I had the opportunity to work for the same company as your Executive Director, [name removed]. He is an asset to any organization. I have also been fortunate enough to work with both [name removed]and[name removed] They are consummate professionals. I would trust this team with my own Mother.

Sunrise of East Setauket provides outstanding personal care for my mother, who resides in their memory unit. The staff to resident ratio here is very good, allowing a high level of personal interaction and excellent familiarity her needs. They supervise hygiene, medication and weekly observation of her health condition, more so than your typical assisted living facility, placing this unit midway in the continuum between a nursing home and an assisted living program. The residents spend most of their waking hours in a community room where group activities and dining occur. These social interactions are a very effective approach to maintaining the overall health of the residents; I have seen how my mother enjoys and benefits from their social program. Their Activity Director leads songs, bakes food and brings enthusiasm and a big smile into their world 5 days a week: She is simply amazing. In sum, I feel good about my Mom’s placement here and strongly recommend Sunrise of East Setauket.

They are extremely friendly and supportive at this community. There is a lot of activities to do if you want to do it and participate. They also provide a lot of services for the community and residents.

We liked Sunrise of New City a lot. They were very helpful during our selection process. It is pricey, but it looks like you get what you pay for here.

We chose Sunrise because I was looking around and I heard from other people that Sunrise was a very good, clean, and caring facility. My uncle was here for 2 years and had a good experience with them. The room sizes here are really good. All of the staff are very friendly. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

If I could give a 10 for the meals and dinning I would. One of the best places that you can find for the best value around. The staff go above and beyond with all request for my loved one. They are supper.

We have had four elderly parents who lived at Sunrise Naperville and the care they experienced has always been very good. We feel we can trust our very precious family to the caregivers at Sunrise. We have one parent still living at Sunrise and he is cared for with friendliness and compassion.

I think families should visit often. Everything has been fine for our family. It's a small facility, and the patients don't have a lot of room to move around. So they end up spending a lot of time in their rooms. They do offer activities, but it seems like they should have more games and things for people to do. I wish they had a bigger common space to accommodate more activities and things like that. The staff are great. They're friendly and courteous, and they respond very quickly if you need something done. If you call and say you're going to come pick up your loved one for an appointment or you're stopping by for lunch, they always have your person ready to go or have things set up so you can all be together.

I found the place to be immaculate during my husband's short stay there. He was combative and not cooperative in allowing them to care for him, which was no fault of Brighton Gardens'. They asked us to move him to a different facility, so we did. I had no problem with them, but they weren't able to care for him up to their standards due to his combativeness. If I personally need to go to assisted living, Brighton Gardens is where I would like to go.

I toured on my own with Sunrise of Cinco Ranch and really liked the facility as well as their philosophy. We are going to keep it in mind in case our loved one needs more care in the future.

I thought it was a lovely facility. And they took very good care of my loved one. I in no way shape or form had any complaints about anything that was done. They really did well all the way around for our family. They were caring and kind and kept me informed.

Our loved one has only been at Sunrise for about a month now and it has been a night and day experience. Our loved one is always clean and clean shaved. He has put on the weight he lost at the previous community, and the aid who takes care of him is amazing. They have such a great rapport and he is always smiling. Every time we come to visit everyone is well dressed and smiling, it has an uplifting atmosphere to it.

The community is straight forward and easy to deal with. The whole process was very easy. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our tour at Sunrise of East Meadow was very good. I thought the people there very nice. There wasn't anything I didn't like at Sunrise, but we picked another community where I had an amazing connection and comfort with the executive director and staff, which really impressed me.

We chose Sunrise of Westtown because it seemed like it was going to be the best fit for what her needs and the location is great. The staff here are all so caring and they really do the best that they can, she has improved a lot since being here. If I ever have any questions or concerns they address those. I would recommend to others looking.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and Sunrise is a very nice facility. The residents were able to have pets which we think is a fantastic thing, we think every place should allow pets as it can be a benefit for the elderly.
