Based on the experience we have had so far with Sunrise of Lincoln Park, we would 100% recommend them to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones. My mom loves it there. Her quality of life has vastly improved. She is very happy.

Very welcoming community, especially the concierge! Food is wholesome and fresh. Nursing, especially the doctor and the wellness nurse, are very responsive to the resident's needs!

Sunrise of Mill Basin is a very welcoming place. The staff makes an excellent effort in treating residents and their families as part of an extended family. They do fine work in answering questions and addressing needs of residents.

Our family honestly couldn't be happier with the care our loved one has been receiving. Even the dining staff remembers names, preferences and favorite treats. My mother in law has said that she feels very grateful for where she is.

I felt very welcomed when first moving in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a beautiful apartment. The ladies at my table introduced themselves to me and shared the many activities that take place. We are free to do whatever we would like in regards to joining in activities or enjoying time in our room.

With my experiences it has been my home away from home. I have enjoyed living at Sunrise of Wall and I would recommend it to anyone that may need a place for additional assistance. I was allowed to have my dog move in with me which was very important to me. Nothing replaces home but it is as close to it as possible. You make real good friends and always have someone that you can connect with. You get to do different activities that you would not be able to do if you were on your own. I enjoy the many activities and people.

In 2019, my mother-in-law, [name removed] moved into an apartment at Sunrise's Memory Care division. For four years, she welcomed into the Sunrise family where she was made to feel comfortable and was well cared for. We cannot say enough about the staff and the love they showed our mother. Namely, [names removed] and of course the manager of the facility, [name removed]. We were given regular updates and reports as to how Mom was doing, and we always felt as though she was in the best possible hands. Sunrise's standards for quality and care exceeded all of our concerns during this life transition for our family.

I couldn’t be happier that I chose Sunrise Sheepshead Bay. The staff are kind and patient. I’m very happy here. I especially like the activities and the trips. I have made friends since being here and I’m very happy.

[name removed] carried us through the entire enrollment process, she was friendly and introduced us to the staff and residents. She is an amazing listener who was so understanding about our concerns regarding our brother and his medical needs.

Sunrise of Crestwood is an amazing community! They provided my Dad with a safe, caring, clean and beautiful home when he needed it the most. The staff is exceptional and go out of their way to make it feel like home not only for my Dad, but for our family and friends that visit. There are great activities for residents daily and personalized touches that really go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the care and compassion that he has received. Thank you!

Mom has been in memory care for two months, with absolutely the best care starting with a hands on advocate approach from the Director of the Reminiscence neighborhood to her fabulous individual care givers. Activities each day are well planed, diverse and fun for residents. The coordinator is sweet and enthusiastic. A true friend to residents. The chef is fantastic . . . Mom says he makes "the best salmon she has ever tasted". Staff are trained to guide memory care residents with affirmation and love. The space is beautifully decorated and very clean. Mom feels safe and respected, I am relieved to have her so well taken care of as the dementia is a recent diagnosis. Highly recommend Sunrise of Vienna.
