The staff at Sunrise of Scottsdale has been great for both the residents and the family. The staff works in the same areas, so they get to know the residents really well, and understand their individual needs. They work very closely with Hospice (Medicare) to give them a great living experience. The menu and food is excellent, my family really enjoys meal times, and family can join the residents anytime. The move in process was really great, they had a recommended moving company that did a great job getting everything there. The staff added shelving to the closets and were very receptive. The paperwork for the move in was extensive, but manageable. The housekeeping staff works around the resident's schedule, and do a great job keeping the areas clean, while still respecting privacy.

I loved that the community was so accommodating with my schedule so that I could tour on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and many of them stopped to talk as we walked around the building. I was able to sit down and have a meal. The food was delicious and they had a good variety of options on the menu. I would highly consider this community for my mom.

I have known many residents that have called Sunrise of Sandy home over the years. I enjoy my visits to the community. The care the residents receive is exceptional. If you or your loved one is in need of Assisted Living, Sunrise of Sandy is your place.

Sunrise of Staten Island is great. Staff is super friendly. I appreciate all their hard work. It's not easy taking care of seniors but they do a great job making sure my loved one has everything they need. Highly recommend.

Very welcoming community from the first introduction. Concierge, administration, nursing and Sales team. Very clean. Staff very caring. Communication is top notch. Activity coordinator wonderful. My mother is very happy and we know she is well taken care of.

How do I praise Sunrise. I praise the professionalism of every member of the Sunrise staff. Everyone was kind, outgoing, and pleasant. There was no "hard sell." The staff and the environment speak for itself. Their collective goal is serving the residents' needs in a caring, compassionate manner. I did not intend to immediately place my husband from the hospital to Reminiscence residence at Sunrise. I intended to continue with the in-home care he was receiving before he was hospitalized. I was so impressed with Sunrise and their assurance that my husband's best interest would be well served, I decided that day he move in upon release from the hospital. A remarkable change in my husband, has occurred. With in-home care, he was slipping away. At Sunrise, my husband is not listless. He is engaged and intellectually stimulated. His charming personality is back! Sunrise is expensive; however, the activities, care, and healthy meals he enjoys at Sunrise is priceless!

My mother was previously a resident at Sunrise of Sunnyvale and everything was great for her at this facility! It was a great experience. The facility is modern and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cleanliness was great. The care services, meals and value for cost were also great. I would highly recommend Sunrise of Sunnyvale to family and friends.

Sunrise is it beautifully well appointed community that provides comfort and attention to its residents on a daily basis. The dining experience of nutritious and delicious cuisine is an added bonus to the attention of resident details.

When I visited Sunrise of Fort Worth I witnessed the best customer service and compassion throughout the entire community. There were activities going on and it was a wonderful experience to see the staff and residents engaged with each other. If I could recommend an assisted living community I would definitely recommend this community to any family.

Wonderful place for any senior. Meeting the staff and signing my mom up for a apartment was easy. [name removed] , the manager, [name removed] was the 1st person I talked to. So many great names I met, it's hard to pull them up. The community is absolutely gorgeous inside. Many care levels in Sunrise of Orange but they do assessment to see where your love one needs to place on a certain level. Polite, extremely caring, helpful in all areas. It would be a must to check it out. I liked it, my kids were impressed. Mom lives there now. Special thanks to [names removed]. Whole staff is outstanding.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Yorba Linda and the experience at this facility has been great so far. The staff is excellent. The Executive Director is available and responsive. The facility has a bright and beautiful environment. The cleanliness and care services are great. The meals and activities are also great. I would highly recommend Sunrise of Yorba Linda to family and friends!

on my tour at Sunrise, I witness the compassion of the caregivers and nurses. That was a big plus for what I look for. [name removed] our sale rep did an outstanding job of understanding my mothers unique situation. He set us up in room close to nurse station

The staff at Sunrise of Naperville North is very friendly. They were quick to include our mom in activities upon our request. They communicate often with updates and/or concerns. The move in process was smooth and they were accommodating with move in carts. The dining room food choices are plentiful. We are always welcome to join mom for a meal too, for minimal cost. The Smile app is helpful to keep families connected as well.

I really enjoy the activities and the friendship of the people. I enjoy going to outings and different scenery with other people and learning about Arizona and the people here at sunrise. I like meeting new friends everyone her e at sunrise are kind .I enjoy the staff here they caring and very helpful.

First class Assisted Living home. They do a wonderful job baring for residents with dignity. Our mom is very happy there and her grandchildren are ecstatic knowing she's happy and well cared for!
