Sunrise Senior Living

We had a good tour experience with Sunrise at Fountain Square but the apartments were super small and more expensive than other places we saw that had larger apartments.

We chose Sunrise of Gurnee because it was the most convenient and plus the facility is very nice. It is not super big and the atmosphere seemed much more homey. It fit what we were looking for perfectly. The staff really stick out, they are super friendly and helpful and they have been great with communication .Their care and concern towards my loved one has been amazing.

This has been a good experience for my loved one. I feel my loved one has improved since being at Brighton Gardens. The staff have been very helpful with any questions or concerns that have come up. My loved one seems to enjoy the food and is at a healthy weight while being at the community. Some of the activities available include, exercise, dancing, word games, Wii bowling, field trips, and more for the residents to choose from.

Have my father in Sunrise of Troy "Road to Home program". I was not sure what to expect but Sunrise delivered on their promises of the level of care for my father. What has really stood out to me are the people who work at Sunrise of Troy. They really do care about the people they are taking care of. Everyone participates in his care from caregivers, aids, nurses, food preparer, and all of upper management on a daily basis. Are they perfect no, but do they do an excellent job, YES! I highly recommend Sunrise of Troy, they are a well run organization, all working together to provide family care for my father.

They took good care of my loved one. They were like family. We felt very comfortable and confident about it. The food could have had more variety. The kitchen did accommodated her and any meal concerns. The dining experience was excellent. The activities were slow to start as they transitioned a new director in when we moved in. Our loved one was not involved in those activities but we seen lots of other residents involved in them throughout our visits.

A friend with Alzheimer's recently moved into Sunrise of Rocklin and I couldn't be happier with the care and support Sunrise has given both to me and my friend. Moving loved ones, especially with cognitive impairment, is SO difficult, but Sunrise was with so helpful every step of the transition. My friend and new Sunrise resident is very happy with her new apartment, loves the dining choices (the food IS great) and especially likes the support staff, saying "everyone is so friendly!" We couldn't be happier and I finally have peace of mind that she will be in a safe and healthy place.

I would recommend Sunrise of Gardner Park, it's a good place. the staff are very attentive, especially since mom has dementia, so it's not always easy. I especially like the way they take care of their residents. they seem to be very compassionate.

We chose Sunrise of Dix Hills for my mother and we absolutely love it. We have been so happy with everything so far. The people are all amazing and it has been a very positive experience.

The workers really stood out to us, just from the tour we saw them all interacting with the residents, you could tell they actually liked coming to work and seeing their residents. We do like the smaller scale of the community it worked out really well for our loved one given their dementia state, and even after his passing the staff were still there for our family and just super friendly. They tried their best given the covid limitations to keep the residents active and busy. It is a very good value for the money.

The community was good at assisting my loved one in eating meals. Everyone here is very, very helpful. This was worth the money knowing my loved one was cared for. The staff were good to work with with questions or concerns about my loved one. They did seem a little short staffed during my loved one's stay.

our experience with Sunrise of Sterling Canyon has been wonderful. they're really good at communicating with the family if there is an issue. they also make sure to provide updates, especially on all things medical.

My loved one was in during the pandemic. It is a smaller and more intimate community. This is a wonderful community as well. It is open, airy, and bright. It gives you a good feeling leaving your loved one here. They are friendly and caring. The billing is done by a third party, and the community is trying to assist the family with the issues with the billing after my loved one was at the community.

Love this place everyone here at Brighton Gardens are so nice, it's always warm and welcoming. I enjoy seeing everyone so happy with big smiles :) Great energy!!

Everyone was friendly and nice at Brighton Gardens of Winston-Salem. The quality of the food was good. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents. Some of the activities included jewelry making, games, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from.

Sunrise is a very good community. It is safe, in a good location. It is a good value considering it is located in Arlington. It is way more affordable than DC by far. The activities offer a variety of things to choose from such as: cooking club, virtual bike club, and they do community walks. The meal options offer 2-3 choices each meal. The care team really does make sure they make sure the residents feel welcome. They do this shadow box tailored to the residents history and personality.

You truly made our loved ones decision on moving into an assisted living from her beloved home of 18 years easy and also made my job as a first time power of attorney/best friend of her's very easy. We are so happy with the community and care our loved one has been receiving. Thanks again for all your help.

They've been fantastic. Given the circumstances my Mom is in, they have provided the absolute best care possible for her. They've really assisted in helping her get to a place where she may be able to have some independence. We feel that in a nursing home, she might not have have had that opportunity. So this has actually been very helpful and good for her. They've been incredibly patient and kind, and so helpful in the ever-changing situation my Mom is in.

We really liked this community. It was a really good tour, they were very accommodating and showed us everything it was a super tour.

They are very caring. They communicate very well with family. They do respond when ever family has questions. They work very hard to meet the residents needs. They offer a lot of activities. The meal times come with a few options. There are other meal options other than the main dish as a backup if you do not like the main meal. The kitchen staff are very helpful and let my loved one clear off his table (because he wants to be able to do so). They are really good staff there.
