We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the community was just not in our price range

My family member just loves it here. I haven't seen her this happy in years. She has lived in a couple of other places and was so depressed. Since she's been at Pueblo Regent, she has come alive again. I couldn't have found a better place for her. I have nothing bad to say about them. I love their workers. They're so friendly, and they've really helped her in any way they can. If she needs to hang a picture on a wall or have furniture moved, they help out. They stop and talk with her in the hallway and ask her how her day is going. They just go far and above what you would expect. She hasn't tried a lot of the activities, but she loves their exercise group. The cost is great, and I feel like God led me here to this community.

Great tour, the facility is beautiful. They did a very thorough intake. The facility was a smaller tighter layout, more like a smaller hotel. The apartment sizes were great and they do loan you furniture as well.

We chose Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe because of the friendliness of the residents and the staff members. The apartment sizes at the facility are very good and they do have a balcony. I would recommend to others looking.

It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. And it's less expensive than 24-hour home care. It's a nice, clean environment. The residents have their own apartments, even in assisted living. So even though there are people right outside the door if needed, the residents still have their own space. It's a nice looking facility. The staff seem pretty concerned and involved. They make an effort to get to know all of the residents. The process of getting into a facility has a lot of requirements, medical, legal, etc. I found them extremely helpful in working through all of that. The food is okay, pretty standard institutional food. They offer a lot of activities, but my loved ones aren't all that interested in what they do offer.

Wonderful place. My mom has dementia and they always have activities for her. They also make contact through an app with the family so you know what activities are being done - also include pictures.

We really think they are great and my mother is very happy here. The staff are very caring and they have a lot of activities provided for the residents, she is always busy doing something. They do a lot of interesting things and keep them engaged. I would absolutely recommend.

My cousins recommended A Place For Mom when I was suddenly dealt with a tough decisions. Living over 3,000 miles away from my mom, I had NO idea where a healthy, trustworthy, living place in my mothers town would not only accept her, but we would be able to afford. A place for mom found me 4 great options! Thank you is not enough!

The staff members and care services are better than 5 stars, and the activities are limited but give the circumstances they are really trying their best. We do think it is a good value for the cost. Moving our loved one from independent living to memory care was a very difficult transition, but Sunrise at Pinehurst made that transition as easy as possible for our loved one and our family. Their staff training was the number one reason we chose this community, they really show care and empathy.

This community is the best! I would recommend them to others based on my experience.

Know that they do not have any transportation to appointments provided by Sunrise at Parma. But there are local community transportations that are available if your family needs that. The staff are excellent and very caring there. I like the activities they provide. And my loved one seems to enjoy the food. The dining hall has been open to residents but not yet for family. The therapies seem to be good as well. So far they have done very well with her.

The residence and staff are very friendly and helpful. They have just changed managers so we are eager to see how the transition goes. The food is good, and they include 3 meals. They have transportation also. I would recommend this community to others.

I think the biggest thing for me is that for the first time, I'm not so stressed out and anxious all the time. I feel confident that they're doing a good job with my loved one, who has dementia. Because of her dementia, I'm having to really put a lot of trust in the caregivers there, and they've been wonderful. I've gone there unexpectedly, and her bed is always made, and her room is spotless. Every time I see her she says "They're so wonderful here," "They're so kind," "It's a beautiful place." At the last place she was in, it was always "I'm so bored," "I don't want to be here." It has been phenomenal here at Sunrise. They just had an Olympics get-together with residents and their families where they served hotdogs, and they do things like that periodically. My loved one is a very social person, and they spotted that immediately. Even if nobody else is doing anything, they'll take her on a walk and keep her entertained, which is exactly what makes her thrive. It's such a great environment. You feel like you're walking up to a Victorian home, not a "nursing home." And it's so homey inside. It feels like someone's house, with a dog there to greet you. The rooms are really nice. I'm so impressed with them overall. I appreciate so much everything they've done for my loved one and our family. It's been such a smooth transition from assisted living to reminiscence care. They called us after a couple of weeks with her in assisted living and said they felt like reminiscence would be a better fit, which was really scary at the time. But it's been the perfect transition for her and for us. Whenever I go there to visit, they greet me by name and tell me how wonderful my loved one is doing. It's such a warm, caring place, and I give them so much credit for everything that they do.

The cleanliness of the community is excellent, the staff are amazing and the care services are so far so good. According to our loved one the food is delicious, and they are opening up more and more activities which we are quite pleased with. The value for cost is right within our budget which is a big plus.

The communication from the community is good but you also need to let them know what your expectations are and be open to their feedback. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

The staff members and the care services are above 5 stars, we are very happy with the community and it's activities. The value for cost for our family has worked out great. We looked at a bunch of other communities and this was had a much more home styled setting to it.

Our family had a virtual tour with Chelsea and despite everything going on with the virus they did a great job. They were able to take us around the community virtually and we had no problems with the communication.

It is a very friendly atmosphere and easy to adjust to. The staff are exceptional. The food is from good to very, very good. Some of the activities available are trips to parks and museums, we went strawberry picking, go to restaurants, concerts, exercise classes, crafts, painting, and more available for the residents.

Loved it. Particularly the washer/dryer in the apartment.
