Sunrise Senior Living

The tour was fine. This Sunrise looked just like the one we chose in a different state, to be closer to a particular family member who lived there.

Sunrise of Westtown does not feel like a nursing home, it reminds us of a mansion with a really nice homey feel to it. We really like their philosophy and that they treat the residents with dignity. Their top priority is to treat the residents with genuine care and you can tell its not a slogan but that they live by the philosophy.

The staff are adequate, friendly and really try their best to be helpful at all times.

They are always friendly to me at this community. My loved one is very happy at this community. the community is very warm and friendly. They seem to really care about each other at this community and this is really working out for my loved one. There is a sense of belonging and it makes a big difference, they are all excited to see each other and this makes my loved one feel really loved.

Our experience with Sunrise at Holladay has been great. My dad absolutely loves the food and he also loves the staff members. He is really enjoying his stay here and we would highly recommend the facility to others.

I really like this community and the location to the hospital. They have activities like bingo, someone out there playing music and my loved one likes this. My loved one also likes the afternoon snack time. He gets his hair done here and is able to take care of himself. The staff have been very good at this community with us and my loved one. I have a comfort level that he is being taken care of.

This was a fabulous community but my loved one is very quiet and would not have used all of the benefits that they had. And for the higher cost with more to do it wasn't worth it due to him not using it. This community would have been to overwhelming.

I would recommend Sunrise of Northville to those in need. you should make this community one of your top options.

The staff is friendly, the cost is good.

My parents have had a very good experience. I visit a lot and everything always looks very clean, they clean the residents rooms once a week as well. They seem they are getting a lot of attention and are well cared for. The staff have been very kind, caring, and patient. I have not had a chance to eat with them due to covid restrictions but they say that the food is great. I looked at other facilities and Sunrise definitely had the best value for the money especially for what they use. There seems to be very low turnover of staff which is great. My friend had her mom in here for 8 years and she had the same caregiver practically the whole time. Another plus is everyone is vaccinated. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

My loved one had been at another community and Sunrise is better and less expensive than the previous community. They are very organized here. The staff are willing to assist whatever the residents needs are. Everyone is helpful. The food is good for my loved one. Exercise, bingo, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from. The staff have been good about getting my loved one engaged in activities.

Would recommend but state any concerns you have. Whenever I visit, I never see anyone. My Mother is not within reach of her phone, we have asked numerous times to make sure her phone is beside her so she can receive phone calls. She is bed bound and that is her only way of communicating with loved ones when she is not able to get to her phone due. Her phone keeps being moved and I have to keep on the staff to make sure she has it within reach. Outside of that, everyone there is wonderful. The person that does activities is wonderful.

This was the very first pace we toured. I liked it for independent living and would have loved for my mom to be there. But she was adamant she would not leave her house.

We had short use of their services, but everyone was very hopeful and competent in what they did. What really put us at ease was talking with [name removed], the head of their reminiscence care. She did a great job at communicating an understanding of working with someone who has dementia or Alzheimer's and how to care for that individual. That really solidified our choice for us, and we felt very at ease in moving in our mom.

This is a great place to have someone you loved one compared to other communities in the area. It is a nice building, they are clean, and they are good at communicating. The food is good for my loved one. My loved one is enjoying the community and feels happy here.

Overall we have had a wonderful experience, this community so far has been top notch. We are very impressed with the staff and the overall care they not only show our loved one but the other residents. The staff really mold themselves and cater to the residents, instead of the residents conforming to the community and changing their ways. Our mother is very happy with the meals, and given all the circumstance's and restrictions with covid - they have done very well for themselves. The activities are what what our loved ones needs, they give the right amount of encouragement without being to pushy, they are at the right pace and still give her the sense of independence. We are just very happy with Sunrise and it really does feel like a home away from home.

everyone at Highland seems to be very friendly and helpful. they've allowed my dog to move in with me; they offer self sufficient accommodations for my dog to go outside in a safe environment without a leash. I do think it's expensive, but the benefits and amenities offered are tremendous. I have not found anything wrong with this community so far and have already shared my experience with others. I'm excited to be moving in soon!

The meals and dining service is wonderful, the meals are excellent. We like the way the rooms are set up, they do not feel like your in a nursing home or an assisted living home. The rooms feel more like cozy apartments, and based on our experience so far we would recommend the Brighton Gardens community to others

I highly recommend this community for you or your loved one. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents busy and occupied. They have activities like singing, karaoke, puzzles, and more for the residents to do. They provide very good care for the residents as needed in the memory care department.
