Sunrise Senior Living

My mom had been at Sunrise of Crestwood for a little over 3 years, the most recent ones being in the Memory community. She enjoyed the company of fellow residents, engaging activities, caring and attentive staff, and feeling safe and secure. From the reception staff in the lobby, to the administrators and directors, food and cleaning service people, to the hands-on day to day caregiving professionals, I knew that mom was well cared for and her needs were met. I would recommend, and I have recommended, mom's "home" to others. As a daughter, I appreciate the opportunities to connect with others who have also made the hard decision to place a loved one away from familiar surroundings. It's all very comforting. Thanks to all for providing a caring environment for mom, and peace of mind for families, too.

Our family had an in person tour and everything at Sunrise seemed fine but the rooms were just way to small

Sunrise of Sheepshead was the first place I looked and the intake manager and tour I was very impressed with. I had no complaints about anything that I saw or was told about. My mom is in memory care, the manger in memory care is exceptional, she works with me, talks with me, and reassures me. She always returns my phone calls as soon as possible. We would highly recommend them to others looking.

I was able to see the studio room, dining room, lounges and activity rooms. Take home flyers regarding menu items, snacks, schedule of activities, grooming costs, and transportation info. All my questions were answered and Respite rates written out for me. The staff I met were helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained.

We had a great tour experience with Sunrise of Sheepshead. The facility is beautiful, we just preferred the setting of another [community name removed] facility a little bit more.

I would tell others that they are unique in that they have a little green space in addition to nice views of the pier. The facility has a nostalgic look to it and we really like that. It attracts a lot of birds, so anyone who is a bird watcher like my father will really enjoy the relaxing setting. I would recommend them to other families.

This was a nice community. It was a little more expensive. There was just another community that worked better for my loved one.

This community was sufficient and equal but the set up and the staff of another community caught my attention more.

We are very happy our Mom is at Sunrise of Dix Hills. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Scott the maintenance director had shown us several room choices and we selected one of the rooms he initially showed us and couldn't be more pleased. It is clean and spacious. [name removed] - the sales rep - was very kind and patient as well. Mom is engaged in so many daily activities and she instantly made new friends! We have no regrets!

This is a clean and safe community that my loved one feels safe and well cared for. The community has been friendly, and helpful to assist in getting my loved one transitioned into the community. The staff have been good to work with during this time.

My dad seems to be thriving and [name removed] and her team are fantastic! They are genuinely kind and patient. I am so thankful. It is such a relief to see that my dad is being well cared for.

My mother has been at Sunrise of Webster Groves on 2 occasions for respite stays while I had to be out of town. They have treated her very well and taken great care of her. She likes going there and has made friends that she she still talks to. Other residents seem happy. The place is very clean and well kept. My mom gains a little weight while she is there because she eats all the time - dining, activities and snacks from the Bistro. The staff are caring and we appreciate that and all they do for my mom. I would highly recommend this facility.

Sunrise of Webster Groves is a beautiful facility. The gal who walked us around was so friendly and wonderful. When we were walking down the hallways all of the residents were saying hi. The staff also knew the residents by name which we loved. We liked the facility a lot, they even had a couple of dogs roaming around. It felt very homey.

If you have a loved one that needs care, please send them to Sunrise of North Wales. The staff are caring, and willing to give information to the resident's responsible party. The food has been very good for the residents.

The manager is superb and really cares about the staff, and resident's along with their families. This creates a wonderful experience. If my other loved ones needed assisted living this would be the place I would put them, as we had such a good experience.

This was a beautiful community but I did not see the interaction with the residents that I was looking for. Beautiful tour but not many residents together or any interactions. There was just another community that I felt my loved one fit in better at.

I toured the facility and was so impressed with the staff and the level of attention that they pay to their community members. My mother suffers from dementia and I really struggled with the decision for assisted living. After speaking with the sales associate and seeing for myself the level of care that my mother will benefit from, I know I made the right choice wit Sunrise of Marlboro

I would recommend the community, this is the second loved one we have had in the community. This felt warm and inviting as soon as I walked in. This is a place I would want to stay. The food is good, it seems like the same items are served over and over again to my loved one. The staff pay attention to the resident's and share stories with the family about their loved ones.

I recently had to make a difficult decision regarding the placement and care of my mother who is 94 years old. Although in good health she suffers from dementia. I looked at a number of places, but I was truly impressed with Sunrise of Marlboro. The facility was also recommend to me by a friend who had a loved one there. He mentioned that the staff was super friendly and really took care of his mother. Once I visited and spoke with [name removed], the sales coordinator, I realized that my search was over. Everyone there is helpful friendly and really supportive and understanding of the emotional decision that had to be made. Everyone there made me feel comfortable in knowing that my mom will be well taken care of. Thank you to all the caring people at Sunrise!

This is a great place and you should send your loved one here. The people were friendly and helpful during the stay. Our experience was a short stay, and during this time my loved one's last days were great.
