What our family likes the most about the Brighton Gardens of West Orange community is the physical comfort and attractiveness of the community. We also like the care and attention provided by the staff members there. The fact that every residents has a private room and bathroom is great.

The Executive Director of Sunrise of Madison, [name removed], has risen the care, organization and staff to a very high level. She is helpful, kind, understanding and very professional. She has made our experience wonderful.

I went to Sunrise at North Lynbrook to visit my sister whom works there. I have not been in an assisted living since our grandma passed away years ago. This building was beautiful on the outside and had a home feel to the inside. Her residents were engaged at the activity going on in the living room area. Staff had a smile from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. They engaged me with a good morning or hello. I felt very welcomed the whole time. If our grandma was still alive, this would be the place for her. I am proud of my sister for what she does each and everyday for these seniors.

Toured the community and was impressed with how light , bright and open it was. Residents were painting and laughing and staff seemed happy. [name removed] who toured me was thorough and answered all my questions. I was very impressed.

It was excellent. First place we looked at and had all we needed. Close to family also. I would recommend to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sunrise of Shrewsbury and everything was great for him at this facility! It was a great experience. Every staff member from the front desk on was compassionate, caring and patient. They treated my loved one with kindness and respect. Honestly, they made a very bad situation beyond bearable. I would highly recommend Sunrise of Shrewsbury to everyone.

After big disappointments with two prior assisted living facilities, we found Sunrise. It offers more services for less $$. But, mainly we LOVE the amazing, positive, professional staff who always exceed our expectations. Plus, there are so many Sunrises in Denver...we found one 2.3 miles from our home! Now we are just a fun bike ride away from our wonderful mom.

When my dad fell, the family new we needed to find him a nice, safe place to live. We visited many residences, but Sunrise at Orange was by far the nicest and friendliest place. It was an easy decision and he was in 3 weeks later. The move-in was effortless and the staff was so helpful. He’s been there 2 weeks and has adapted so well to his new environment. He raves about the food and enjoys talking with the other residents. My family and I are so happy, because he’s so happy.

Our entire family is very happy with the care mom is receiving at Sunrise of North Lynbrook. Everyone who works there has a smile for you. There are daily activities to choose from, with a lot of variety. The staff has a tremendous amount of patience and the relationships they develop with the residents just exemplifies the level of caring. I definitely recommend.

From our first tour to our parent's first few months at Sunrise of Naperville, this location has impressed us with their quality of care and also the activities that they have available. There are many activities to participate in across many different interest areas, from pottery painting to exercise classes. The therapists work with the residents in the comfort of the facility. Look no further than Sunrise of Naperville. I would recommend this facility to others.

I was impressed from the initial visit and tour of Sunrise of North Hills. The staff throughout were responsive to our questions and provided insight as to what we could expect. The bar was set high and to date the accomplishments exceeded the bar's placement. Visiting the facility and my father on a frequent basis, it's obvious to the members of my family that cleanliness is consistently up to high standards. Friendliness- go to any part of the facility, observe and engage with staff at all levels and one walks away with a sense of friendliness, but more importantly--family. The care service provided to my father during our visits, the quality of care he receives and the follow up discussions that take place on a routinely scheduled basis--keep us "up to speed " and engaged in his well being. As for the staff, in places we visited, prior to Sunrise, we sensed it was "okay", yet something was missing until we arrived at Sunrise. Since that day and including our visit today the staff throughout accomplish their tasks not as a "job", rather as a "calling". Food- this item is one of those areas in which you can't please everyone. And residents tend to discount efforts made. It is overall satisfactory. The activities are well rounded, well balanced and, in response well attended. Variety of opportunities that most, if not all, could find acceptable for groups and wellbeing. Value for the money, for all that is provided and the balance of cost as compared to value, is well worth the investment for a loved one at this stage of their life.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Willowbrook in the Memory Care unit. Everything has been very good for her at this facility so far. The staff have all been very nice and friendly. Communication with the family is good. The move in process was very easy. The meals seem to be good quality and variety. I would recommend Sunrise of Willowbrook to family and friends.

The community is home-like like which makes my Mom feel comfortable. The Sunrise team feels like an extension of our family with genuine concern and open communication. The activities keep my Mom engaged, the food is delicious, the community is clean and the leadership top notch.

My brother is a resident at Sunrise of North Lynbrook. He has been embraced by the staff and management as one of the family. They have gone out of their way to help with any issues he has had. It has been as simple as helping him fill out paperwork and as difficult as managing family dynamics and arranging for two ambulances to save his life. The staff are all kind caring people whom we all hope will be with us as we age. I want to give a special thank you to [name removed] for showing him he really matters.

6 years ago my family went through a tough time where Mom had dementia living in Florida by herself. Was so unsure of ourselves and found Sunrise of N. Lynbrook. Staff was able to put family at ease and transition was smooth. You can tell staff made my mother at ease as they always doted her with attention. We have continued to have great experience and staff is the main contributor. Last year another crisis as my mom broke her hip. Again a very stressful time as she had hip replacement. As you can imagine dementia patient in unfamiliar surroundings in hospital and rehab. Staff at Sunrise even came to visit her at rehab which helped immensely in difficult situation. They made a tough situation an easy transition back to Sunrise. I can’t say in words how lucky to have found such a wonderful place for my mom. That is why I call it “the Perfect Home”. We serve clients in the facility and work along side the staff who are all very kind and respectful. It’s one of our favorite facilities to go to. The director is extremely responsive. You will not be disappointed.

This community is compassionate and treats everyone like family. I have experienced it firsthand. If you are looking for a community for your loved one, Sunrise of Fort Worth is the top pick. The community makes it feel like you’ve never left your home.

I was so nervous to move my Aunt into the community but I was relieved when the staff was so welcoming and excited to get to know her better. In the few weeks she has been there, it is the happiest I have seen her in years. She is absolutely thriving and has enjoyed being a part of the community. She is making new friends and trying new things all the time. We are so grateful for Sunrise!
