I recently had the privilege of visiting Sunrise of Beverly Hills, and I am compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with an atmosphere of warmth, compassion, and genuine care that set this facility apart. The staff are the true heart of the community. Their dedication to providing personalized, attentive care is evident in every interaction. They not only meet the residents' physical needs but also take the time to forge meaningful connections, treating each individual with the respect and dignity they deserve. One standout feature is their commitment to creating a vibrant and engaging environment. The facility offers a diverse range of activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities. Whether it's art classes, group outings, or wellness programs, there is always something enriching happening. Additionally, the facility is well-maintained, and the support staff is readily available to assist.

The reason we gave the overall value for cost a 4 is because it is a bit of a shock when you have the experience for the very first time. However, our family really likes the fact that the Sunrise of Plymouth Beach is a safe and secure community. We would absolutely, recommend them to other families. They have very caring staff members and also a few people that I know because I taught them in school so it made it a little extra special.

Staff is friendly and competent. Facility is very nice. Location is convenient. The pricing structure for care and medication administration levels are somewhat broad and escalate fast. In order to ensure care plan is being followed I would recommend frequent check-ins by family.I would also add that if the facility is managing a resident's medication, they are required to use the Sunrise affiliated pharmacy or else they are subject to the highest care level pricing. This causes additional co-pays beyond Medicare.

If you have to be by yourself Sunrise is the best place to be at. Staff does everything for you. You don't have to worrk about anything.

The medical team and care team go above and beyond and do whatever they can to support the residents. Very quiet and comfortable place. They communication was outstanding.

Mu mother moved in not wanting to ever move out of her home for years. She had fall and was forced to make a transition. The staff was caring and compassionate. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My 99-year-old mom wanted to age in place at home, but it reached a point where she needed something more. She moved to Sunrise in Nov. 2022 and lived there briefly – first in assisted living then reminiscence — until she passed in July. The staff from top to bottom could not have been more accommodating, caring, and empathetic. They became an extended family. Upon visiting, they always found time to discuss my mom's care or address any issues with compassion and professionalism. As her memory began to betray her, she was often melancholy. Yet staff kept her engaged — bringing her to the main room to interact with other residents, participating in activities, or escorting her for a walk around the garden. They never gave up her! I wasn't able to be there in time when she passed peacefully in her room. However, a member of the staff was there with her, holding her hand to the end. There are not enough stars here to rate that level of dignity and compassion. Thank you!

What we really like the most about the Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit is the staff. The staff members were very easy to work with, and the community offered everything we could of asked for and more. We would recommend this community to others

Finding an assisted living community for your loved one can be hard. You want what is best for them, but so many communities want what is best for their bottom line. Sunrise of Frisco sees your loved one as a human being first and a resident second. My mom has lived there for 7 months now. They care for her from their heart, while also showing the utmost professionalism and clinical competency. Bottom line: They have created a home for my mom. A home where she is happy and I am at peace knowing she is getting the best care possible.

Sunrise of Shelby Township is a beautiful and clean facility. The food was above average. Many of the employees and care givers work there based on their wonderful experience with a loved one who stayed at Sunrise of Shelby. The staff is friendly, caring, and very supportive to the individual needs of the resident. I would recommend Sunrise of Shelby Township to all who are looking for a great place for a loved one.

When my husband’s care got beyond my ability, I turned to Sunrise of Arlington. The staff made the paperwork and move in process as smooth as possible. The first month’s adjustment was very difficult for my husband as his dementia progressed, but the staff made sure appropriate care was available if needed. The caregivers on the memory floor are so supportive to both of us, always reminding me to be patient and take care of myself. I am very impressed with the training done for staff and the careful attention they pay to all aspects of care. The administrative staff keeps me informed with texts, calls, and meetings. The business office was very efficient in setting up insurance claims and billing. This is a very good place for much needed support at a difficult time for my family.

I was referred to Sunrise of Chandler by a place for mom when I had no idea where to start when searching for a place for my mom. I am so grateful that a place for mom gave me Sunrise Chandler information because it has been the biggest blessing this year. I am now able to sleep at night knowing that my mom is at the hands of these amazing individuals who actually care for my mom and her well being. They have delicious food as I join my mom for lunch about once a week. Fun activities is a bonus!! Ten stars!
