Sunrise of Cohasset was incredible. The care was very good, they were very respectful, and they were responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. I was so glad I was able to get here in here and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

I have already referred people here, and they have already come to the community. The feeling of security and happiness of my loved one. are things that stick out about this community. My loved one loves the people taking care of them. There is daily communication from the staff. If there is any change about my loved one, I get a phone call. There is a daily email from Nicholas. There is also a summary at the end of the week via email, this includes the health of the staff and residents.

The room sizes at Sunrise seem to be fine, they do not have any complaints. The staff have been great about communication especially since we cannot go inside. I believe that the care is excellent, they are very pleasant and if there are any issues they always call me and let me know what is going on. I would absolutely recommend them.

We were not able to really visit the community that much due to the pandemic, but when we did the meals seemed to of looked and smelled good. They took good care of our loved one and we would recommend this community to others.

Our experience so far has been excellent, we have had no issues with the cleanliness of the community. The staff members are super friendly and the care services are excellent. Our loved one is not crazy about the food but the value is good, it is more reasonable then other communities we looked at.

We moved our mother from another facility (where there were significant problems) to Brighton-Gardens of St Charles. We love the way they were taking care Mom before Covid - always going the extra mile, staff stopping by to talk and play games with her, encouraging her for the numerous activities, etc... Since Covid that attention has only increased. They are easy to communicate with, responsive, proactive, and they care! So glad we made the move!

Our mom has been at BG for almost two years. This is her second assisted living facility and we are so grateful to have found BG. We installed a Nest camera in her room as a way for us to keep tabs on her. Watching the staff interact with our mom is heart warming. They have become an extension of our family especially critical during this pandemic. Our mom is happy, content and comfortable. We highly recommend Brighton Gardens of St. Charles.

In spite of the virus and isolation of remaining in her room [removed] year, our 91 yr old Mom is happy and mos and most beautiful importantly healthy at Sunrise. She enjoys the food - even likes the “room service”. She is so missing peer contact but staff and caregivers are amazingly sweet and engaging to her. We so look forward to the return of the fantastic activities [names removed] provide. We exercise and play brain games with Mom two times per day. We are blessed with a Mom who is naturally happy but Sunrise is a godsend to us. Thanks [names removed] and all fantastic, professional and caring people who visit our Mom every day.

The more care you can provide yourself the cheaper it is. You pay separately for the care services needed but they do have private rooms. I would definitely recommend this community to others

It is a newer community that is bright and airy. You don't feel like your in a hospital or nursing home. The care is phenomenal and the staff is gentle and friendly with the families and residents. The care is unbelievable. It is a family there and it makes you feel like home. The place smells like home and smell like food cooking all the time and there's music. The staff is very caring. The residents look happy all the time.

We chose Quincy Place because my dad really liked the feel and the aesthetics of it. The apartment sizes are good, he is in a studio and it works for what he needs. The facility itself is also in a great location and I would recommend to others looking.

From the very first phone call, my questions have been answered, my concerns addressed with thoroughness and care. My dad is being treated with love and respect, and we could not ask for more of a home-away-from-home. Thank you all!

The caregivers are from what we think Nepal and they have a different mindset towards the elderly and treat them with great respect. I would definitely recommend this community to others

Everyone has been exceptionally kind, thoughtful and helpful. My stepmother feels very welcome and taken care of. So far we feel like things are going well. She also seems to be getting proper care for her needs.

From what we have been able to see and from what our loved one has told us, the cleanliness of the community is excellent. There occasionally some oversight that we have to call and check up on, but nothing ever serious. We are very impressed with the assistant director and also the head nurse.

We have not been able to visit for awhile now due to the covid restrictions, but from our understanding they seem to be doing a good job keeping the residents active and engaged.
