The experience we have had so far as been exceptional. Every time we come to visit the community is always clean, tidy, well kept and organized. It has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere to it. The staff members are very helpful and professional as well as kind and supportive.

This community was my other top choice. It was very homey and a type of environment my loved one would have liked. The staff were also super friendly.

We chose Sunrise of Canyon Crest because we liked the idea of having the cottages and having a dining hall in each cottage. Right before my dad passed, each one of the staff came in and gave us hugs and were just amazing, I cannot say enough good about them. I would highly recommend the facility to others looking.

They do what they say are they are going to do in the beginning and follow through with all of their promises made. When you have a lot of needs and are trying to assure your loved one has the best of care, Brighton Gardens has proven that everything we asked for will and has been done. Mom was disengaged with life before, and she has become engaged and involved in life since she has been here. I would definitely recommend to others looking, it has worked very well for us.

I can't recommend Brighton Gardens enough. They allowed my grandfather to live his last year of life with dignity & unmatched care. He was loved, doted on, & every time I went to visit he was content & clearly well cared-for. His room was neat, clean, & he always had what he needed. The facility is beautiful, bright, & felt like a home- never a hospital. They keep their residents busy with activities daily & make sure to get to know them and their interests upon moving in. Grandpa was a big Cubs fan & they made sure to put the games on for him during the season. End of life care is an almost impossible decision to make, & I cannot thank you folks enough for what you did for my grandfather & to ease our minds when we couldn't be there. Even during a pandemic, you made it work & never once had us feel like a burden for checking in on him. It is SO hard to find folks in human services that have genuine passion and dedication but yours has been as clear as glass since day one. THANK YOU.

Its hard. They try!!

We've had a few issues here or there, but everything has always been straightened out once we brought it to their attention, including an issue with the room and a financial/billing issue. We really like the size of the community. It's a little smaller than some of the places that we looked at, so there aren't long hallways that you can get lost in. I think they provide all the care that we need for our loved one. All of the receptionists, and one in particular, are so nice when we walk in. We feel like they are responsible with Covid issues. They require mask wearing and hand washing, and they do contact tracing. So we're comfortable with that. They offer a lot of activities, although our loved one has not been able to participate in much. But we've been pleased overall.

I appreciate that they are able to keep staff in the building. The last community my loved one was in a place that was low staff so it was very unsafe. They keep the community very clean and it is just a nice community overall. The meals are great also.

Our family had an in person tour and the only reason we did not choose it was because our loved ones care was just going to be to high of a level, but the tour and the people we met with were very nice.

I felt that this community was wonderful for my husband but for people who are more medically involved and not for more independent living. This was a lovely place just not the right place for my sister.

The experience was wonderful we got lucky we picked them, the place is beautiful and very quite. The amenities seemed great, all the residents were kept very busy. The day members weer excellent, however after she moved one she went to hospice care immediately. The room our loved one was in was horrible, but they did make it up in price.

This community was fine but it was brand new and no one else was there so I did not want my loved one to be alone. The tour was great but it was just not the environment that we were looking for.

They are extremely kind and efficient. They are more than I even expected. Staff know everyone by name and they really truly care about their residents. The memory care unit is very well run and I would highly recommend them.

We chose Sunrise at River Road because after looking through several, Sunrise immediately strikes you as a warm caring and friendly place. The men and women who talked to my father were genuinely sincere. The food is great and they are chef prepared meals, they have a variety of choices that changes every day. I would recommend them to others looking.

We chose Sunrise of Summit because it was a brand new facility and it is in a location where she grew up her whole life. The staff are very kind and courteous. We are pleased with our experience and would recommend to others looking.

This is the perfect place for your loved one. The level of care, the food, the people are all highlights that make this the perfect place. Sunrise is decorated to look like a home. There are different living rooms for the residents to use. The dining room looks like a family's dining room. It allows the residents feel like they are in their own home and not in a community. The staff are great with the residents. Sunrise knows the psychology of elder care to assist with the transition of your loved one into the community.

My mom is very content at Sunrise of Frederick and says it feels like family. The staff are willing to listen to everybody and really helped us with the whole move in process. Staff are very accommodating, when I pick her up to go to appointments they always have her ready to go. They are great with communication as well and always call with any questions or concerns. The facility is pet friendly and she has had no problems at all having her cat here and it makes it feel more home like, her cat gets as much attention as she does! We would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Everyone is extremely friendly and the community is very clean. The staff are very exceptional. I feel like we have gotten a really good deal for what we have here. The rooms are a good size and there is a lot to do. There is a lot to participate in and it has been a very good experience for us.

Brighton Gardens is a great place, they gave an amazing tour. We are actually working with them right now to try and get my friend in here and they have been very accommodating.,
