person fee In unit laundry Great location Great staff, very helpful - we would LOVE to live here, but the costs are above our budget. Definitely a favorite for us!

A little further away then I had hoped but this place was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and everyone looked genuinely happy and well taken care of. No stairs - I liked that. Sunrise is a great place and I like their care options and price points. My concern here is private pay only and I am not sure this is an option for my dad. Otherwise I truly loved this space and the people.

My Dad has been at Sunrise in Richmond Va since July. He likes having his own spacious room with privacy. but unlike living alone in his home, there are now plenty of new friends (staff, residents) and activities right outside his door anytime. It was quiet and sometimes lonely before, so he is enjoying companionship. The three healthy meals are great And he LOVES the desserts!

It’s the start of week 2 at Sunrise Naperville North in my in-laws latest life’s journey. Any family going through this knows it is a whole family process to get your loved ones to this point. We viewed several facilities in our area and found Assoc Sales Director [name removed] easy to work with from the get go—no high pressure sales pitch, she just allowed us time to work toward the end that would best work for our family. We made many visits to Sunrise North on this journey and I can honestly say each and every person we came into contact with exuded genuine friendliness, care, compassion and professionalism—from Executive Director [name removed] to Sales Director [name removed], to Activities Coordinator [name removed], to the ladies at the Concierge desk-- [name removed]and [name removed]. We had several meals in the dining room while deciding, and after moving them in, and Chef [name removed], [name removed] and the rest of the staff were extremely cordial each and every time, and the food was worthy of a five star establishment. My MIL was a gourmet cook before becoming hindered by arthritis, so enjoyment of meals was very important for them. Working through the admittance process, Assisted Living Coordinator [name removed], Nurses [names removed], and everyone we’ve been in contact with have made them (and us!) feel welcome and truly cared for. They are treated with dignity, respect and everyone has taken the time to get to know them, and their likes and dislikes. The last week was spent getting them unpacked and settled. My in-laws are truly starting to feel “at home” and have commented they just love everyone they’ve interacted with. We couldn’t have chosen a better fit for them. It puts my heart and mind at ease knowing they’re in a safe and welcoming new home.

From the the very first phone call till now i have loved the Greeley place. Everybody there is so friendly and respectful. We love the fact that meals and activities are provided it really takes the stress and worry off my great grandma trying to figure that out. I couldn't be more happy with the decision we made choosing greeley place i can see how much happier my grandmother since the move.

I love living at the Greeley Place. I visited many independent living places in the area when I began having difficulty maintaining my home. I was also feeling more isolated when weather prevented me from getting out. I found the Greeley Place to be perfect for me. There is such a sense of community. When my family comes to visit they always feel welcome by the staff and other residents. I enjoy the activities that are provided. I no longer feel isolated because I am surrounded by friends. The food is wonderful and the commons area is kept clean and inviting. The staff is so helpful and friendly and are always looking for ways to make things even better. I have recommended The Greeley Place to my friends who are ready for this next step. The residents and staff are not only friends, they are family.

My mom has lived there nearly 3 years and absolutely loves it. She loves the feeling of community and has made so many new friends. There is always a variety of meals to choose from. There are so many activities available. The commons area and her apartment always look well maintained and smell clean thanks to the staff in housekeeping. I always feel welcome when I come to visit and know many of the residents by name. I know she is in a safe place where she is surrounded by friends and staff who care. I would recommend The Greeley Place to anyone who no longer wants the responsibility of maintaining a home but still wants to maintain independence and freedom.

My in-laws moved here about 3 years ago. They are able to enjoy their freedom while still having a safe place to live. The meals are great, there are so many activities to choose from, the staff is caring and they've made so many new friends.

This was the perfect place for my in-laws. They continued to enjoy their freedom but also enjoyed having all their meals provided, many activities to choose from, bus excursions, a safe place to live and a feeling of community. When we come to visit, we always feel welcomed by the staff and other residents.

The Greeley Place has been the perfect fit for my in-laws. It allowed them to keep their freedom, but still provided meals, activities, community, and excursions they would not have had if they had stayed in their home.

Just the short time our mom has been there, we're blown away in how she was welcomed! How they also welcome family visitors as well. You definitely get a down to earth family feel, like the show Cheers... where people know your name ;) Or trying to learn your name ... I love that they have name tags... a cute touch, but really helps you learn peoples names. The food is such an amazing addition to this monthly, the fact you get few choices to choose from each meal. Apartments are clean and you can tell the weekly housekeeping cares too. Honestly 5 stars in my book! Keep it up Greeley Place!

I love The Greeley Place. My mother is happier there than she has been in years. I want her to (and she wants to) stay there as long as possible. The food is very good, and there are always several choices. There are lots of activities, and my mother participate in most of them. The staff is helpful, conscientious and enthusiastic and very good about accommodating me when I come to visit.

We looked at many different senior facilities in our area before choosing Sunrise of Naperville. Our mother will be 101 shortly and is amazingly sharp and mobile for her age. We recently moved her into Sunrise of Naperville from a much larger facility and couldn’t be happier. The smaller environment means she gets more individual attention - this was very important to us as we looked for a new home for her. The staff is great and their team is always available when we have questions or need help. Sunrise of Naperville’s location is set back off the street in an area surrounded by trees - it’s beautiful. Many of the other senior facilities we looked at were on very busy streets with nothing but concrete surrounding them. This was a great choice. The best thing ... the staff!

Would love to move forward, but there is now a waiting list. Would recommend.

Excellent Assisted living community. Caretakers are most pleasant, caring, and professional. A direct reflection of excellent management. My mom loves it here!

We moved my 92 year old Dad into this facility in March 2019 .. it was the best decision we ever made. I do not have any complaints. My Dad is thriving. The staff goes above and beyond. They are loving, caring, always smiling, and treat Dad with the respect and dignity he deserves And then of course, there is Honey. She is the community resident dog. Such a sweet girl.

Very thorough tour by [name removed]. My husband and I visited several units and Julie armed us with the details we need to make a decision. We're talking it over as a family, but would like to see other properties. This particular one is attractive because of the location to shops and dining, but the amenities, including the vast activities make this seem ideal for my mom.

We decided on Sunrise for my mil because it was a lovely facility with very friendly staff. [Name removed] was wonderful to work with as was [name removed] the RN who did the assessment. We put a deposit on a room for her the same day. Unfortunately before we could get my mil moved it she declined quickly and we had to go with higher level of skilled nursing and she went on hospice. I know we would have been pleased with Sunrise.
