If you can afford it do it. There is a lot of extra costs. I was not prepared for the additional costs. We were quoted rent, not housekeeping, meals, pill management. They charge extra for everything.

we toured this community and thought it was really good. it just wasn't a good fit for our loved one as it was too far away.

I totally recommend this community for you or your loved ones. They have activities like music, bingo and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community. The staff are all wonderful and great with us.

This was a wonderful community. It was just too far away for us to be able to see our loved one as often as we wanted to. This appeared to be an excellent community from what all we seen at the tour.

I would recommend the community to others. The atmosphere is good and the décor is beautiful. The staff are friendly. My loved one was happy here. The staff were good to work with, if the family had questions or concerns over our loved one.

Sunrise was actually our first choice. The facility is smaller and very nice. The staff we had interactions with were super friendly. They also had spa baths which is something we were looking for

Our family had an in person our and it was great, the only think that knocked them our of the running was the price. Other communities were all inclusive and this was more al la carte and we were worried about being nickel and dimed. However the staff we met with were wonderful and very informative.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice tour but the location was just to far away.

I would tell others that Brighton Gardens have been accommodating, helpful, and made it an easy transition into the community for my loved one. There is a calendar of activities available for the residents to choose from to participate in. There have been a couple of lockdowns due to the pandemic. My loved one seems to enjoy the food. During the lockdown the community delivered the food to the resident's rooms.

I really liked Brighton Gardens of Raleigh. It was bright and clean, and there were lots of people out and about during the day. It was just more care than our loved one was needing.

Sunrise of Frisco looked like a very nice place, but it was too much for my mom. The tour was great and they had a lot to offer. They even have a little bistro where residents can go eat. I think it would be a great fit for a younger crowd, but my mom would not have taken advantage of all that they had to offer.

The staff members here are so friendly and helpful. When we speak to our loved one she does not complain about the food or being left hungry ever so we assume the meals being served are great. We appreciate how they encourage our loved one to get our of her room, they send us pictures a few times a week with different things she is getting involved with. The value for cost is worth it, we know our loved one is being well taken care of.

They are very friendly at this community. My family member that is living here thinks that this community is excellent. They have activities like painting and more for the residents to do to stay busy. The staff are very friendly and very personable. They are very welcoming at this community.

I toured Sunrise of Raleigh and saw the residents engaged in activities, which I liked a lot. It just boiled down to finances, as I found a less expensive room at another community.

I like the facility, my mom is happy here. Her mental and physical well being/abilities have improved since living here. There was an issue with cleanliness (in her bathroom specifically) that I had to bring to their attention. As far as I can see, it has gotten better. There were also difficulties with reaching the person in charge of finances. They failed to mention important information regarding the fee associated with using a credit card as my method of payment. I had to dispute some small mistakes on the bill. Those issues have been resolved and I would still recommend this community to others!

Our family had a virtual tour, it was rally good they were very helpful in answering all of our questions and they even gave us suggestions for other communities we were looking at.

This was the best option out of all the communities I toured, there was practically no competition. My mom was introverted, but the staff did their best with engaging her in activities. She really enjoyed the food and grew to love it here. The value for the cost was well worth the care your loved one is provided with in return. The residents were are lively and occupied; they weren't just sat in front of a TV all day. The floor plan was very spacious and open. The staff is incredible and took great care of my mom; I would definitely recommend this community to others who are looking.

I would highly recommend Brighton Gardens of St. Charles. The staff is very nice, they were always there and willing to answer all of our questions. They also helped with a lot of stuff that came up. Overall I am very pleased with this community.

Our tour at Brighton Gardens was very good. I thought it was a very nice facility. And they were very thorough in explaining all the options that were available for different levels of care.
