Sunrise Senior Living

I was able to have an in person tour and the tour was great, but it was about an hour away which was to far for us in case of emergencies. It also is a higher end community which made the expenses higher.

Our first impression of Sunrise is that it was very clean and the people we had met with were very friendly. we went with Sunrise because of the location, we wanted our loved one to be closer to our family and in an area he was familiar with.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are caring and the cleanliness of the community stand out to me. My loved one enjoys it here. They enjoy the food as well.

I like it here, and I'm very happy on the 3rd floor. The food is really good! The staff is very nice. I'm happy to be here, if I'm not going to be in my house. I love my housekeeper!

We are very happy to have found this place for our mom. She loves the food, the hair salon, and the religious services. She enjoys walking around the beautifully landscaped grounds, or sitting outside on one of the many available comfortable chairs. It's a beautiful and quiet residential setting, with mature trees and a walking path. Staff are friendly and attentive, to residents as well as visitors. Sunrise is clean and welcoming, and staff offer ample and varied activities. Any concerns are dealt with immediately and respectfully. I highly recommend this community.

In the middle of the pandemic my mother had several critical health emergencies and her declining mental health required that she move from assisted living to memory care. Unfortunately her current facility did not offer memory care - so we went on a search.. We selected Sunrise after several discussions. Despite the restrictions involved with the pandemic, my mother was successfully moved and now, almost a year later, happily enjoying Sunrise. So gratetul for the support from all the staff. We also love visiting with Hammy (resident dog).

The community treats my loved one well here. I love the well kept grounds, the friendly staff, and ambieuance. The staff are responsive and are able to assist us with any questions or concerns. I would recommend you check out the community for your loved one.

We chose Sunrise of Overland Park because we loved the homey atmosphere and the loving care that they give all of their residents. The room sizes here are very good. I would tell others looking that I think your loved one would be happy here and I would definitely recommend them.

My dad did NOT want to move out of his home. For reasons of his health and safety, all 4 of his children knew it was necessary. After many days of researching facilities and talking with many people, I decided on Sunrise of Shelby Twp and have never once regretted it. The kindness and care that our dad receives there is such a blessing! He gets nutritious meals, medication in the correct amount (and at the right time) and has things to do and people to talk with every day. The most important thing of all is that Dad loves it there! He feels and looks better now than he has in years. My siblings and I can sleep at night knowing he is in such good hands. I recommend Sunrise of Shelby Twp. very highly!

My mother and I toured Holiday Hills in order to determine if mom would like to live there. As we pulled up do the building, we were immediately impressed by how well the grounds and outside of the building were kept. The plants, and flowers looked well taken care of and the exterior of building was in good repair. [name removed] was waiting for us at the entrance to greet us and immediately made us feel welcome! She was personable, kind, and very open and friendly (without being "over the top"). We toured the facility and then [name removed] explained how everything worked and outlined the benefits of living at Holiday Hills. The entire experience was great from start to finish. Mom felt welcome and at ease with the atmosphere and decided she would like to live there. It's clear [name removed] loves her job, and from our brief encounter with a few other employees, it would seem this filters out through the facility as well. Thank you for a great experience!

The community was tried hard to make sure all the residents to participated in the activities. The staff were good at accommodating my loved one.

Recently I was looking for a retirement center for my mother who is moving from Arkansas back to Rapid City. I met with [name removed] at Holiday Hills Estates and she gave me a tour of the facilities. It looked like the perfect place for my mother. It has all of the amenities she would need on site. The dining room was very nice and I think my mother will like it there. Working with [name removed] was a very pleasant experience and she explained everything very well. I think my mother will enjoy living at Holiday Hills Estates.

So far it has been a good experience at Pueblo Regent. The activities director has been great, they have a ton of activities provided, they have something for everyone. The staff have been amazing. The food is fine, but they do receive the food from Cisco so they prepare all of the food so the meals can be bland. I would say that 70% of residents here are women and 30% men. All of my neighbors are friendly. I would recommend to others looking, I have nothing bad to say about them.

Our family was able to have an in person tour, and the facility itself was fine and the tour was fine, but there was such limited outdoors space so there was not much to do and did not really appeal to us.

We chose Sunrise of Mill Basin because of the value for the money as well as location. The room sizes at the facility are nice. It is a pleasant atmosphere with pleasant people. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Took my mother to tour facility and our visit was terrific from start to finish. The exterior of building and the grounds are tidy and well kept so our first impressions were great. Meaghan was waiting for us at front door, greeted us by name, and was very welcoming and friendly. After our tour mom remarked how clean everything looked and that the overall atmosphere felt comfortable to her. We were even offered freshly baked lemon bars while reviewing the contract details! Meaghan is happy and has a super fun personality which seems to permeate through to other staff. Mom is looking forward to living at Holiday Hills!

We had a really good tour with Sunrise of Westlake Village. The reason we did not go with this facility was just because it seemed a little tighter than the other facility we looked at.

Wonderful staff, very caring, they did an excellent job taking care of my mom. She loved the staff, activities and food. Building kept up and clean! Very positive experience would highly recommend

Sunrise of Westlake Village was wonderful to work with. They made everything very easy. They were helpful and explained everything thoroughly and really did their best to make it a good experience and highlight the positives. I would recommend them to others.
