Very friendly, warm, thorough touring and truly intimate setting. Met several residents and they love being there. The memory care very personal and loved the two bedroom instead of hospital rooms like others I had toured. Loved the under parking and easy access. Did not feel like an institution, instead a home. I saw staff interact with residents and it warmed my heart.?I would certainly place a loved one here and I did! I knew from my first visit, the trust, integrity and love will continue to be extended to my love one.

Sunrise of Five Forks is one of the best communities that my family and I toured. It has a very inviting atmosphere, the residents are pleasant and the staff are so professional and kind. [name removed] [name removed] provided exceptional insight and support as we explored options for our mom. Kudos to the front desk personnel who gave us a warm welcome and great smiles! This community is certainly on the top of our list for providing outstanding health care services and making its residents feel comfortable and valued! We will definitely keep them in mind as we continue our journey.

The best part of Highland Trail is the staff!! They should be commended for their patience and friendly service every day! They are always willing to provide a helping hand or an ear to listen. They are constantly coming up with new and exciting new activities and events. [name removed] and her team are the best in Broomfield!

The overall experience with Sunrise of Lincroft has been great, and the cleanliness of the community is very good. The staff members there are very friendly. We are overall satisfied with the care services, those are good. When it comes to the meals, we are preparing most of her food as she likes it that way but they will feed her. [name removed] does not participate in the activities, but from what I have seen when we come to visit, they are good. The value for cost is great, it is the east expensive of the ones I visited and they even waived the intro fee

Have checked my husband into this place ,not knowing much, but hoping for a good result. Sunrise exceeded my expectations, by far. Mostly, the staff is sweet and caring, also the community of residents is fabulous. Thank you.

My mother has been living here for about 3 months. I can't say enough about the staff. To a person, they are kind caring and attentive. This applies to the care givers, cleaning staff, maintenance and management. Like most organizations today, staffing is an issue. Although sometimes short staffed, those that are there make the experience positive for the residents. Keeping the residents engaged and active is a critical aspect of senior living and Sunrise does this very effectively. Not only does the staff and management listen to concerns, they act very quickly and effectively to address any concerns. Lastly but certainly not least is safety. A wise use of technology compliments the staffing in keeping my mother and all residents safe and affords our family peace of mind.

I am in PT and OT. I have worked with the nurses and managers this place has friendly people. There residents look very happy and clean. My client is very happy.

This place is wonderful. I have had the chance to take a look around as well as meet the team. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is amazing.

This place has completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish the staff made guided me through a tough process and help me feel comfortable in my decision. The facility is clean and they staff is exceptional(from the nurse to admissions.) The line of communication is still strong even after my family member has been there for a few months . 10 out of 10

Very comfortable, I like it here. Food is good, ver clean and I like that very much. Staff is nice and I feel safe. I really like everyone here. I miss my husband and he’s at a different sunrise. I feel lonely but with the staff and activity coordinator here I’m fine.

I am very satisfied with the care my husband is receiving here at Sunrise of falls churches. I wish we had come here two years ago. I live here at falls church but I never had not ventured to visit. But it’s better late than never!

Everyone take good care of me, I feel safe. The staff support me while I’m healing from my surgery. There’s a good variety of activities. Food is delicious and well perform under different situation. Wish there is a swimming pool to do water walking and aerobics. Thinking about extending my stay here

If anyone is worried about Senior Living accommodations for their loved one - please don't. My 93 year old Sister has been here for a year and she loves it. She didn't want to leave her home but she has found a Family in all of the wonderful staff who are kind, caring and devoted in every way. Her medication is given promptly - every single meal is delicious - each room has it's own temperature setting - she is given showers - her laundry is done for her and her bed is made. There is a beauty salon - filled with fun and mind engaging activities throughout each and every day and no one is bored or lonely. Sunrise is clean - beautiful - and run by Diane as if her were her own home with her grandparents. There is a nursing staff are on the premises. You've come to the right place!

My mother has lived at Sunrise of Falls Church since Dec 2019 after having hip surgery and some mild cognitive impairment (short term memory loss) and not being able to care for herself independently any longer. In 2022, she had to have another hip replacement and was about to go back to Sunrise from Rehab but she got COVID and was hospitalized for about 10 days. No rehab would take her back bc of COVID. BUT Sunrise took her back and made it work -wearing protective gear and got her physical therapy there. The staff went out of their way to make sure my mom walked/exercised (which mom didn’t WANT to do) and now she walks better than ever (with her walker still). I have been impressed by the level of caring by the staff there and they are always responsive when I have called about a concern or need. I highly recommend this facility.

Staff is great. Food for improving. Engineering support coming along now that an engineer has been hired. Activities are very good and I have a wide variety to choose from. I highly recommend them anyone looking for assisted living.

My mother and I met with Sunrise staff at our house, and visited Sunrise a few times before she decided she wanted to move there for a trial period. That was five months ago. It looks like my mom will be staying at Sunrise for a long time. She’s very happy with her freedom, new friends and activities. My mom feels like she is of use and help to the people in her community, which makes her feel valued - a key for her happiness. I am grateful to the Sunrise staff for taking care of us and giving us the security we wanted around my mom’s community engagement and care.

We knew Sunrise was the perfect place for our mom with in 2 minutes of our visit. The staff is warm and friendly and very caring and the facility has a wonderful home feeling. We feel very connected because of the superior communication with the staff. We feel blessed to have our mom at Sunrise and she couldn’t be happier!

The food here is wonderful and I enjoy every meal single. Sometimes my family shares a meal with me, and they enjoy it too. The care givers are patient and caring. With my failing eyesight, I truly appreciate their care.

Highly recommend this community! Since I can not be home, this is the next best thing. I had my doubts and hesitation but they quickly went away the first week I moved here. The staff are very caring and attentive.

The staff at Sunrise of Chandler has been amazing to work with! The caregivers are kind and have no problem taking care of moms above average needs, the front staff is very communicative and knowledgeable, and even when mom calls me (she gets confused easily) someone's always there helping her out and I know she's safe and taken care of. I've had more free time and less stress for her wellbeing since moving my mom into sunrise and it's made not just moms life easier, but mine too. Thank you sunrise!
