Speaking with our loved one they says the meals are great, and we believe the rooms they provide for the residents are excellent. However we have not been able to see our loved ones room due to the covid restrictions.

I would recommend the community to others. My mom enjoyed the community during her stay. The staff was caring, kind and provided great service.

My Mom has been a resident of the Bedford Court Independent Living Community since 2015. Her time there has been positive in every respect. Recently, we have considered decisions to move her to Assisted Living at Bedford Court. The Bedford Court staff have been extremely helpful in working with us as we contemplate this important decision. Our entire experience at Bedford Court has been outstanding.

I moved to Bedford Court Independent Living to be safe and secure. I have a balance issue that causes possible falls and needed to be in a community that has emergency call systems. Security is very prompt when I push my pendant. I feel extremely safe and secure. I enjoy the beauty of the grounds and the maintenance free living where I do not have to fix anything or hire anyone to come in. I love that I can go out to programs and activities and see friends but still have the privacy of my own apartment. Living at Bedford Court I was fortunate enough to get the COVID-19 vaccine just by living at the community. During this pandemic, the community has made sure we have food delivered. We followed all recommendation so CDC and have remained for the most part COVID free. The residents are friendly. As far as the team, the friendliness is apparent from the top to the bottom - great staff!

We chose Sunrise of Madison mostly because they had availability during covid when we needed it. After touring the facility virtually, it seemed like it was going to be a good fit. It looked more like a retirement place and not institutional. His room is more than adequate for his needs. They do allow pets so that was a a big selling point to us. The staff here are very friendly and responsive to needs. Overall, we are very satisfied with our choice.

We chose Sunrise at Gardner Park because the memory care unit was small, they only have 20 or so residents so we thought she would get better care. The staff have been great about communication especially since we cannot go in. Overall, we feel very comfortable that she is here and we are very happy with our experience.

She had a great experience at Sunrise and really enjoyed it here. It is a beautiful facility, they have big public areas for the residents where they can get together and talk. The food was excellent, the care was great, and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. The only reason our loved one had to move is because they do not accept medicaid here. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We were very happy with our experience with Sunrise of Plainview. The staff was very kind and they took great care of my mother, she was in the memory care unit. She told me many times she was pleased with the care and how kind they were to her. She loved her room, it overlooked a lot of trees. They were great with communication and always kept me updated. I do feel like we got what we paid for with this facility, she was clean, happy, and never had any complaints. I would recommend to others looking.

My parents have experienced all levels (Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing) of care at Bedford Court and my family and I have always been both grateful and impressed by the staff dedication and skill at providing excellent/reassuring care. It has been especially impressive how well Bedford Court has dealt with the pandemic and all of the associated complexities. I feel confident knowing that my parents are and have been well cared for, especially under such difficult circumstances. The staff (from sales, reception, maintenance, dining service, recreation/activities, volunteer office, rehab, nursing/medical, and administration) are extremely competent, caring and helpful. The communication is exceptional and it seems like the employees are quite happy. There also seems to be unusually low turnover of staff, which signals a solid organization and community. I wholeheartedly recommend Bedford Court to prospective residents and their families.

Overall very pleased with Bedford Court. I think, when pandemic is under control, that my Mom will delight in going to the dining room & participating in activities. In every instance, my Mom was treated with consideration and respect. It made a tough transition from home to a new life easier. [name removed] was exceptionally helpful. Thank you all for taking such good care of my Mom.

Overall we are satisfied with the facility and the services offered. My aunt began as a resident of independent living 18 months ago, and was very happy. She became ill and was in the hospital and was unable to return to independent living. The transfer process to assisted living was very easy and smooth. Since being in assisted living, COVID restrictions began and the family is unable to visit. However, we feel at ease that she is comfortable and well taken care of, as the staff has maintained communication with us regarding her care.

The moment I entered Bedford Court for my first visit I new it was the perfect place for my mother. I visited numerous other communities as well but none gave me the feeling or peace of mind that my mother would be in good hands. My mother has been there over two years now and has enjoyed her time there. I am continuously reminded that we made the right decision.

I love this place and my kids love this place. I think we have the best team of workers that Sunrise has. Everyone of them are so kind & gentle to all of us. Bedford Court has the best Executive Director that Sunrise could have, I just love her & I’ve written to her many times and told her that. We have a great group of residents who come from almost every state across America & all different nationalities & it is all love among us.

I live in California and my parents are residents of Bedford Court. They moved in just months before things shut down with COVID. The staff has been incredibly kind and supportive to them and to me during this wildly chaotic and stressful time. I highly recommend this community.

In [date removed], it had become clear that Mom would not be able to stay in our family home, where she had been for over 65 years. After doing extensive research, we went over to Bedford Court to check it out. What a godsend! Mom is in her own apartment and VERY happy. The folks there take good care of her. She is even scheduled to get her COVID vaccination tomorrow. She receives two meals a day, has her apartment cleaned and linens changed once a week, and the maintenance crew is top notch. The administrative staff is attentive to the needs of the residents and readily available. Mom has even made new friends. She just turned 100 years old earlier this month, and the staff helped us coordinate a 75 person ZOOM Birthday Celebration. We couldn't be happier!

It is an amazing place, the kindness and caring of the staff members is unbelievable. They treated our loved one like she was apart of their family. This is just an fantastic place.

We are allowed to visit but at the moment it is only window visits. So far the staff members have been fantastic and they have been extremely good about getting in touch with us constantly with updated on our loved one. Also, from our understanding they have not had any covid cases.

The admin works with you and they can be flexible. The community was safe and they gave me peace of mind. The staff was exceptionally good and they took good care of me. I would recommend this community to others.

If you want your loved one in a family, this is the place. After all of the covid-19 situation, I couldn't imagine my mom in a better place. She is treated like family, and they treat me like family also. Care is just wonderful, especially with her declining memory. There is always help from someone, no matter how small the gesture.
